Sadly, your clear delineation of the "qualities" of these judges shows the corrosive effect of Democrat lack of decades long planning and action in working on judiciary appointments. Sad, sad, sad---and lethal for more than a few women. WHEN with democrats realize they are dealing with vicious political actors and NOT rational politicians. The GOP has a scorched earth policy and the Dems are, as usual, scattered all over the landscape on most issues. Paul Krugman is right about the Debt crisis---a total Democrat failure so far. Too many nice, totally inarticulate (in the sense of making politically effective statements) Democrats. WHEN will the go scorched earth to point out the GOP is responsible for the recent surge in the Debt????? If past actions indicate---they never will. I'm totally frightened. BUT the results in Florida and elsewhere in elections do provide some hope........ And GOTV is also crucial........ (I'm blowing off some of my steam in this---frustration......thanks for reading if you have......)
A point of grammar: The RepubliQans have made using the word “Democrat” rather than the word Democratic” into an epithet. By dictionary definition, the word “Democrat” is a noun and “Democratic” is an adjective. “Republican” is both a noun and an adjective.
It is the Democratic Party. I am a Democrat. It is not the Democrat Party.
in that ridiculous "1776" so-called "curriculum," the scumbags exploit this feature as much as they can by referring to the government as "Republican" many, many times. it's ALMOST funny, it's so fucking transparent. of course, it's not funny because there are plenty of people who are going to be unconsciously influenced in exactly the way intended. of course, when many of them check out the "curriculum," it'll just confirm what they already "think."
...and I'd bet on Parson Weems's Cherry Tree Bubbe Maise (i.e.--bullshit) being there as well.
I assume that most of us have seen the two "revisions" of the Rosa Parks story in those Florida textbooks in which the final version makes her sound psychotic because any mention of anything involving race has been "scrubbed."
Good point - I'll work on the Democratic Party part! BUT many of the failures are Democrats (people) failing to speak out. it's also the Democratic Party. I'll watch that. Thanks.
Maybe this is a sums-zero game afterall. Queensbury Rules in a fight with knuckle-draggers? Might be time for fingers pokes in eyes in their smirking faces. Damn, I turning into a growling old coot.

I read it. I agree.

I get Ben Carson’s organization’s nonsense. I think they still say Geo. Washington threw a coin across a River.

Thanks for letting me be the grammar police..
“To Serve and Correct”
And 100% accurate on the Democrats!
I laughed out loud.
Me too! Thanks Ally.
