Just brilliant!👍 And I really get off on "tortuous interference".

Especially when it comes down to the 1st Amendment

that needs serious amending;

looking at you DJT, Ken Paxton, Elmo Musk, Stephen

Miller, Steven Cheung...and the list goes on.

And the list goes on. Proof that smart can be crazier than dumb, and that dumb can be disguised as smart

I'm more than a little concerned that the MAGA people (who are not all that known for having a sense of humor) will take this essay seriously and believe that you have joined their cult. I hope not, but the MAGAs have shown themselves to be willing to believe so many truly outrageous things.

If they did, that would mean I could spy on them better. :-)

Is he pissed or what? I get it, living with Ken Paxton’s evil every day. Me and X parted company before Elon. For years I have had my non-specific, long-standing optimism chipped away by one institution after another, as the rise of idiots, rich and poor, have defied any logic by signing on to a cult, which by definition has none.

Elon reminds me of some high school students I knew in another life. Early on, they had a realistic view of parental flaws that had made their early life hell. A weird transformation occurred as they approached adulthood; they came to admire that which they had fought against. And eventually parroted the exact behavior, maybe in an effort to gain approval or maybe just an internal shift to the familiar. I’m sure this is not a novel observation, but one shocking to me at the time. Is Elon’s dad proud of his creation? Are they in sync? Am I mad as a hatter? Should I be signing on? Nah, my poor ignorant parents just wanted their kids to be better than they were.

Whenever One assumes “rights,” they are assuming the RESPONSIBILITY of their actions. Rights have perimeters. The First Amendment does NOT protect libel, incendiary rhetoric meant to foment violence, weaponized propaganda and misinformation. Does anyone remember “War of the Worlds?” Misinformation includes presenting falsehoods as “news” without a disclaimer.

The Organized Crime Syndicate aka the RNC deliberately abuses “free speech.” They invest MILLIONS to target and weaponize propaganda--meddling with social media through groups like Cambridge Analytica/ Emeradata (see Steve Bannon, the Mercers) and, obviously, the Murdoch clan, and Musk. Allowing Trumpanzee apes to subvert democracy unimpeded by accountability is one of our greatest follies.

Regardless of what one thinks of Musk, David Brock, Ken, you, or me, this seems an awful lot like tortuous interference.

Tortuous interference by Elmo. I just want to see his Nazi-loving ass destroyed the way Henry Ford, the Elmo of the 20th Century, was destroyed when his Nazi-loving anti-Semitic ass got removed from Ford Company - and then Ford produced the B-24s and the tanks and everything else that destroyed Henry's good buddy Adolf and the rest of the fascist scum.

To over compensate for Ford the Elder the Younger was part of the OSS. (Sins of the fathers and all)

In World War II, the OSS was OK. They were the ones whose Deer Team in Indochina recommended not supporting the return of the French and cooperation with the independence movement.

My grandfather was OSS too. I think I already told you about Hollywood Airforce Base.
