Arnold committed his crimes in the middle of a hot war. No elected official or someone running for office should get out of jail free. NO ONE! If AG Garland won’t begin an investigation into trying to manipulate an election, someone should be appointed who will investigate, a special prosecutor perhaps. If the facts lead to tfg’s arrest, then arrest him and prosecute him. If the facts do not warrant prosecution, then say so. I don’t think any DOJ prosecutor could be or appear to be more partisan than Ken Starr. This country needs the accountability of an investigation. If Mr. Garland won’t at least investigate, which is the finding of facts, he should resign.
