As of 5pm PDT tonight, Kamala Harris has received 2,538 pledged delegates.
1,976 are needed to become the Democratic nominee.
In the past 24 hours, from all sources, the Harris campaign has received $150 million in donations, $80 million of that in small donations. Act Blue announced that 80,000 donors made their first donation to a campaign, with 50 percent of those making their donation monthly until November.
Kamala Harris already has the endorsement of 42 of 47 Demoxcratic Senators, 186 of 212 Democratic Reps, all Democratic Governors, almost all state party chairs, 11 labor unions, including the AFT and SEIU, and numerous large Democratic organizations.
Speaking personally as someone who has participated in campaigns, her speech today when she visited the campaign headquarters in Wilmington hit all the right notes. It was exactly what needed to be said to insure the party can unify behind her candidacy andput the previous disagreements behind us (for at least the next 108 days).
If you’re feeling optimistic now, you have every reason to feel that way.
TAFM is also experiencing a wave of new support, for which I sincerely thank each of you who have stepped up. It’s what we need to keep going.

I’m behind Kamala all the way.
She is my first choice for the position
I really hope the country is ready for its first woman President.
Let’s all row in the same direction, working to defeat Trump and Project 2025 at the ballot box.
Awesome news.
Finally. Excitement. Renewed hope. But defeating Project 2025 and the gop ticket by electing democrats from the top of the ballot to the bottom requires each of us and all of us to do something each and every day to make sure everyone understands just what the stakes are. Lots to do. But now there is energy to do it and a real story to tell we can hold up with pride and patriotism.
