Hot out of the design shop at Osprey - the cover for “Turning the Tide: The USAAF in North Africa and Sicily.” Publication date is July 16 (right after my birthday and a nice present, since most authors my age are no longer writing new stuff). You can order it at Amazon
Congrats to one who just keeps on trucking. Your knowledge is so specific and not available many places. Spread it around. WW2 lessons are still very useful today.
Gotta add my congrats to the wave praise that's already hit the beach. I became a Cleaver fan when I read The Tonkin Gulf Yacht Club. Now I'm an addict.
Congratulations! It looks great, and the blurbs are impressive. I'm pretty sure my father was USAAF, although being color-blind he couldn't be a pilot. He was definitely in North Africa and Italy. He rarely talked about the war, but he did say that Joseph Heller's CATCH-22 (which both of us loved) described what the war was like where he was.

Thanks, Tom, I've pre-ordered. Always enjoy books about WW2 which I still remember.
