CNN’s ratings dropped 16% in total viewers, 11% in the Prime Demo during prime time, 28% total and 29% in the Demo for total day this past week. For those who don’t play Inside Network Baseball, I’ll use a technical term - this is “over the cliff.” So, once again, the Cretin News Network misjudged their audience and are now discovering that shilling for Jake Tapper’s stab-in-the-back assault on a far, far better man than the sonofabitch these scum and the rest of the DC Press Corpse promoted back into the White House isn’t an audience-pleaser. Who coulda guessed that one?

If that is not the case, a Tariff of at least 25% must be paid by Apple to the U.S.,” he posted on Lies Anti-Social. Shares of Apple fell about 2% today after the dead coyote crashed through a window and lay there stinking in putrefaction on the floor of the NYSE. (FACT CHECK: Wall Street analysts estimate that moving iPhone production to the U.S. would raise the price by at least 25%. Wedbush’s Dan Ives put the estimated cost of a U.S. iPhone at $3,500. The iPhone 16 Pro currently retails for about $1,000.)

In other news, Donnie Dimbulb has raised a political war chest for use in 2026 of $600 million in campaign contributions and is aiming for a total $1 billion. After destroying Medicare and Medicaid and fucking with Social Security and destroying the economy - all after repeatedly promising the gaptooth hayshakers who vote for him that he would never ever ever do such terrible things, he’ll need every fucking penny to defend those spineless futhermockers who do his bidding. And if Elmo’s experience in bribing the electorate is any clue, it’s not going to matter, given the number of hella pissed-off people there will be in this country come next November after their kid died of Covid-19 this coming winter because RFK Jr decided people under 65 couldn’t have the vaccine, after grandma got thrown out of the care home because her Medicaid flew out the window bye-bye, after they couldn’t see a doctor to check that possible cancer diagnoses because Medicare doesn’t cover such things, after their house got flattened in a hurricane and FEMA didn’t show up, after their taxes went up so the billionaires could theirs cut to nothing, after they had to reduce meals to one a day that they could barely afford that - there’s going to be a helluva lot of Motivated Voters who no longer believe his bullshit. Maybe enough to put a Conviction Majority in the Senate.

So, back in 2023, Elmo filed a (still ongoing) series of lawsuits against Media Matters, claiming it tried to damage Xitter’s relationship with advertisers after MMFA published research that Xitter placed ads for major brands, including Apple, Bravo, IBM, Oracle, and Xfinity, next to pro-Nazi conten, which resulted in Apple and IBM ending their advertising relationship with Xitter, with most other major brands joining the exodus. This past March, March, MMFA sued Xitter for breach of contract over Elmo suiting them in Texas, Ireland, and Singapore, alleging that Xitter’s TOS required legal action be filed in San Francisco and calling Elmo out for “a vendetta-driven campaign of libel tourism” and claiming the lawsuits have cost MMFA millions of dollars and led to employee layoffs. “X’s worldwide campaign of intimidation seeks to punish Media Matters for exercising its core First Amendment rights on a matter of public importance. This Court should stop X’s antics and enforce the forum selection clause that X itself drafted.” As of this week, Elmo not only has his pending lawsuits to bleed MMFA, but also the power of a government agency investigation.This past Wednesday, the FTC announced an investigation into whether MMFA illegally colluded with advertisers in a boycott of X, demanding that MMFA turn over all documents they have received or created regarding advertiser boycotts - which happens to be Demand No. 1 of Elmo’s lawsuits, surprise surprise. All of this will help the world’s richest man silence media criticism of how he has promoted racism, antisemitism, and other hateful content around the world. This is how Fascism works, folks. The government and the corporations become one, using the power of government to promote the desires of the corporations.

Fascism also uses the power of government to smash any and all political opposition, as shown yesterday, when Emily Gabriella Sommer, 32, was arrested and charged with the federal crime count of “assaulting, resisting or impeding a government official” after she allegedly spit on former interim U.S. Attorney Ed Martin on May 8 while Martin was conducting an interview with a Newsmax reporter outside his office. After identifying him, Sommer approached nd spit on his left shoulder, then walked away while swearing and calling him a “disgusting man” before shouting, “My name is Emily Gabriella Sommer, and you are served!” Former Faux Snooze host turned Interim U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro, crawled out of her bottle of Old Overcoat long enough to announce the arrest of this dangerous assault Thursday afternoon.

Another step was taken to institution the Fascist dictatorship yesterday, when the Supreme Court assumed the “proper role” assigned to it during Maladministration I and delivered the beginning of the planned destruction of our constitutional government. In an unsigned order issued from the shadow docket the scumbags now use when making decisions in favor of the formal installation of the Fascist dictatorship, the court “disagreed” with the lawsuits filed by former NLRB board member Gwynne Wilcox and Cathy Harris, former board member at the merit Systems Protection Board over their unconstitutional and illegal firings by Donnie, thus saying he has the right to fire people from independent boardsthat were previously protected by Supreme Court decision from such unlateral action. But they made sure to say that the Federal Reserve Board is off-limits from such acts, saying: “The Federal Reserve is a uniquely structured, quasi-private entity that follows in the distinct historical tradition of the First and Second Banks of the United States.” Justice Kagan pointed out in dissent that there is zero legal rationale for this and that it’s obvious the conservative majority are trying to keep their hero from destroying the economy while they give him the power to institute dictatorial rule through the “unitary executive” principle. This is definitely a bad sign regarding the coming decision about keeping the rule in “Humprey’s Executor” that preventedpresidents from doing such things.

Everyone currently receiving Social Security benefits - and those planning to do so - will be reassured (not!) By the news that this past Wednesday former Wall Street executive Frank Bisignano said during a town hall with Social Security managers from around the country hat he wasn't seeking a position in the Trump administration when he received a call about leading the SSA and had to “Google” what the Social Security Administration is and what his rolewould be as its new Commissioner in charge of the largest Governmental program. "I'm like, 'What the heck's the commissioner of Social Security?” A Social Security official told ABC News that Bisignano is "working to transform the agency into a premier service organization. As the Commissioner evaluates the agency, he has been clear that SSA will have the right staffing to deliver Americans their hard-earned benefits. Clearly, Commissioner Bisignano was poking fun at himself so that everyone in the room felt comfortable having an open conversation about improving service for the American people" (FACT CHECK: SSA already is a “premier service organization”!!!) White House spokesperson Liz Huston said, "Commissioner Bisignano brings a valuable and much-needed outside perspective to the Social Security Administration. Commissioner Bisignano's proven success in the financial services industry uniquely positions him to lead the Trump Administration's commonsense efforts to modernize the agency and improve its efficiency." (Cue: “Political language is designed to make lies sound truthful and murder respectable, and to give an appearance of solidity to pure wind.”)

Once again, the only line of defense we currently have against the imposition of the Fascist distatorship - the federal courts - have stepped in and stopped the latest insanity from Maladministration II. This morning, Boston-based U.S. District Judge Allison Burroughs temporarily blocked Maladministration II’s decision to revoke Harvard University’s certification to enroll foreign students. Burroughs noted Harvard’s warning that “it will sustain immediate and irreparable injury before there is an opportunity to hear from all parties.” “Thus, a TRO is justified to preserve the status quo pending a hearing.” Bitch of Belson leading contender Tricia McLaughlin, the department’s assistant secretary for public affairs, said in a statement adfterwards: “This lawsuit seeks to kneecap the President’s constitutionally vested powers under Article II. It is a privilege, not a right, for universities to enroll foreign students and benefit from their higher tuition payments to help pad their multibillion-dollar endowments. The Trump administration is committed to restoring common sense to our student visa system; no lawsuit, this or any other, is going to change that. We have the law, the facts, and common sense on our side.” Listen up, you dumbassed bimbo: you have neither law or facts on your side and not one of you malicious morons has ever had a lick of “common sense.”

Let’s end with a very important assault on out democratic constitutional republic carried out this week by SECDRUNK - the best example I have ever seen of an officer who should have been fragged in Afghanistan: This past Wednesday, Secretary Kegstand led a Christian prayer service at the Pentagon. He as made talking about his Christian faith a part of his daily life at the Pentagon, bringing it up in testimony to Congress, in public events and television interviews, saying during a Fox News interview on Tuesday: "Without my Lord and savior Jesus Christ, I don't have a shot.". The event, "Secretary of Defense Christian Prayer & Worship Service," was broadcast on the Pentagon's internal television network. "This is something we plan to do on a monthly basis, on a voluntary basis, here in the auditorium. I hope you'll let those you work with know about it. We're grateful that you joined us here," Hegseth said. His pastor, Brooks Potteiger, prayed for President Trump: "Thank you for the way that you have used him to bring stability and moral clarity to our land, and we pray that you would continue to protect him." How these scum manage to convince themselves that their moral duty is to follow and prostrate themselves before the greatest enthusiast for all seven of the Deadly Sins is beyond me. This is worse than the Hebrews worshipping the Golden Calf, for which blasphemy Jehovah smited them pretty damned mightily as I recall. The good news to take into the weekend is that as scary as all this crap from Maladministration II appears as they do it, all of it is illegal and unconstitutional and is being stopped by the courts. The Big Bad Assault on America passed yesterday morning by the Unreconstructed Confederate “majority” (1 vote!) in the House has little chance of surviving as passed once it gets to the Senate; all of the culture war issues will be stripped out at the beginning by the authority of the Byrd Rule, which disallows anything in a budget bill that does not directly contribute to revenue generation. With regard to the meat axe cuts to Medicare and Medicaid, Senators run statewide - they face a different electorate than do House members. In 2026, 20 Republicans are up for re-election. Already, Senator Hawley has come out strongly in favor of not cutting either program since he is smart enough to know that in Missouri, a third of those who voted for him in 2020 live by those benefits. The rest may be stupid, but they’re not complete idiots - they know what the percentages of beneficiaries among their voters are for this. What comes out of the Senate will be impossible to pass by the Confederates in the House. But yesterday morning, every last member of the House Confederates wrote their own death warrant, to be carried out in November 2026.
