Have to add this one that I've posted somewhere before but I never get enough of it:

I grew and WORE bangs for a short time in late '69. and THAT was pretty ill-advised. it worked a little better with my black velvet Carnaby Street suit and apricot ruffle-front shirt. it was suitable for any wedding, and there were quite a few back then. then I broke the ceiling of 140 pounds and it was all over.
