Oh, what a great day it would be if Marchan showed the guts of an Alvin Bragg or Fani Willis and actually sentenced him to even community service where he could empty trash cans in the courthouse. In the absence of any sentencing the message is clear: There is no two-tiered justice system, just one for people of little means.

It's not a justice system at all, just an organized set of punishments and the wealthy and powerful are only on rare occasions held to account.
