You hit the nail on the head Tom. 45 years of Republican “trickle down” bullshit have gutted the middle class. And just like the “two Santa theory” when republicans are in power and increase the national debt exponentially by cutting taxes for the wealthy, then blame the democrats when they are in power, for social safety net program spending. Then people get angry and blame the democrats for giving their tax money away. So where am I going with this? Biden and the democrats are getting the blame for unaffordable housing. Never mind wealthy investors have been buying up real estate everywhere for their own profit, and don’t have to worry much at all about taxes thanks to those 45 years of Republican trickle down bullshit.

Even when Will Rogers knew in 1932 that it was bull Schitt. The propaganda continues to overwhelm. Why don’t Dems call it out? 11-26-32 “The money was all appropriated for the top in the hopes that it would trickle down to the needy. Mr. Hoover didn’t know that money trickled up. Give it to the people at the bottom and the people at the top will have it before night, anyhow. But it will at least have passed thru the poor fellow’s hands.” Tell it Dems, the precedent is there; acknowledge the scam before you tell people how great you are making things. The truth needs to have its pants on, as well as its running shoes. The race has started.

The solution for that is to change the tax laws again to eliminate the tax breaks for people who mass-buy rental properties.....as those taxes used to exist.

Smokin' Joe will have to get over his squeamishness about enlarging the Supreme Court to 13 justices, or none of this will ever happen.....
