It spawned LIVE AID ,etc. & I often wonder & wish that there would be a benefit concert for Ukraine. Biden is doing momentous work at 80 yrs so Quincy et al can come out of retirement to put on a HUGE concert somewhere bigger than MSG where I am sure plenty of artists/activists would show up. To delay red tape on the monies raised our current tech could send $$$ directly to Ukraine while the foot draggers think about taking action. Is it possible that folks are actually intimidated by speaking out ? We had 2 benefit concert recital fundraisers here in a very small town with a wonderful Ukrainian pianist & it was one of the best concerts I have ever attended. Maybe Sean Penn et al are working on something bigger than letter writing.

Have Uke-Aid occurring in several "donated" venues simultaneously or make it the electronic media event of the ages via Zoom, even with some rough edges, with a total focus on the contrast between true and heroic patriots fighting for both their country and democracies everywhere and the whining, puling non-descripts in DC who quake and reel before Putin's handmaiden, DJT.

From what I have read, Mike Johnson has refused to allow this bill to come to the floor because he knows it will pass and the trumpster wants his buddy Vladimir to win Ukraine and kill everybody there because Putin knows what's best. I know the Democrats have been circulating a discharge bill (my Congressman has signed it. They hope to complete the process next week when Congress returns to work.

Honestly, it’s beyond me why any Representative can stall aid to Ukraine. It’s virtually a prima facie confession of giving aid and comfort to the enemy. Because Putin’s Russia is the enemy. It actively seeks to weaken and divide us and our allies, both internally and in our international relations. Can’t they muster any humanity? Have they no regard for the desire of their fellow humankind to be free?
Mike Johnson should be lifted up by his throat and shaken as this is read to him. He needs to grow a pair and a love of country, or he should float with the other things that swirl in Trump's golden toilet.
