I've definitely switched my fan crush from her and probably withdrawing from Rachel to Seth Abramson. He's on X (which amusingly still shows as Twitter half the time on a google search for Current stuff) every day fighting with both fists.
I have stuck it out in Xitter, and it's ... interesting to say the least. There is a very active pro-democracy bunch in there. The pro-democracy feed keeps squeezing down smaller and smaller but the ones still there frequently provide interesting leads I don't hear elsewhere probably because of how often the substack authors focus on the major media stories and how some of the most interesting stories (like the Epstein papers recently released) and early hints of story (like the hacker getting into the Federalist Society's computer banks and finding Chinese backers) are too off to the side to get the limited attention available.
This is amazing. I have shared it on my FB page. I guess none of us should be surprised that rightwing fascists declared themselves to be "Democrats" who wanted Biden off the ticket...dirty tricks, after all, is their forte. But the fact checking in this article is stunning...602 lies in that "debate"! 602! I knew it was overwhelming, but I had absolutely no idea. It was like every other breath...what did Seth say every 3.9 SECONDS? Thanks so much for the link. I have read "Proof" and I'll probably subscribe to this substack now.
when the moronic MSM folks counted their (what was it?) thirty-six or seventy-to lies, I knew it was ridiculous. when I saw Seth's count, I heaved a sigh of relief that I wasn't crazy when I thought it was hundreds.
I missed that as well because my very smart grandnephew told me to turn it off, telling me, quite correctly, that it was bullshit. what did Jen Psaki do?
You didn't miss anything except Jen Psaki's appalling behavior.

Seth has a Substack
I know. So good.
IтАЩm gonna find it.
an absolutely splendid one. he's a serious DETAIL guy, by golly.
I don't do Twitter anymore. Is he accessible anywhere else?
