No doubt Trump is fuming because it's what his parasympathetic nervous system does, but I also think he's taken note of what TC described as a changing wind and fears he's losing ground to Biden. Johnson senses that too, as demonstrated in his comments to the press after the vote was taken. He made of point of blaming Democrats, attacking the Senate version of the aid bill, and insisting that the GOP House has just been too darned busy with passing a budget to get around to the aid bill until now. I laughed 'til I cried. What a disingenuous jerk.
