That said, as a former avid golfer (5 days a week, married then to a PGA pro) we knew who the cheats were, and we simply didn’t play with them. If in a tournament you called them on bullsh*t. Trump’s cheating is testimony to his vacuity, narcissism and lack of any character whatsoever, and the same for those who say nothing. Much like the current MAGAt party. Who could feel pride if ill gotten. Golf is a game against yourself, only peripherally against your partner. Maybe slightly more if bragging rights are involved. A dozen top flights aren’t worth your integrity. 67? Net vs. gross isn’t even comprehensible. I’ve seen him shank it.
