TC, what is a tactical nuclear weapon and what is is used for? I can see destroying Kharkiv or Kyiv, or Warsaw. but that would be a strategic use?
It's a low yield nuke for use on the battlefield in situations similar to those where fuel-air (thermobaric) weapons might be indicated. They are delivered by artillery shells, rockets, mines, torpedos, etc.
Just remember, Hiroshima/Nagasaki were "low yield" so that term can be considered the world's dumbest oxymoron.
