Violence can generate more violence acts in a psychological form of anti-social contagion. Highly visible threats aimed at the public creates an atmosphere conducive to more violence.
Thus, I filed another Civil rights complaint yesterday linking the threats & acts of violence, the mayhem, injuries & deaths. Note, my DOJ Civil Rights Complaint # 55-3169-XVN.
This time my complaint was not immediately rejected. Maybe it was my notice that I would file a qui tam action to take legal action if they did not get off their grossly negligent arses. It would help if Biden would fire Garland now. Get out of the way Judge this ain't civil trial work.

Special Operations Forces are our elite troops, highly trained in multiple war fighting actions to be use behind enemy lines. Every step taken to earn a Green Beret required acts of courage, when I served it was fewer than 1 in 1000 maybe multiples of that. That is not to say that we had a patent on courage, far from it, I am humbled by what I have seen our troops do. They are traveling with their dad and went to see the fireworks in front of the cathedral over the river, they were probably staying in one of the big hotels, the FQ would be very expensive, and to get back to the hotels on the other side of Canal, Bourbon St would have been a perfect way to get there. My daughter told me about it on New Years, I never would have placed them there, they might have walked by one of the IED’s. I have a great sense of danger, almost like a 6th sense, and I know full well that not everybody does, especially children. I might have been writing something very different today, but for some choices that were made like all of our choices with good intentions, at least some of us. A lot of people walked by that street or on it in the hours preceding the attack who are no doubt counting their lucky stars, I know I am.
