The conduct of this trial has been a major embarrassment to the 11th Circuit. Judge Cannon has so obviously been in the bag for Trump it is obvious to grade-schoolers. She will almost certainly be replaced if the decision is overturned, though Trump will certainly appeal on his own. With the SCOTUS we have now, it is entirely possible her dismissal will be upheld. In that case, the DOJ can say, the hell with special prosecutors, we're going to try the SOB ourselves..... If Trump loses in November, all these cases will magically move to a fast track, because there won't be any reason to delay them since he won't be president. He is still going down for what he's done, if we do our jobs Nov. 5th.....
