Did I mishear something that indicated if the electors for some (i.e., Republican) counties won't certify the votes that the votes for the entire state in effect go into limbo?

That’s their plan Mim, if they can gum up the electoral count, take it to the SC some of whom probably have Stays ready to go, the repugnantkins in the congress will continue to gum it up and then it goes to the states 26-24 repugnantkin controlled. Bingo, no matter how many millions of votes he looses by that system will try to make him President again. We used to have a court that was unpredictable, most things that get to them are very close, not anymore, now they are predictable, even respected conservative legal scholars are amazed at how much they twist the law and the logic that underpins it to achieve their twisted ends, ie presidential immunity. As for putting their thumbs on the scale, how about shitting all over the scale. 🙏

That about says it, Dick.
Wrong term used.
Meaning what, please? What's the right term?
Election official
Um, didn’t I write “election officials”?
I can't speak to your question but this should be reassuring. https://www.brennancenter.org/our-work/analysis-opinion/election-denial-cant-overcome-election-certification-protections
It is. Thanks, Judith.
