I don’t know but it’s really hard to agree with tRumps previous sycophant...but I think he’s toast. What is upsetting are the deep pockets of Republican dark money that have taken over the Supreme Court with the goal of taking away our rights

that's me in a band rehearsal in the storied "Apartment X," a cavernous dwelling above an A&P in downtown Park Slope in which four guys lived very comfortably for next to nothing. at least one of them is definitely reading this (the bass player in the right foreground) and could, if he wished, supply the actual rent. if I look sort of distant, it's because I'm thinking stuff like "jeez, if you don't play or sing, band practice can sure be dull and lonely."
it's probably mid or late '68 or very early '69 so yeah, that flag is ironic.
Love it David. I was trying to figure it out and figured it was a band you were in. Most likely late 60s. Of course that’s when everything seemed to happen. It’s a great photo.
it was taken by one of the occupants of Apartment X, Danny Baumbach. last I heard, Danny was making a living as a professional photographer.
my late brother-in-law was another one of the guys there, and his main goal in life seemed to be driving Danny Baumbach insane by repeatedly stealing his yogurt.
My avatar is me watching Mt St Helen’s coming alive and spewing some ash in 2004. First activity since the 1980 eruption. Just happened to be driving in the area. Kind of cool experience.
He would be toast if Fox hadn’t turned him into the Marvel superhero for idiots and political hacks. Rupert and his billionaire buddies have done a number on us, and are winning

I wasn't actually in the band; I was a words guy.
Well I hope it was some really good Greek yogurt. Words are the fabric that connects
