Bonobos deserve better.

Chimpanzees on the other hand….

But I must admit, bonobos sounds funnier.

Now Maga knows which Republicans that need to purge so they can do whatever they want in the coming years.

Let’s not be shocked at anything they do, let’s not take the bait, let’s stand back while the Maga and the Republicans go to war with each other.

One more time: There is NO statute of limitations for human trafficking of any kind even in the swamps of Florida.

With all respect to former Representative Kinzginer, it should be "Bond henchman #1 is out." When Goldentoilet is gone, that'll be "Bond Villain #1."

"What happened to your butler friend?"

"Oh, he blew a fuse."

Frankly the Pete Hegseth nomination as SefDef is as threatening as Gaetz, since if confirmed he will seek to remove anyone (civilian or military) who would resist an order by Trump to deploy our military in some use of the Insurrection Act. When the authoritarian’s take-over the military, is how democracies ultimately fail, in my opinion.

This is good news. Don't be distracted by it. Every single one of the people nominated for positions requiring approval by the Senate are unqualified. They are awful people. Every single one.

Then there are those with positions that need no approval. Don't forget the made-up shit like DOGE.

They are all just horrendous.

Gaetz dropping out of AG running doesn't mean he is going away. He could take office in January, so what if he said he wouldn't. He didn't resign from the new session. All the while he will set himself up for governor.

They seem to always be several chess moves ahead of everybody. Chump is a moron with mob skills, but, like Hitler, there are intelligent men who act like morons for a slice of the power pie.

Salud!

You mean, how she tanked the investigation of Trump University after the Trump Foundation gave her a $25K "campaign contribution"? O how she was his defense lawyer in the first impeachment? Or how she led "stop the steal" lawsuits in PA back in 2020? That shame???

Saying he's "100% maga" like it's a good thing...Wow!!! Those wingers are soooo wretched that it's easy to see why they have to pay for female company. The Floridians will find that to be a virtue because Gaetz "neutralized" the minor age with money, as though he was paying off the babysitter for the night. By the way, isn't Gaetz married to an unwary young woman named Ginger? I'm sure she's delighting in all this.

I shouldn't be, but I am continually amazed at the Republican's ability to never, under any circumstances, take responsibility for their actions. It is always someone else's fault. Paying a minor to cross state lines for sex is okay. Twice? Double okay.

I wonder if he could get away with wearing a tan suit. That would test their resolve.

OK, I'd like to see an actual deep dive on Bondi. We all know she supported trump in the impeachment, attended his trial, the whole $25K bit. What I want to know is a) whether she prosecuted clearly innocent folks in Florida b) what is her position on the First Amendment/journalists/right of assembly. If she's going to fold on principles when trump asks, so she will. But I want to know what her principles ARE as a prosecutor.

What makes Michelle Cottle's comments all the more interesting is that The New York Times Pitchbot, who actually is a college professor back east (I don't know who it is, but I know that much), writes about a departmental colleague who is a narcissistic sociopath who always is being allowed to go one step farther than before, just to settle them down, and he would say that explains a lot of what goes on with Benito Combover. Does Cottle read the Pitchbot? I'm sure she'd be fired if she said yes.
