Nevahmind with the excuses. You're excused for anything no matter what... except totally disappearing on us of course!

So much tension - I want these people to stop meeting in public places and assuming their room is secure and so on. In their shoes I'd be so much more paranoid; talking in the corner of the lobby Once, then a park, etc. but I suppose that's the problem: So far they don't realize they're "in their shoes"!

Restless night ---- I found two extra strength Tylenol to be very helpful. Check out melatonin ----Apnea doc says not to worry of side effects

I have been doing a lot of experimentation there. Add in magnesium and you have the cocktail that sends sleep.

Melatonin and wine or alcohol will be bad news for hormones. I think the safe route is to quit wine two or three hours before melatonin. This from NYT article about a week ago.
