Huzzah, huzzah, huzzah to Rachel and Chuckie!

Hooray! Little take one for the team Ronna will likely land on her feet at Faux, Newsmini, or some other right wing aka fascist media joint. But not NBC. I keep wondering when there will be some investigative journalism that profiles the board members and upper echelon folks making decisions from the corner suites.

Can you say "never"? I knew you could. :-)

I'm not a fan of that word.😅 Who knows? There may be some brave soul or souls emerge. Who suggested her in the first place?

There you have it. But as it isxwritten somewhere in scripture nothing can stay hidden forever. It may take some time but the who's involved will eventually be knownn.

I already had issues with NBC News ever since they had Lester Holt spend 30 minutes outside the Atlanta jail while Trump turned himself in. Not only was it a deadly boring nothing to see, but it gave trump 30 minutes of free prime time coverage for 30 seconds worth of news coverage. I kept watching because it displaced the national news in the Mountain Time Zone and I kept expecting it to cut back to the news.

I’d like to know what the NBC bigwigs were smoking that made them think hiring Ronna was a good idea.

Timothy Snyder: "So this is like a trial run for NBC and everyone else to say okay, we're going to practice appeasing a dictator and then when it comes, we'll be better at it."

Good news, not that I really care since I no longer watch TV anyway. When CNN anchors started lying I hat a hissy fit and had my cable disconnected, haven't missed it at all.

I don't watch tv either, but I did write to the muckety-mucks at NBC to complain. I know I'm part of a huge effort by regular outraged Americans.

Good for you, Linda

I listened to Rachel on my drive home from work last night. What an amazing setup with the four Nazi wannabes living rent free inside her head. Explaining why they failed running in some obscure party. And now our 91 count felony indicted Nazi wannabe with the help and full support of one of our two major parties led by dearest Ronna.. is not fading into obscurity and threatens our democracy. So thank you NBC for listening to Rachel Maddow, Joy Reid, Nicolle Wallace and the rest of your intelligent staff, and sacking Ronna.

Damn! I missed Rachel last night and only heard later from Robert Hubble that she ripped the NBC News Division bigwigs new methane vents! (Professionally and politely, of course.)

Rachel was the best of the lot, a lot of us knew where she was going, but she took her sweet time getting there, it was fun to watch. If you didn't know her, you it would be hard to see the knife coming, it was so sharp it might be hard to feel it at first, but it would have your full attention when she gave it a twist. All day I was looking forward to hearing what she had to say, she didn't disappoint me.

Robert Hubble put up a spot to click for a re-run, . Not the whole segment though. I'll track the whole thing down just to hear her lay it down, as only she can.

Very satisfying indeed.

AND encouraging. The team wasted no time calling the heads on their hypocracy and lack of judgement or worse.

AMEN!

Maddow read her to filth, as was necessary. Still, that Ronna Romney got hired is insanity. No press is bad press, as a cynic might say.

‘Rmoney’ is very clever. I don’t think many people could have come up with that. And now that you did it’s “Why didn’t I think of that.”

Somebody smarter than me came up with that back in the 2012 campaign.

It had to do with Mitt R.'s extremely lucrative job running Bain Capital in Boston. Once you know the origin, it becomes a lot easier for your mind to switch around the letters of the last name. Of course, Mitt has a lot more integrity than his niece.

True, but my editorial mind keeps wanting to switch them back. <g>
