One is a way to search through your own comments to find where you made them and what the context was. The way topics recur in this world (gee, another grift???) it would help to see what you'd thought before and whether your mind had changed.
At least your own page now shows what you've liked, but comments are much more useful. In any event, you cant search the likes.
