Yeah, gonna be on my feet. Challenging to comprehend the tiddlywinks game of the dems. Oscillating between trust that they have a plan for 2022, and desperation that they don't.

Voting as if our lives depend on it...

Thanks, TC.

On my feet too, but, if there is a plan, it needs to be shared publicly and quickly. 16 months will pass sooner than we think.

I would say that working with folks like Indivisible, Stacy Abrams' group, any grassroots people involved in getting people registered no matter what, getting them to the polls, etc., is probably stuff that can be done without waiting for an overall plan. Shoe leather and time can solve many problems.

Yes. There is so much organizing going on and groups and pacs and forums to participate in. It’s just not bombastic and arrogant as the Republicans. Personally, I want to lead with Love, not fear but it needs to be that passionate hair blowing in the wind emotion and with a glint in the eye.

Thank you for your blog today, TC. Sizzlin!

I am following and doing what I can in this direction. Visualizing those 2020 voters who came out in droves (as Amy Klobuchar said) will do the same in 2022, and bring a whole bunch more Democratic-minded (with a Capital D) electorate with them.

I’ll yank anyone up off their knees if I see it, unless they are praying for grace from our Creator.

Morning, TC!! It baffles me that Manchin, Sinema, et al., are fixated on protecting the rights of the minority. Why they don't see the forest through the trees (or is it the trees through the forest?) is beyond me.

Standing is my stance of choice.

Manchin is particularly maddening, since there is tape of him analyzing the situation as it was when he first got to the Senate - which wasn't as bad then as it is now - and suggested filibuster reform as the solution then. Sinema has a long history of enjoying being a contrariant for the sake of being contrary.o, since back when she was dumb enough to qualify as a member of the Greens (an allegedly-"left" party that has a long history of showing no hesitancy in taking money from right wing Republicans to run a candidate in a race who will drain votes from a Democratic candidate and hand the election to the right wing Republican running - see: Jill Stein in 2016, taking money from the Russians and running a campaign that tipped the balance in close races to Trump, thereby giving him the EC victory). After Sinema became a "Democrat" and got elected to the Arizona legislature, she did the same stuff she's doing in the Senate to her "fellow" Democrats there. I think she's never stopped being a Green.
