Early in the morning but I’m finally over my motion sickness nausea so I can read. Thank you for the diversion, sure need it. Write a screenplay for the politics of today. Nobody would buy it…

Great story TC. Did you borrow Clancy's John Kelly, or did he use yours?

Clancy's guy is John Clark. This guy is no John Clark.

It will be interesting to see how the character develops, I know you have a good reason for bringing and FBI guy into the conversation.

In Without Remorse, Clancy introduced John Kelly, a former SEAL and the son of a Chicago cop who got into trouble with the law for a piece of anti-drug vigilante work, was rescued by a couple of Agency bigwigs and rechristened John Clark. The rest of the story we all know.

I have to admit I only read Hunt for Red October. The rest of my Clancy knowledge is the movies.

I was on a serious Clancy kick for a while that started with Red October. The movies were OK, the TV series (Amazon?) had a couple of good episodes but needed a good story teller.
