Rudy Giuliani. Mark Meadows. John Eastman. Jeffrey Clark. Kenneth Cheseboro. Jenna Ellis. Sidney Powell.
And the small fry who wanted to be thought of as Big Time Operators.
All the President’s Conspirators.
And their treasonous plot to overturn the election and destroy the country they claimed to love.
The whole sorry parade of lies on top of lies on top of lies.
The phone call demanding Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger “find” 11,780 votes.
The fake electors.
The cover-up.
Tampering with voting machines.
Smearing and harassing election workers.
All to feed the ego of the most worthless piece of shit to ever appear in American History.
22 counts related to forgery, false documents and false statements.
8 counts of soliciting or impersonating public officers.
3 counts of witness tampering.
3 counts of election fraud or defrauding the state.
3 counts of computer racketeering.
1 count of racketeering.
1 count of perjury.
The whole sorry mess.
All laid out over 98 pages.
“Defendant Donald John Trump lost the United States presidential election held on November 3, 2020. One of the states he lost was Georgia. Trump and the other Defendants charged in this Indictment refused to accept that Trump lost, and they knowingly and willfully joined conspiracy to unlawfully change the outcome of the election in favor of Trump. That conspiracy contained common plan and purpose to commit two or more acts of racketeering activity in Fulton County, Georgia, elsewhere in the State of Georgia, and in other states.”
The worthless piece of shit, now out of control, spent the night raging against an “out of control and very corrupt District Attorney.” Remember, whatever he accuses anyone else of is exactly what he’s doing.
Out of control. And very corrupt.
Jonathan Chait is right: “Maybe, just maybe, the reason Trump keeps getting indicted for crimes is not that the criminal justice system is in the grips of a vast liberal conspiracy but that he is, in fact, a criminal?”
A criminal since the day he was caught at age 10, throwing rocks at a toddler in a playpen next door. The first of his many crimes for which he never faced accountability.
Until now.
CNN headline: Former President Donald Trump has been charged with 91 crimes in four criminal cases, in four different jurisdictions.
Axios explained why the new case could be so damaging to Trump:
1. RICO cases are complex and “a major incentive for co-defendants to seek deals in return for new evidence.”
2. Because it’s a state charge, there is no presidential pardon available.
“In Georgia, the power to pardon is vested under the state constitution to a Board of Pardons and Paroles, which requires that a sentence be completed at least five years prior to applying for a pardon.”
3. This trial will be televised.
“Georgia may end up being the only case that is broadcast to the world, potentially giving the public a better chance to digest the evidence — which could be politically damning for Trump.”
Trump has to be present for the criminal trials in Washington, Florida and Georgia. He has to sit there silent, while people he thought of as friends, people he thought he owned, testify day after day about his lies, his mendacity, his maliciousness, his treason to the government he swore an oath to defend.
Does anyone think this out of control oaf can manage that? Six hours a day? Then repeated at the next trial? And the next?
He may sentence himself to capital punishment when it all brings on the Massive Fatal Myocardial Infarction.
Hopefully sooner rather than later.
One should only say good of the dead.
Donald Trump dead.
Good.

I don't want him dead yet. I want him to really feel the full measure of the rule of law. If the minimum sentence he gets, behind bars in a Georgia prison is 5 years, I want him to feel the bite of every minute of those minutes, hours, days, weeks months and years of that sentence. No goodies for him. No SS detail. Hard-core prison. It's what he and his enablers deserve. Let it be a warning to anyone else who thinks they can run over the will of the people of this country, its Constitution and Democracy.
Dying of an acute MI is too easy a send off for the Orange Bloat…he should be made to suffer for all the horrible things that he has done to all the people he has ripped off with all his scams and welching on debts. As for the bozos who willingly helped him in his con’s, the same thing…
