So. A judge declares that Fox News knew that what they were saying about the 2020 election having been “stolen” were lies, and despite this, they kept on lying to their audience. It’s the definition of “actual malice”, and the evidence of it was strong enough to make the defamation case brought against Fox by Dominion Voting System the only major defamation case to surmount the requirements of Sullivan v. New York Times that a publication must engage in “actual malice” to be found guilty of defamation in any case involving a “public figure.”
Fox settled the case three days ago, just before the trial was to begin, for three-quarters of a billion dollars (due this coming Monday), the largest defamation settlement in the history of journalism, to avoid having their on-air stars forced to publicly testify and admit to their transgressions with the truth.
One might think that the word would filter from Rupert Murdoch’s office through the upper echelons of Fox News down to the on-air “talent” that this bullshit has to stop.
One would be mistaken.
Phucker Carlson (that’s going to be the way his name is spelled here at TAFM from now till whenever he chooses to either Make America Great Again with his permanent departure or has a Paul-On-The-Road-to-Tarsus experience, an event for which I am not holding my breath in anticipation) invited fellow vaccine-denier and Solid Public Embarrassment Robert F. Kennedy Jr. on his “show” last night.
Kennedy has recently declared he is running for president. As a Democrat (really!). This decision on his part is another step in his long campaign to thoroughly wreck the Kennedy family reputation with a what can charitably (at best) be called a “long-shot bid to wrench the party’s nomination from President Biden” and is really just another far right attempt to undermine Biden’s political strength.
If you are engaged in trying to undermine Biden, you’re on Phucker’s team, and he’s happy to provide airtime.
One might have expected a long conversation between the two about how Dr. Fauci should be in prison, how Covid is really just a “strong flu,” and how 400 years of modern science is all wrong.
One would again be mistaken.
They talked about the war in Ukraine, another topic on which they are in agreement, that Vladimir Putin should be winning and the Russians are who you should “root for.”
And the RFK whose existence proves the wrong RFK got shot said:
“Nobody talks about this. There’s 14,000 Ukrainian civilians who have died but 300,000 troops. Russians are killing Ukrainians at a 7-to-1 to 8-to-1 ratio. They cannot sustain this. What we’re being told about this war is just not true.”
I will now pause and allow you to pick yourself up off the floor and put your jaw back in its proper position.
Even the most nutty Putin-lover on Russian media hasn’t said anything this completely batshit crazy insane about the war.
Where did Kennedy get those astonishing figures?
I am sure you will be totally shocked to learn that the source of this “information” was the person to whom Kennedy was talking.
Phucker Carlson.
On April 13, Carlson made almost exactly the same point, discussing the U.S. intelligence stolen and exposed by gamer traitor Jack Teixeira, who Phucker and his girlfriend Marjorie Traitor Goon and the rest of the Trump Traitors have embraced for being “white,” “male,” and “christian” as well as “antiwar.”
“The second thing we learned from these slides is that … Ukraine is, in fact, losing the war. Seven Ukrainians are being killed for every Russian.” Phucker then asserted that the Biden administration is “panicked” about this “fact.”
Once again, Phucker was lying. Not only was he lying, he was wrong. Demonstrably so, as Bellingcat’s Aric Toler had demonstrated on April 6 when he posted a side-by-side comparison of documents made public at different times - a whole week before Phucker committed another act of “actual malice.” (Phucker’s c.v. should read “promoter of actual malice, 1995 to present”)
The earlier document stated that up to 43,500 Russians had been killed in action compared to up to 17,500 Ukrainians. The later document flipped that: 17,500 Russians and up to 71,500 Ukrainians.
Toler was confident the second document was altered because the first document appeared earlier, and there were also indicators on the second document that demonstrated how it was changed.
As Toler pointed out, examining the photo of the second document, the new figures for Russia appear in exactly the same orientation as the original document, suggesting that they were cut and pasted over the original values. The “6” in “61k” and the “7” in “71.5k” appear to be lower than the baseline for the other values. Thus, it is obvious that whoever doctored the image swapped the “6” and the “1” and the “7” and the “1,” without getting the alignment correct. Additionally, the kerning - the space between the “1” and the “. 5” in “71.5” is too wide.
Toler stated that the altered document appeared in a Telegram channel moderated by Sarah Bils, a former Navy petty officer, who is now under investigation by the FBI for running an operation for pro-Russian propaganda.
You’ll pardon me for not being surprised. We are lucky that most right wingers are too stupid and talentless to get such simple things as knowing they should align the cut-and-paste job properly done right.
Phucker wasn’t even really concerned about spouting the bullshit in the phoney document “right.” The most extreme of the forged values states a 4.5:1 ratio, 71,500 deaths against 16,000 deaths. One could round down to the nearest 10,000 and get 70,000 to 10,000. Now you have his 7:1 ratio of invented Ukrainian deaths compared to 10,000 Russian.
The Wrong RFK probably got his “300,000 killed” claim from a podcast by former government official Scott Ritter - “a man with a checkered past” - that made it all the way to Russia’s state news agency, Tass.
Phucker’s championing of pro-Russian rhetoric - from his statement that he is “rooting for” a Russian victory last year, to now - has made him a “regular contributor” on Russian state television.
Both Phucker and the Wrong RFK are playing the right wing game of doing everything they can to increase distrust of actual facts, to increase chaos and destabilize society.
Phucker allies with Russia in his efforts to cast doubt on the U.S. government, while Wrong RFK works to increase doubt about government and other institutions to bolster his mistaken beliefs about vaccines.
Also yesterday, Mark Twain was once again proven right regarding his observation on politics, made back in 1873: “Consider a congressman, then consider an idiot. Bah! I repeat myself.”
A letter from GOP members of congress was delivered to President Biden that ends with the signers’ declaration that “Unrestrained U.S. aid for Ukraine must come to an end, and we will adamantly oppose future aid packages unless they are linked to a clear diplomatic strategy designed to bring this war to a rapid conclusion.”
You will not be surprised to learn the names of those who signed this article of collusion and treason with Russia:

Rand “Aqua Buddha” Paul
Mike “Konztitooshinul Skolar” Lee
J.D. “Hillbilly” Vance
Congress:
Miniature statutory rape enthusiast (and now 34-year old “grandmother”) Lauren Boo-bird
Potato-faced “serial adulteress” with gymrats Marjorie Traitor Green
Fraternity Freddy Gaetz

Eli Crane
Mary E.Miller

As Adam Kinzinger said after reading the letter, “Every one of these people are unserious weirdos.”
Except all of them, and Phucker Carlson, and Wrong RFK, are all traitors who support and ally with the enemies of America.

Friday flashback time!⬇️
“COLBERT: I am demanding a DNA test to determine whether Florida Congressmen are part alligator. I have had enough of the reckless whispering. But the rumor is, that the morning after the great Okeechobee Hurricane in 1928, Posey's grandmother got stranded with a gator, and fell in love. Now, obviously I don't want to go into any details, but they say the swamp rang with her screams of ecstacy, mingled with the insistent but gentle hissing of her reptilian Romeo.”😂🐊

Why am I not at all surprised!
Republican congressmen were taking money from Hitler's regime to undermine
our stance during WWII. It's
in the Nuremberg records for crying out loud, with their names. They were chit chatting with Hitler's consulate in person and by phone all the time. Wrong RFK is a disgrace! MFCarlson
needs to find a new country
to live in. Wonder if he's being investigated on the down low? I hope so.
