Thank you for this. Let me review just to be clear. The MAGits have a nominee who’s doing whatever with a microphone and a running mate reputed to have done whatever with a couch. The Democrats have Kamala Harris who is smart, funny, and prepared to govern. What’s it gonna be, folks, the A Team or the junior high boys’ locker room?
No shit. Right on every mark. I have already thanked him for this and all his amazing team has been putting out. Every penny I've chipped in to LP was very well spent.
[This is the message I sent to Rick after I saw this. I belong to his substack.] "Rick, I am surprising myself, sitting here with tears rolling down my face, weeping. I didn't realize how long it's been since I had hope. Nine long, horrible, horrible years. I sit here crying out all my years of hopelessness and despair, and feel enormously grateful to feel your presence, the presence of all of the thousands of people who have worked SO hard, and for SO long, to make me believe that possibly our nightmare is ending. Thank you. Love you. Kathy"
It's a solid reminder that the POTUS leads in the real world and not in a reality show. The nation should have matured beyond its adolescent attraction to "bad boys" and taken life on the planet seriously.

This made me cry - in a good way. Thank you.
Me, too. Overseeing teenaged grandkids for the day just makes it all the more poignant, wanting the best for them.
Me too. Hard to type through the tears. 💙🙏🏼😍
I came here to say exactly that.
Thank you, Tom, a very inspiring clip.

kdsherpa, your comment made me cry.
We weep together.
From all those lips to God's ears, right??
YES!!
Thank you for sharing this Tom. It's GREAT! 💜
Wonderful! It brings hope and makes me proud. And teary. What amazing times we live in.

Brought me to tears -- but good tears.
Exactly so!
Inspiring and uplifting!! Thanks TC!
Thank you. Here is another moving short that I've enjoyed watching and sharing in the past day or two: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f5WdvB3rVPc
Outstanding, thanks TC.
I have a video Link of Linda Ronstadt singing the Star Spangled Banner for the right moment.
So very moving. A way forward but with those who came before her as motivation and inspiration.
As if any of us need a reminder of how great America is:
