The SCOTUS' Publishing Unit mistakenly outed SCOTUS' Opinion on U.S. v. Idaho. This is the "emergency abortion" case where an Idaho woman suffered a miscarriage, The fetus was stillborn. The patient lost her child bearing ability to conceive FULL STOP.

Bloomberg Law has the not yet final Opinion under the author & Senior Editor, KIMBERLY STRAWBRIDGE ROBINSON.

Bloomberg's Headline: "Supreme Court Poised to ALLOW (emphasis added) 'Emergency Abortions."

I assume this means, in part IDAHO Doctor's are released from any "stay" & are able to treat their Patients & their Families.

SCOTUS is remanding the case to the Trial court so it may take many months perhaps more than a year,to create a Trial Record.

Safe for Now.

Unfortunately many OB/GYNs have left Idaho and several hospitals are no longer providing obstetrical services anymore.

Thank you Bryan. I work at OHSU in Portland. They have declared full access to abortion healthcare for women from restrictive states. Yay for California, Washington and Oregon for being sanctuary states for reproductive healthcare.

I am familiar OHSU; I understand OHSU is a Level 1 Trauma Center. Very good to hear "Full Access" protocols at OHSU 🎯
