I hope that this recent mutation is still vulnerable to the vaccine. I also have some N95 masks. I still mask when I go out. Go out very infrequently, sadly. I’m waiting for the day someone chastises me for my mask because I say nothing to the unmasked… I just stay away from them. I don’t hope that people die because that’s a sad waste … but it does seem this pandemic is taking the dumbest among us, so there’s that little bright spot. Stay safe everyone. We need to be able to vote if the justice system won’t serve us.

Deer infected with COVID have been documented in several states. It is not known how the deer were infected. The USDA animal health division is concerned that infected deer could spread the virus to other animals such as domestic livestock. Stay tuned.

Social distancing means I can’t enjoy a special concert for my birthday, again. Two years in a row now. 🥺 and I miss traveling.

I saw some place recently that deer were susceptible to COVID, just not known if transmit-able to humans, whoopee!

The health officials are also concerned that mutations arising in animal populations will/could return to humans.
