Similar to the playbook of the Brexit coup in the UK which succeeded with the inside help of rogue military intelligence, some from an extreme British Unionist background in Northern Ireland. I work in Oregon’s only academic and research health center in Portland. We serve the state and accept all patients regardless of their immigration status. We have many studying here on student visas as well as research. Today administration sent out a post with instructions for the staff on how to deal with ICE when they come into the hospital and demand records and access to patients and staff. We were instructed to call Public Safety ( our hospital/university police, who since covid carry guns) and not to speak to them and wait for public safety to arrive. If they insist on invading into private areas or nursing units we are not supposed to put ourselves in danger by trying to stop them but again let public safety officers deal with it when they arrive. I have to say this made all of the horror of this fascist administration very real today. Not that I didn’t feel it was before, but this was a different feeling, And it was a bad one
Hooray for Chicago Public Schools as they protected youngsters from illegal action by Felon34’s thugs!! Everyone stand by your schools and children!! Illinois, California, Oregon, Washington, Minnesota, all the New England States KNEW they would be targetted. All National Guard in all these States should be on standby notice to defend the law against these Federal criminals. WE did not vote fore trump and thugs, there is no reason to not uphold the Constitution and the Rule of Law in ANY State that did not vote for trump. We are the ones on the side of law and order - the only difference is, we honor written and established law, not the whims and fancies of magats.
CPS later clarified that the agents were from the Secret Service trying to follow up on an 11 year old who had posted a video threatening Felon47. CPS policy is to forbid entry without a signed judicial warrant and to contact the CPS legal department.
