TODAY’S THE DAY
While we await the outcome of the Epstein files vote in the House of Representatives, here’s more of what the clownfuckers are doing. Remember, clownfuckers with flamethrowers, still have flamethrowers. It turns out that Elmo can still fuck up Tesla and get a ransom of a trillion dollars to stick around and stop doing that, but he was right back when he had his clash with Dear Leader earlier this summer, when he said: “Trump is in the Epstein Files. That is the real reason they have not been made public. Mark this post for the future. The truth will come out.”
Just remember: today’s vote is unlikely to lead to the full release of the Epstein Files, even if it does directly lead to the Senate passing the bill by unanimous consent. No enforcing mechanism exists that would get DOJ officials or the Trump Gold House to abide by the demand. The DOJ certainly won’t prosecute anyone for defying Congress. It’s not clear the GOP-controlled Congress could enforce its demand, either legally or politically. There’s no way for Congress to know if Maladministration II buries damaging documents or files. Remember, Trump caveated his support for the vote by saying they “can have whatever they are legally entitled to.” As an unnamed Gold House official put it: “This idea that the federal government is in possession of documents that they can legally hand over with respect to Jeffrey Epstein, and we’re keeping them from the public is a fallacy, like, it’s not true.” The DOJ can use throw a broad protective blanket over anything damaging to Trump. Remember: Trump has never lived up to any agreement he ever made in his life. The leopard’s not going to change his spots now.
All that said, there is no need to throw one’s hands up and surrender, but the Epstein files scandal isn’t likely to have the denouement we’ve expect, not so long as the Justice Department is sidelined and Republicans control both ends of Pennsylvania Avenue. The fact thing have gotten to this stage are totally the result of our resistance to Maladministration II, and the tireless effort of the Epsteing victims. That is a victory and do not let disappointment take that away. There’s no small amount of schadenfreude in watching Maladministration II - hoisted on the petard of its own conspiracy-mongering - fretting that even releasing all the Epstein files won’t quiet the mob it whipped up.
Still and all, how weak are Trump and his toadies in Congress? This weak: Successful discharge petitions are rare in the House of Representatives. The Speaker has enormous power to keep his members from signing on to one. But for the second time in a week, a discharge petition has reached the magic 218 number to force Squeaker MAGA Mike to schedule a vote. This one did it with five Republicans joining all Democrats to support the discharge petition started by Rep. Jared Golden for legislation that would force Trump to end his campaign of union-busting against federal workers. The bill would nullify President Trump’s March 27th Executive Order ending collective bargaining rights for roughly 1 million unionized federal employees across several agencies. Since Golden introduced the bipartisan bill in April, it has garnered bipartisan support from 222 members of Congress, including seven Republicans. Five of those Republicans: Reps. Fitzpatrick, LaLota, Lawler, Bacon and Bresnahan, signed the petition, with LaLota and Lawler signing it Monday to put it over the 218 threshold. MAGA Mike has glued himself to Trump, and it seems that with Trump’s power in decline, he is taking the Squeaker down with him. Trump is now the anvil around MAGA Mike’s neck.
General Nathan Bedford Forrest and his Ku Klux Klan night riders, er.. (checks notes) Traveling CBP Obergruppenfuhrer Greg Bovino and his Goon Squad departed Chicago this past weekend after their latest defeat and descended on the new terror target, Charlotte, North Carolina. This is going to be another defeat for the Boys in Camo Ski Masks. Communities now know to organize and oppose them, expose their abuses, and fight in the courts - by now, they even have the arguments memorized and the list of court orders on speed dial. North Carolina is a Purple State and it has one of the most important Senate races in the country next November. A good does of bovine Bovinoshit spread over Charlotte will be just the thing to give former North Carolina governorRoy Cooper that winning edge on November 3. Charlotte’s sheriff Gerry McFadden has already stated his deputies will not cooperate with the Goon Squad, as have the city police. Maladministration II’s crackdown on “illegal alien criminals” has merged with its attack on “out-of-control crime in Blue cities” - like the other targeted cities, crime is down in Charlotte, which has seen a 24% drop in homicides this year. Overall these immigration raids are motivating Democrats, empowering state leaders who criticize them, and - in North Carolina - even turning faith communities against the GOP. So, gallop on, General Forrest, “git thah fustest wit the mostest,” as you always say. New Orleans is your next target after Charlotte.
BTW, I wonder if Herr Obergruppenfuhrer Forrest will be treated to a tongue lashing from the Reincarnation of Reinhard Heydrich for only managing to kidnap 3,300 innocents over the course of two months of the Operation Midway Blitz failure, rather than the 3,000 per day our self-hating Santa Monica jewboy demands? Here’s a look at how things are going so far in Charlotte, where a Honduran-born US citizen who possessed a valid “Real ID” had his truck window smashed by a goon who hauled him out and threw him to the ground. He was ultimately he was released because he was, you know, an actual US citizen. The insane thing is this was the second time he’d been stopped by the Goons. Clearly, they’re relying just on him being a brown person out in the world to stop and assault him. So far, Bovino’s Clownfuckers are bragging about having detained 130 people in Charlotte Saturday and Sunday. Oh, and they’ve named this Operation Charlotte’s Web, which has so far been blasted by Martha White, granddaughter of author E.B. white, who is also her grandfather’s literary executor, who said her grandfather “certainly didn’t believe in masked men, in unmarked cars, raiding people’s homes and workplaces without IDs or summons.” E.B. White was one of the great, clear-eyed writers against fascism in the 20th century and stood for, politically, everything that the current immigration raids are not.
In further news regarding the failure of Dear Leader’s revenge assault on America, ABC reports that hundreds of federalized National Guard troops will begin leaving Portland and Chicago in coming days, weeks after they were ordered to the cities by Maladministration II to aid law enforcement with what it called rampant crime and chaos. The drawdown affects both National Guard troops federalized and sent to cities in their own states and ones deployed from other states, such as members of the Texas National Guard. The news was confirmed by a defense official, who told Task & Purpose that a large number of troops will be released back to state control, although 700 will remain under federal control. On Friday night, U.S. Northern Command posted on Xitter that ”in the coming days, the Department will be shifting and/or rightsizing our Title 10 footprint in Portland, Los Angeles, and Chicago to ensure a constant, enduring, and long-term presence in each city. Our troops in each city (and others) are trained and ready, and will be employed whenever needed to support law enforcement and keep our citizens safe.” 100 California soldiers will stay federalized, but remain in the Los Angeles area. Meanwhile 200 Texas National Guard troops that were sent to Chicago will leave Illinois, but will remain on standby for potential later deployments. Troops federalized to operate in their home states, will remain on active duty. 300 Illinois National Guard members will stay mobilized, while 100 of the 200 Oregon National Guard members activated under Title 10 will also stay active.
In reaction to Sauron, er, I mean Dear Leader, deciding to release the orcs on her for her opposition to him over the Epstein Files this past weekend, Marjorie Taylor Greene went on CNN’s “State of the Union” Sunday morning, where she said that she had supported Trump “with too much of my precious time, too much of my own money, and fought harder for him even when almost all other Republicans turned their back and denounced him. I don’t worship or serve Donald Trump.” She also said she now sympathizes with people targeted by Trump’s followers and is sorry for being part of the “toxic” political culture. She also said that she is now “ being contacted by private security firms with warnings for my safety as a hot bed of threats against me are being fueled and egged on by the most powerful man in the world.” Last night, Trump was asked about threats to Greene’s safety. I now have a small understanding of the fear and pressure the women, who are victims of Jeffrey Epstein and his cabal, must feel.” Greene also posted that her home and family members had become the target of hoax pizza deliveries, a form of harassment also known as “pizza doxxing” that has been increasingly used to intimidate perceived political rivals. She wrote: “Update: we also received a pipe bomb threat on my construction companies office building. President Trump’s unwarranted and vicious attacks against me were a dog whistle to dangerous radicals that could lead to serious attacks on me and my family.” Trump responded, “I don’t think her life is in danger. Frankly, I don’t think anyone cares about her.” He also called her a “traitor” in multiple Lies Anti-Social posts. This is how the mob boss distances himself from crimes committed by his “button men.” I have to say, if you had told me six months ago that I would be expressing favorable opinions of Marjorie Taylor Green and Thomas Massie, I would have responded that you were crazy. Such are politics in the battle for America’s soul. You take your allies where you find them. Don’t get me wrong: I still believe Marjorie Three Names is a racist, a gun freak and a nutjob, but that’s no longer my problem. Ditto for Massie.
In addition to Greene, Trump went after Republican members of the Indiana State Legislature for failing to carry out his order to gerrymander the state’s political map to create additional GOP House seats. Sunday morning, Trump went on Lies Anti-social, where he said that he was “very disappointed” and threatened that any Republican who voteed against redistricting should be primaried. He specifically name dropped two GOP state senators, Rod Bray and Greg Goode, in the post. By Sunday evening, Goode revealed that he and his family had been the target of a “swatting” incident when sheriffs deputies responded to the report of a domestic violence emergency, saying “While this entire incident is unfortunate and reflective of the volatile nature of our current political environment, I give thanks to God that my family and I are ok.” Trump’s targeting of Indiana Republicans continued on Monday. After he accused uber-MAGA GOP Indiana Governor Mike Braun of not working hard enough to get the votes in his post on Sunday, the pair spoke by phone Monday. Braun said he remained committed to redrawing the state’s map to “ensure the MAGA agenda is successful in Congress.” Like the president, he also went after the state’s GOP-controlled Senate which he accused of “hiding behind closed doors.”
Not all the orcs are following Sauron’s orders. MAGA activist Sara Higdon wrote: “This man is insane. I voted for him, but he is too far gone. Attacking Greene who has been nothing but loyal to him, and now this just gross attack on Massie. He’s lost it. I mean the man with multiple wives is trying to attack the man who lost the love of his life, for re-marrying after her tragic death. Insanely gross.” Clint Russell of the Liberty Lockdown podcast said: “It’s official. Trump is abandoning MAGA, attacking MTG and Massie, all to cover up the Epstein files. Mind blowing. He’s gonna get impeached and honestly I don’t care.” Tim Pool weighed in on the carnage: “Trump decided to end MAGA in these past couple of weeks.”
The fools and idiots continue to be fools and idiots, and to get called out for being fools and idiots: Yesterday, Federal magistrate judge William Fitzpatrick warned that “government misconduct” may have tainted the case against James Comey as he ordered the Justice Department to turn over all grand jury materials to the defense. In a 24-page opinion, the court cited a pattern of investigative missteps - including potential Fourth Amendment violations, exposure to privileged communications, and irregularities in the grand jury process. The judge said the FBI and prosecutors may have acted recklessly or willfully in ways that undermined the integrity of the proceedings. Given the severity of those concerns, the court ruled that full disclosure is necessary to allow Comey to mount a meaningful challenge to the charges. According to Magistrate Judge William Fitzpatrick, the DOJ engaged in a “disturbing pattern of profound investigative missteps” when it secured its indictment against the former FBI director. This included a prosecutor making “fundamental misstatements of the law” to a grand jury. The 24-page opinion is the most blistering assessment yet by a judge in the criminal case against Comey that is already subject to multiple other challenges, including motions seeking its dismissal on the grounds that the interim U.S. attorney who filed the charges, Lindsey Halligan, was illegally appointed and that the prosecution itself constitutes a vindictive prosecution.
Further on the Beauty Pageant Also-Ran front: Following the court hearing last Thursday, that signaled Lindsey Halligan’s appointment as U.S. attorney may not pass muster with the judge reviewing it, Attorney General Pam Bondi took the almost unbelievable step of attempting for a second time to ratify, after the fact and retroactively, the appointment of Halligan and her conduct before the grand jury that indicted Jim Comey. The new filing from Bondi attempts to patch the hole in her previous ratification, when it was revealed in court by the judge that Bondi had reviewed an incomplete transcript of the grand jury proceedings. She states that, “for the avoidance of doubt, I have reviewed the entirety of the record now available to the government and confirm my knowledge of the mzaterial facts associated with the grand jury’s proceedings.” The DOJ simultaneously filed a new declaration from Halligan that attempts to tamp down concern that parts of the grand jury proceedings weren’t recorded or are “missing.” Halligan attests that the gap in the transcript merely reflects the time when the grand jury was deliberating. Halligan’s declaration clarifies some but not all of what happened in the grand jury proceedings. According to her declaration, she had no further contact with the grand jury before it returned the two-count indictment. Combine that with the paperwork fumbles (if that’s not too generous of a word) that the judge who accepted the indictment called Halligan out for in court for, and there remains what Marcy Wheeler calls “a slew of problems.”
The K-K-Krayzee continues: Olivia Nuzzi, 32, the former New York magazine star who was fired for having a “personal relationship” with The Wrong RFK Got Shot after writing a splashy profile of him in 2023, wrote in a new book that he assured her during the affair that she didn’t need to worry because he never had a brain worm after all, despite having said so during both interviews and sworn testimony. “A doctor he trusted had reviewed the scans of his brain obtained by The New York Times, he said, and concluded that the shadowy figure was likely not a parasite at all. He sighed. It was too late to interfere with what had already vaulted from the sphere of meme to the sphere of screwy legend, but at least I did not have to worry about the worm that was not a worm in his brain.” In her book, she writes that he told her he loved her and said he wanted her to have his baby, according to The New York Times, which obtained an advance copy. Nuzzi has maintained, however, that the relationship was never physical. Instead, it reportedly included long phone calls, FaceTime sex, and explicit photos. What a worthless bimbo, falling for one of the biggest shitheads ever.
Trump’s international criminal behavior continues. As if committing extrajudicial murder on the high seas wasn’t enough, physical coward and draft-dodger Trump decided to play-act as war commander again on Monday, telling reporters he would be willing to launch military strikes inside Mexico to combat drug trafficking, saying such action is “OK with me” and “whatever we have to do to stop drugs.” He said he has been speaking with Mexican officials but is “not happy with Mexico” and that “they know how I stand.”
Trump has suggested Maladministration II could soon hold talks with Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro, saying on Sunday: “We may be having some discussions with Maduro and we’ll see how that turns out. They would like to talk.” Trump’s comments could offer a potential path to de-escalating tensions between the two nations. The talk of talks comes at a time that there are reports the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit will be conducting nighttime training operations in Trinidad and Tobago, a Caribbean island nation only miles from Venezuela. The training exercise will continue until Friday.
Amidst all the crap, there is good news to be found, such as news that Ukraine will receive 100 French Rafale fighter jets from Paris as part of a long-term defense agreement that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky hailed as a “historic deal.” Under a 10-year agreement, Kyiv will receive upgraded models of the multirole aircraft, along with an unspecified number of radars, stocks of missiles and guided bombs, and eight SAMP-T surface-to-air missile systems, Zelensky said. Zelensky inked a letter of intent alongside French President Emmanuel Macron at an air base close to the capital on Monday. France has already sent Mirage 2000 fighter jets to Ukraine. Ukraine may also receive Swedish Gripen fighter jets. All of these are excellent combat aircraft.

Definition of courage at today's press conference when Epstein victim❤️🩹 calls him out..
“I beg you, President Trump, please stop making this political," Jones said, adding, "You are our president. Please start acting like it. Show some class. Show some real leadership. Show that you actually care about the people other than yourself."
