Kristen Welker, who has previously impressed me as being a knowledgeable reporter who is mostly politically literate managed to set a new low for NBC’s “Meet The Press, demonstrating she understood nothing from the past eight years on how to interview and deal with the Lie Machine that is Donald Trump. If anything, she wasn’t even up to the admittedly low standards recently established by her predecessor Chuck Tood, which were at least a moderate improvement from his earlier abysmal performances that resulted in a “chucktodd” becoming an internationally-recognized unit of measure of political moron stupidity and lack of talent.
I refuse to watch ANYTHING that has numnuts in or on it. From what I saw in another "critique" of it - pretty much the same as the CNN one - as you said! What the he** is the point? Why these kids - because thats what they are, think they are capable of getting something new or intelligent out of him? Why bother! They're just as scared of him as the repubs.
My TV died three years ago and I decided not to get another one as the level of programming had dumbed down so much, particularly in the so-called news and sports departments. Considering that trump is the #1 attraction on the boob tube, that validates my decision.
