This is Day 173 of the fight against the fascist traitors. There are 482 days until we kick them till they’re down, then kick them harder.
Tuesday morning, the UnSupreme Court lifted an order preventing Maladministration II from conducting mass layoffs across the federal bureaucracy. The ruling was done from the emergency docket. In its unsigned ruling the court said Grampaw shitstain’sFebruary executive order directing federal agencies to prepare for reductions in force, or RIFs, is likely lawful. The ruling enables federal agencies to resume implementing the directive, though the court left the door open for plaintiffs to challenge any agency’s specific plan. “We express no view on the legality of any Agency RIF and Reorganization Plan produced or approved pursuant to the Executive Order and Memorandum.” This marks a major victory for Maladministration II, which has brought a flurry of emergency appeals to the UnSupreme Court seeking to halt lower judges’ injunctions. Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson dissented, calling the decision “hubristic and senseless.” She criticized her colleagues for second-guessing the lower judge from the court’s “lofty perch far from the facts or the evidence. In my view, this was the wrong decision at the wrong moment, especially given what little this Court knows about what is actually happening on the ground.” The order lifts an injunction issued by San Francisco-based U.S. District Judge Susan Illston on May 22 that indefinitely halted efforts to conduct RIFs at more than a dozen federal departments and agencies. The judge did so by finding Grampaw’s executive order was likely unlawful and required congressional authority.
Grampaw Shitstain expressed exasperation on Tuesday at questions about Jeffrey Epstein after the Department of InJustice announced Epstein did not have a “client list” and confirmed he died by suicide. During the Cabinet meeting, a reporter asked Attorney General Pam Bondi about aspects of the DOJ’s announcement regarding its conclusion, which has generated anger and spawned further conspiracies among some on the far right. Gramps then jumped in ahead of Bondi to express his frustration over being asked about it.“Are you still talking about Jeffrey Epstein? This guy’s been talked about for years. You’re asking — we have Texas, we have this, we have all of the things. And are people still talking about this guy? This creep? That is unbelievable. I mean, I can’t believe you’re asking a question on Epstein at a time like this where we’re having some of the greatest success and also tragedy, with what happened in Texas. It just seems like a desecration.” Yeah, he’s definitely terrified that the proof of him raping an underage girl twice at Epstein’s parties is going to get out.
How depraved are the scumbags in Maladministration II? This depraved: Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins told reporters Tuesday she thinks Medicaid work requirements and automation will help offset Grampaw Shitstain’s massive immigration crackdown, which has threatened migrant farmworkers. “There’s been a lot of noise in the last few days and a lot of questions about where the president stands and his vision for farm labor. Ultimately, the answer on this is automation, also some reform within the current governing structure, and then also, when you think about there are 34 million able-bodied adults in our Medicaid program, there are plenty of workers in America.” The new work requirements are set to take effect in states by the end of 2026, but health care advocates argue that many recipients already have jobs or are unable to work. So solving the problem of this year’s harvest ain’t this, you stupid fucking bimbo. She went on to say that Gramps “has always been of the mindset that at the end of the day, the promise to America to ensure that we have a 100 percent American workforce stands, but we must be strategic and how we are implementing the mass deportation so as not to compromise our food supply. We just have to make sure we’re not compromising today, especially in the context of everything we’re thinking about right now.”
The dealings to settle Grampaw Shitstain’s extortion sheme, er, I mean lawsuit, against “60 Minutes” may have been even more complicated and unseemly than was initially known. Gramps claimed the settlement ― which consisted of a $16 million payout largely to his “presidential library” ― was actually worth significantly more because it also includedpro-Maladministration II advertising that CBS would eventually run - “We did a deal for about $16 million plus $16 million, or maybe more than that in advertising. So it’s a combination of 16 plus 16 plus. So it’s like $32 to maybe $35 million.” Former “60 Minutes” correspondent Steve Kroft blasted CBS News over its agreement to pay off Grampaw Shitstain’s extortion plan, er, the lawsuit he brought against the network last year for $16 million. “I think there’s a lot of fear over there. Fear of losing their job, fear of what’s happening to the country, fear of losing the First Amendment, all of those things,” Kroft said during an appearance on “The Daily Show” with Jon Stewart. “Yeah, it was a shakedown. That’s what I call it. I mean, some people call it extortion. That’s a legal term,” the longtime journalist said. “The $16 million was tribute. That’s how he looks at it, tribute to the king.”
Grampaw Shitstain is now the lowest-rated living president, with an approval score of 37% from YouGov - below Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, and Obama. He’s below Corporal Couchfucker. He’s also below former Vice President Kamala Harris, who is the fourth most popular politician. So Trump is far beneath the woman he ran against in the last election after only five months in office.
Despite Grampaw Shitstain officially activating FEMA on Sunday to deal with the Texas floods, FEMA has just 86 total staff deployed at this point in Texas, according to figures shared with staff Monday evening. In the past, such a deployment would normally be in the several hundreds at this point in the disaster recovery process. (The Red Queen was right: “Trial first, then OFF WITH HIS HEAD!”)
Florida still has not released the number of people being detained at Alligator Auschwits. But word is out from several men who are being held inside the facility. Leamsy Izquierdo, also known as Leamsy La Figura, a self-described Cuban urban artist, was arrested for a violent incident and has been at the detention center out in the Everglades since Friday. "There is no water here to bathe," he told Telemundo 51, adding “it's been four days” since he showered. He believes there are about 400 people inside the facility. "They give you food only once a day, food that even has worms in it." Detention center lights are always on, 24/7, he said, and the mosquitoes are "the size of elephants." They are not allowed to go outside, and the tents are freezing. A Colombian national said he’s been there three days without his medicine.
The IRS said in a new federal court filing that churches can endorse political candidates to their congregations without risking the loss of their tax-exempt status. The move upends a 70-year-old interpretation of the U.S. tax code, whose Johnson Amendment has barred certain nonprofit groups, including churches, from endorsing political candidates without putting their tax-exempt status in jeopardy. “Communications from a house of worship to its congregation in connection with religious services through its usual channels of communication on matters of faith do not run afoul of the Johnson Amendment as properly interpreted,” the IRS said in the joint filing Monday with the National Religious Broadcasters group in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
Authorities in three states have arrested individuals impersonating ICE officers at a time when real ICE agents have ramped up immigration enforcement efforts under Maladministration II, adding to existing fears of law enforcement among migrant communities. A South Carolina man was charged with posing as a fake immigration agent in a traffic stop. The man, identified as Sean Michael Johnson, detained a group of Latino men in a vehicle and took their keys so they couldn't drive home. Johnson was charged with three counts of kidnapping and one count each of impersonating a law enforcement officer, petty larceny, assault and battery, according to jail records. In another case in Philadelphia, police charged a Temple University student in connection with the alleged impersonation of ICE officers on campus. The Saturday night incident involved three men, two wearing shirts with “Police” and “ICE” in white lettering, attempting to enter a residence hall on campus. After being denied entrance to the residence hall, they were later found disrupting a local business. Philadelphia police arrested 22-year-old Aidan Steigelmann, charging him with impersonating a public servant; the university says he’s on “interim suspension.” Two other suspects fled the scene in a light-colored SUV. In Raleigh, North Carolina, Carl Thomas Bennett was arrested for impersonating an ICE officer and sexually assaulting a woman at a Motel 6 threatening to deport her if she didn’t comply.
Marjorie Traitor Goon has asked the Department of InJustice to drop charges against plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Kirk Moore, 58, from Salt Lake City, Utah, who is accused of conspiracy to defraud the United States. Moore is accused of destroying $28 million worth of government- provided Covid vaccines, distributing fraudulent vaccination record cards, and administering saline shots to children instead of the vaccine at the request of their parents. The Goon said on Xitter she was “writing a letter to the DOJ asking all charges be dropped against Dr. Kirk Moore, who is facing thirty five years in federal prison This man is a hero, not a criminal. The charges were filed under Biden’s DOJ, not Trump.” She also said: “The Covid vaccine kills and injures people, but this brave doctor, who is a veteran by the way, is being prosecuted for helping people avoid tyrannical vaccine mandates under Democrats. Big Pharma was given billions of taxpayer’s dollars for experimental covid vaccines, which were forced on Americans, our military, and our children against their will. “Covid vaccines do not stop the spread of covid and are proven to cause life threatening myocarditis, miscarriages, strokes, blood clots, and many other issues that many Americans are angrily still dealing with today.” (Studies have shown that there is no evidence suggesting Covid vaccines cause an increased risk of miscarriages, and it is extremely rare for people to experience adverse effects from the vaccine.)
The Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled Tuesday that a Wisconsin legislative committee controlled by Republicans violated the state constitution when it rejected a state agency rule to ban conversion therapy practices. The powerful Joint Committee for Review of Administrative Rules (JCRAR), responsible for approving state agency regulations, had twice rejected a Wisconsin state licensing board’s rule to ban conversion therapy. Gov. Tony Evers, who barred state and federal funds from being used for conversion therapy in a 2021 executive order, sued the GOP-controlled Legislature in 2023 for obstructing “basic government functions.”Republicans said their votes to suspend the rule are based on a belief the rule limits the freedom of speech and religion of mental health providers, not opposition to the rule itself. In a 4-3 decision, the Court ruled hat JCRAR cannot pause, object to or suspend a rule’s implementation without legislation.
Back in May, NY Republican congressman Mike Lawler held a town hall that became “raucous.” It turns out, that was by Lawler’s design. His deputy district director, Erin Crowley, was simultaneously patrolling the boisterous constituents who had showed up to express their opposition while also apparently egging the anti-Lawler crowd on to disrupt the town hall using a fake identity known as “Jake Thomas.” Lawler’s office changed the venue at the last minute, apparently to throw off anti-Lawler constituents who were planning on showing up and making their displeasure known. Crowley was moving up and down the aisles during the event admonishing attendees to quiet themselves. But “Jake Thomas” was at the same time live-Signaling, encouraging attendees to disrupt the event and boo louder. After two attendees were bodily removed from the hall, “Jake Thomas” proposed a mass walk out of protesters to show their displeasure. “Should we walk out en masse?” the account asked. “Make a point we won’t tolerate his bullshit anymore.” As one of the real anti-Lawler constituents noted, this raised suspicion since all the protestors spontaneously leaving is actually what Lawler’s office would have wanted. “Jake Thomas” has been removed from the group’s Signal list. Repeated attempts to get Crowley to deal with this have been rebuffed.
Maladministration II is using the abomination known as the US black site for torture of prisoners at Guantanamo Bay - conveniently not “in” the US so difficult to put under control of US laws - to hold dozens of foreigners from 26 different countries at Guantanamo Bay in Cuba, as Chief War Criminal Granspaw Shitstain presses ahead with dispatching immigrants guilty of nothing more than being undocumented to the notorious military prison. 72 immigration detainees hailing from every continent except Antarctica are being held at Guantanamo. They are nationals of countries including Brazil, China, Colombia, the Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Ethiopia, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, India, Jamaica, Kenya, Liberia, the Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Myanmar, Nicaragua, Nigeria, Peru, Romania, Russia, Somalia, St. Kitts-Nevis, the United Kingdom, Venezuela and Vietnam. 58 of the detainees have been labeled “high-risk.” They are being held at Camp IV. The 72 detainees fall well short of Grandoaw Shitstain’s stated goal of locking up 30,000 migrants at the facility. “Whether it is CECOT, Alligator Alcatraz, Guantanamo Bay or another detention facility, these dangerous criminals will not be allowed to terrorize U.S. citizens,” DHS assistant secretary for public affairs Tricia McLaughlin told CBS News. (Trial first, then OFF WITH THIS BIMBO’S HEAD!)
Further proof that you have to be a drooling moron to be a MAGAt: Christopher Kachouroff and Jennifer DeMaster, attorneys for ding-dong dimbulb MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell, were each fined $3,000 by U.S. District Court Judge Nina Y. Wang after they submitted a court filing riddled with errors, including citations to nonexistent cases. They represented Lindell in a defamation case against him brought by former Dominion Voting Systems employee Eric Coomer. Lindell lost the case last month and was ordered to pay $2.3 million to Coomer. The judge became suspicious because the filing, a response to a pre-trial motion filed by Coomer’s attorneys, frequently misquoted the past cases it cited, referenced legal principles irrelevant to its argument, and contained at least 30 incorrect citations. Worst of all, Wang wrote, it contained several citations to cases that don’t exist. Wang ruled that while their AI use alone may not have been enough to merit a fine, Kachouroff and McMaster had violated federal rules by signing the document without fact-checking the AI-generated material. Shortly after coming clean about his AI faux pas, Kauchoroff lashed out at the judge, writing to Wang that it was “unfair” of her to “rapidly examine me with detailed questions” about the briefing. The attorney also claimed he had been “blindsided” by her decision to investigate his rule violation. In her Monday ruling, Wang responded that it was the attorneys’ responsibility to comply with federal rules on their own, “without any prompting from the Court.”
And it turns out that Grampaw Shitstain’s apparent policy reversal in favor of giving Ukraine the defensive weapons they need in the face of the increasing Russian bombing and drone strikes is the normal bullshit one has come to take as usual with Maladministration II. Asked by a reporter on Tuesday about the decision and who made the original decision to blockthe weapons transfers last week, Gramps replied, “I don’t know, you tell me.” Sorry - he knows that it was Putin- loving Undersecretary of Defense Elbridge Colby who was installed at the Pentagon as SECDRUNK’s minder. Axios reported later: “Trump has decided to transfer 10 Patriot interceptor missiles to Ukraine from 30 that were previously stuck in Poland due to the suspension of military aid.” Phillips O’Brien, Professor of Strategic Studies at St. Andrews Univ: “So Trump snatched 30 Patriot missiles away from Ukraine at the last minute - and is now agreeing to hand over 10. It’s a strategy of death by little cuts for Ukraine. It’s a derisory move, meant to appease pro-Ukraine voices in the GOP.” Yeah, Krasnov is still following Putin’s orders.
We’re now approaching the Show Trials stage of the fascist assault on America: Fox News Digital reported on Tuesday, citing sources in the DOJ, that the FBI has launched criminal probes into former CIA Director John Brennan and former FBI director James Comey, The probes are over alleged wrongdoing related to past government investigations about claims of Russian interference in the 2016 U.S. elections in which Trump made it into office with the help of Putin. A CIA review engineered by Krasnov’s CIA director last week released a report that “found flaws” in the production of a U.S. intelligence assessment that Putin sought to sway the 2016 U.S. presidential vote to Trump, but it did not contest that conclusion.
Grampaw Shitstain said on Tuesday that Maladministration II was considering taking over governance of Washington, D.C., and suggested he could take similar action in New York because of his distaste for the leading candidate for mayor there. He has made a similar threat regarding Washington before, but has not followed through even as he criticized crime rates and bashed other institutions there. The president, speaking during a cabinet meeting at the White House, said his chief of staff, Susie Wiles, was in close touch with Mayor Muriel Bowser, who favors making the city a U.S. state. "We have tremendous power at the White House to run places when we have to. We could run D.C. I mean, we're ... looking at D.C. Susie Wiles is working very closely with the mayor." Bowser's office declined to comment.

I would like to join the kitties in a nap - especially the part about "wake me when it's over".
As I wrote un my journal early thus more, after giving thanks for waking to life, live, hope, I pray that this crowd of fascists will be deposed, will die soon, will fall out of windows, or like Epstein, commit "suicide". However, I am with the cats...wake me when it's over. I've decided I need a black hat that states I DO NOT VOTE FOR FASCISTS. Or maybe, GOP=FASCIST TYRANNY. I said to the greeters at our excellent Mexican restaurant today, " I did not vote for trump.. I hate what he is doing." There followed warm smiles.
