This is why, when we have the majority, that Citizens United needs to be overturned ASAP. Why should corporations be allowed to have such influence in our elections?

That's why we have to bust our asses and do more to make sure we GET the majority.

I’m sick of all the weirdo’s, but especially the billionaire variety.

FCC should seek an injunction against the unfair and misleading advertising.

what you describe is so sneaky and misleading and SHITTY that there must be a way to get a restraining order from some sympathetic court. Advertising that you are helping someone get registered when -- for swing state voters -- you are mis-directing them should be illegal or at least sue-able ...

I hope Mark Elias is ready to take this to court.

I’m so sick of these guys. They’ve stolen everything they have by gaming the system and have the gall to lecture the rest of us. We need to change this whole situation around. The sooner the better. Start by taxing them fairly.

We need an ad showing Musk in his cash coat as Trump's puppetmaster. Musk was not born here and can't run for POTUS, which he'd probably love to do, so next best is controlling the POTUS. This current ruse is what the wealthy do with their tax breaks because it ensures them a steady cycling of cash, contracts, subsidies, gifts, etc. They are the new Ugly Americans.

Judith, Musk can run for president and the SCOTUS will somehow make an exception or claim the founding fathers did not mean foreign born billionaires.

You are correct because everything in the US seems to be for sale.

If that ad popped up in my feed, I'm just going to be mad the shooter missed. Beyond that, this should be illegal.

The president has immunity. Joe Biden should order Muck arrested and held without bail. Twitter causes murders. It's simple.

Since it’s a judgement from a far right curt, I would presume it only protects a future republican president. Since they reserved it for the courts to figure out what’s allowed and not allowed.

Money screams corruption. Elon is the most evil, corrupt man in my lifetime. He may be smart (I guess you are smart if you can steal another man’s ideas and use them for your devices), but he lacks other human characteristics. He also is a thief, stealing money with his previously-stolen money. That’s how it works. The rich get richer, always.

On the other hand, after becoming a widow, I pay exorbitant taxes, while his money buys more loopholes than any other creature. I have almost zip money to contribute to candidates. He has money to buy all of the ones he wants. Democracy in action, I think not.

Once again, Tom, I don't like, but appreciate the information. How can this be legal? To claim they will help you register vote, gather information AND you aren't registered nor directed to a site where you can register? What the hell, is the FCC for? Is their only job to sell licenses? Have they NO DUTY to protect citizens from fraudulence? If this is the case, Why are our tax dollars being spent to support a government agency that has no duty to the very people who are supporting it?
