As Dr. Johnson said, in lapidary inscriptions, man is not upon oath. Mara Liasson, being the weathervane she is, was singing his praises today. The Washington Post obit at least mentioned that he ran attack ads against Lowell Weicker when he first ran for the Senate; at least Weicker was a moderate to liberal republican, whereas Lieberman was probably a worse vote for our side in the Senate.

But the missing one is a line that Philip Roth had when Gore chose him. He said he was thinking of telling those who asked that he was unavailable to comment because he had gone to the doctor to have his foreskin sewn back on.

But wait ... there's more good news!

The California State Bar Court disbarred JOHN CHALES EASTMAN & " .. .his name shall be stricken from the roll of attorneys. SBC-0-30029- YDR. (Judge Evette D. Roland.)

Costs for the lengthy & expensive trial are awarded as a "money Judgment" to be deposited into the CA State Bar Client Fund. Goneman has also been ordered to pay money sanctions of $10,000.

One of the many 'New Rules" from this case: Don't use the Law Schools letterhead stationery & email system while representing any client because that move vitiates any attorney client privilege.

The California State Bar has already posted John Eastman's license status crisply "Ordered inactive 23-0-30029".

The State Bar Complaint was originally charged nearly 15 months ago. The evidence admitted before the State Bar Judge proved his entire professional career collapsed. You can put that last sentence on his epitaph.

Another one of the corruption party bites the dust of what I hope is obscurity. Wonder which sugar daddy will pay his legal bills. I feel soooo sorry (ha ha) that he was stupid enough and corrupt enough to put himself in this position.

Good news about the Pillow Guy and his losses---karma catches up with folks. Hopefully more karma events coming down the pike.

Wondering if you're keeping up with the legal woes of leather capped crocodile dundee john eastman? Just read this article in The Guardian. The Claremont Institute, that right wing/fascist "think tank" mentioned as well.

So what action?

I agree 100%. I felt that Al and HRC made poor choices for VP, and Kennedy taught us that VPs matter. Those two plus McCain didn’t get that memo. And then there was President Cheney. Fiction couldn’t have written it better…. I won’t go into Harris as VP, but she had a target on her back from day one. Well, anyone would have…

The name “Oath Keepers” made my skin crawl when I first heard it. The cretins have a way of naming themselves 100% opposite of what they are. Chump the best. Names like “Skanky Bastards” and “Greedy Hogs” are left to wander alone when they could be so useful.

I don’t know, I didn’t really know Lieberman, but a man that I admired and would have walked into hell for, John McCain, knew him well and wished in the end that he had picked him instead of palin who was the RNC pick. Nobody is perfect, certainly not me as well as Senators McCain and Lieberman, my canon is aimed at the insipid clown and his enablers, with any luck he’s toast as well as his syncopates. Lieberman’s on the other side now, whatever it means, he made a mark in his time here, people are talking about him, so he must have had an impact, when you compare him to the insipid one, he’s a saint, that’s how I would like to remember him. 🙏
