THE LIES DON’T STOP
There are 284 days to the mid-terms.
Today, people across Minnesota are staying home from work, school, and shopping areas in an “Day of Truth & Freedom” to protest the federal agents in the state. The general strike has the support of businesses, unions, faith organizations, democratic lawmakers, and community activists. Their demands include that ICE leave Minnesota, that the ICE officer who killed Good be legally held accountable, an end to additional federal funding for ICE, and for the agency to be investigated for human rights and constitutional violations. The Minneapolis city council endorsed the day of action and the general strike. The state’s cultural institutions - including the Walker Art Center, the Minneapolis Institute of Art, the Science Museum of Minnesota and the Minnesota Children’s Museum - will be closed on Friday as well. The day of action culminates with a march in downtown Minneapolis at 2pm local time. The march will end with a rally inside the Target Center, an arena downtown. They will be doing this in -10F temperatures.
What do the scum running ICE think of us living in the country they claim they’re here to protect? Well, the name of their latest assault on the country, this time in Maine, is called “Operation Catch of the Day.”
And yes, Herr Obergruppenfuhrer Greg Bovino is worse than you think he is. U.S. Border Patrol chief Gregory Bovino boasted about detaining a 5-year-old boy in conditions that he insisted don’t get “any better.” During a press conference on Friday, a reporter asked about the boy and his father, who were detained in Minnesota.”Another way of looking at that might be that we don’t imprison or detain American children, penalizing them for the actions of their parents,” the reporter noted. “So what do you say to those who are troubled by the contrast?” Bovino replied: “Well, I don’t think there’s a contrast, and the child could be without his parents somewhere, perhaps in social services care somewhere, and that’s what we see oftentimes by children that are trafficked across the border. It’s heartbreaking. They’re not with any family. So the child is in the least restrictive setting with a family member. I don’t think it gets any better than that. And as far as the care, the best care that I’ve seen is ICE/U.S. Border Patrol and the way we treat those illegal aliens that come across the border.” (“Illegal aliens” is a term of racist disrespect of these people)
It gets worse: ICE agents have detained a two-year-old girl and her father in Minneapolis, prompting a frantic fundraiser and intensifying outrage over child detentions. Minneapolis City Councilmember Jason Chavez said the pair, identified on a GoFundMe page as Chloe Renata Tipan Villacis and her father, Elvis Joel Tipan Echeverria, were stopped and taken by ICE thugs while driving home from the grocery store in south Minneapolis, Minnesota, on Thursday. MinnPost photojournalist Ellen Schmidt posted images to Instagram showing agents surrounding a car as a man believed to be Echeverria clutched his toddler, while bystanders blew whistles, shouted at officers, and appeared to be hit with a chemical irritant as agents tried to leave the scene. A GoFundMefundraiser had pulled in more than $50,000 by this morning to cover bond, legal fees, rent, and basic living costs, according to the campaign description.
And then there’s this: An ICE thug in Maine was captured on video adding an onlooker recording their activity to a supposed “database” of domestic terrorists, drawing alarm from political experts and journalists alike. Video depicts an ICE agent approaching an onlooker filming their activity and proclaiming that it’s “not illegal to record.” “Why are you taking my information down?” the recording onlooker can be heard saying. The thug responds: “Because we have a nice little database. And now you’re considered a domestic terrorist!” The recorded encounter is consistent with a joint FBI and Homeland Security memo leaked last year that broadened the definition of domestic violent extremists – the government’s stand-in phrase for domestic terrorists – to include protesters taking “advantage of First Amendment-protected activity,” which includes recording members of law enforcement. The leaked FBI-DHS memo further warned that so-called domestic terrorists had frequently “leveraged large, lawful protests” in “multiple cities,” sparking fears that lawful protesters could be classified as domestic terrorists under Maladministration II.
But then there’s this: The first trial stemming from protests against immigration crackdowns in Chicago last year ended in dismal failure for the Justice Department, with a not guilty verdict for a man accused of putting a murder hit on Herr Obergruppenfuhrer Greg Bovino. The AP reported: “Jurors deliberated less than 4 hours before returning the favorable verdict for 37-year-old Juan Espinoza Martinez - who was charged as a member of a street gang who had offered $10,000 to his brother and a friend to kill Bovino. He faced one count of murder-for-hire and up to 10 years in prison if convicted. Testimony lasted mere hours in the federal trial that was the latest test of the Trump administration’s credibility on federal surges that have played out from Minnesota to Maine.” Earlier this week, Herr Oberrgru[ppenfuhrer Bovino was photographed trying to personally deploy a tear gas bomb at protesters, only to be forced to retreat as the wind carried the cloud back toward him and his fellow thugs.Today a jury in Chicago acquitted a man charged with trying to hire a man to kill U.S. Border Patrol Commander Greg Bovino. The Department of Justice claimed. Jon Seidel of the Chicago Sun-Times noted that 31 Chicagoans have been charged with nonimmigration crimes tied to the federal action there. With Thursday’s acquittal, Seidel notes, “15 of them have been cleared. None of the cases have led to a conviction, so far.”
And this: Media Matters reported that the senior judicial analyst on right-wing channel Newsmax, Judge Andrew Napolitano, called the newly revealed secret ICE memo claiming the right to break down doors to arrest people in their homes “a direct and profound violation of the Fourth Amendment.
Wednesday the law firm representing Rene Good’s family released information from the independent autopsy the family had commissioned. The information clearly resolves one of the most consequential factual questions in this case, and in doing so, it reframes the legal and forensic analysis in ways that have not yet been fully absorbed. According to the autopsy findings released by the family’s attorneys, the gunshot wound that killed Renée Good entered through the left temple and exited the right side of her head. That trajectory matters. It is not consistent with a shot fired from directly in front of the vehicle. It is consistent with a side-fired round. That single fact - that the shot that killed her came from the side and thus was not the first shot, which came from the front of the vehicle - changes the geometry of the case. the shooting unfolded in three shots: The first shot was fired from a position near the front-left corner of the vehicle. This is the only shot that could have entered the right breast — a non-fatal shot according to the autopsy. The second shot was fired when the officer was lateral to the driver’s side. The third shot was also fired from a lateral position, even with or slightly behind the driver as the vehicle was driving past ICE agent Ross. Only the second or third shot could have produced a left-temple-to-right-exit head wound. Thus the fatal shot did not come from the front, and was either the second or third shot. That is conclusive proof she was shot when Ross was not in a position where he was threatened by anything Good did.
Thursday, Maladministration II was caught red-handed digitally altering a photograph of a Minnesota anti-ICE protester being arrested - but they are not sorry about it in the least. The protest took place Sunday at Cities Church in St. Paul, where one of the pastors is a field agent for ICE, when a group of demonstrators went to the church and disrupted a sermon. This enraged Maladministration II and triggered immediate vows to prosecute them under the 1871 Ku Klux Klan Act, which makes illegal any conspiracy to “injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate,” people from exercising “any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States.” ICE Barbie announced the arrest of Nekima Levy Armstrong, the organizer of the protest on Thursday, accompanied by a picture of her being perp-walked in handcuffs with a stony expression on her face. However, soon after that, the official White House X account posted the same picture, digitally altered to show her sobbing and wet with tears. White House social media accounts did not disclose that the second image had been modified. After some news outlets reported this, Maladministration II linked reporters to an X post by Deputy Communications Director Kaelan Dorr, who wrote: “YET AGAIN to the people who feel the need to reflexively defend perpetrators of heinous crimes in our country I share with you this message: Enforcement of the law will continue. The memes will continue. Thank you for your attention to this matter.” Wednesday night, Armstrong spoke to CNN and said that what happened during the protest is more complicated than the media and Maladministration II are making it out to be. According to Armstrong, the protesters initially sat down and listened to the sermon in silence, then Armstrong inquired about the pastor who works for ICE to the pastor giving the sermon, after which he turned antagonistic and escalated the situation to the point of the protesters chanting to drown him out. This was the “conspiracy” to “injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate,” people from exercising “any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States.” You cannot believe a single word uttered by any member of this regime about anything. Every single word they speak is a lie, including “and” and “the.”
Trump called for criminal charges to be filed against pollsters who find results he doesn’t like after a new survey found his reputation spinning into freefall. The New York Times released polling data Thursday showing fewer than one-third of voters believe the country is better off since Trump’s return to office a year ago, while majorities disapprove of his handling of the economy, immigration and other issues, and 57 percent believe he’s prioritizing the wrong issues. (This is the New York Times/Siena College poll released Thursday found that 49% believe the country is generally worse off today than it was a year ago, while only 32% said the nation is better off and 19% said things are about the same. A majority of respondents also said they disapprove of how Trump is handling the cost of living (64%) and the economy (58%).) He fumed across two lengthy Lies Anti-Social posts. “Something has to be done about Fake Polls! They are truly OUT OF CONTROL. We have the Greatest Economy in the History of our Country, we have the Strongest Border in History, nobody has ever done a job like I have done, and they have me in the low 40s. The Democrats destroyed Healthcare, I’m trying to fix it, and they give me FAKE low numbers. Fake Polls on the Economy, on the Border, on just about everything, are ridiculous and dangerous. The REAL Polls have been GREAT, but they refuse to print them. This is no different than a writer who is corrupt, of which there are many. The New York Times, and so many others, print Polls that are knowingly false. They have become deranged, and sick. They suffer from a major case of TRUMP DERANGEMENT SYNDROME (TDS). Their 2024 Election coverage was so bad, and so wrong, and yet they never get called out for it. But I am calling them out with the lawsuit that I have filed which is making its way through the Courts. They have to pay a price for FAKE AND FRAUDULENT NEWS and, hopefully, in the not too distant future, they will!” He then clarified that the price pollsters should pay for negative results against him should be criminal prosecution. “Fake and Fraudulent Polling should be, virtually, a criminal offense. As an example, all of the Anti Trump Media that covered me during the 2020 Election showed Polls that were knowingly wrong. They knew what they were doing, trying to influence the Election, but I won in a Landslide, including winning the Popular Vote, all 7 of the 7 Swing States, the Electoral College was a route, and 2,750 Counties to 525. You can’t do much better than that, and yet if people examined The Failing New York Times, ABC Fake News, NBC Fake News, CBS Fake News, Low Ratings CNN, or the now defunct MSDNC, Polls were all fraudulent, and bore nothing even close to the final result. Something has to be done about Fraudulent Polling. Even the Polls of FoxNews and The Wall Street Journal have been, over the years, terrible! There are great Pollsters that called the Election right, but the Media does not want to use them in any way, shape, or form,” Trump added. “Isn’t it sad what has happened to American Journalism, but I am going to do everything possible to keep this Polling SCAM from moving forward!” Winning counties where the cows outnumber the people isn’t “winning”, you dumbfuck. And “Lese Majeste” isn’t a crime here. And you LOST the 2020 election, you demented broken-inside old fool.
Following his public self-humiliation at Davos on Wednesday, Trump spent two hours Thursday spewing nearly a post a minute attacking everyone attacking his enemies after the public failure of his “Board of peace.” Between 10:38 am and 1:01 pm EST, Trump fired off 51 posts, several of which were screenshots of people agreeing with videos he’d posted seconds earlier. He announced he was adding the Times Siena Poll to his “lawsuit” against the “failing New York Times. “Our lawyers have demanded that they keep all Records, and how they “computed” these fake results - Not just for the fact it was heavily skewed toward Democrats. They will be held fully responsible for all their Radical Left lies and wrongdoing!” Though Maladministration II expected representatives from 35 countries at the ceremony, fewer than 20 showed up. Representatives from the G7 were conspicuously absent, as were the original BRICS countries, and most of the G20. Neyanhu wanted to be there but couldn’t because he’s wanted by the International Criminal Court and would have been arrested by Swiss authorities. World leaders otherwise in attendance at Davos, such as French President Emmanuel Macron, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, and Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney, all ignored Trump’s endeavor. He ended with a more optimistic post: “Heading back to D.C. It was an incredible time in Davos,” Trump posted at 1:45 pm. “The Greenland structure is being worked on, and will be amazing for the U.S.A., and the Board of Peace is something that the World has never seen before - Very special. So many good things happening! PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP.”
Trump also threatened to sue JPMorgan Chase and Jamie Dimon, its chief executive officer, claiming it had broken the law by closing his accounts in April 2021 after notice given just two months before, at the same time that many businesses were refusing to work with Trump after the January 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol. The bank has refused to do further business with the Trump family, the lawsuit alleges, putting them on a “blacklist.” The lawsuit claims the family was “debanked” because of “political and social motivations,” and Trump wants “at least $5,000,000,000 in damages, an award of attorneys’ fees and costs…and any other relief this Court deems proper.” JP Morgan Chase says the suit is meritless and that while it does not close accounts for political reasons, it does close accounts “because they create legal or regulatory risk for the company.”
White House deputy chief of staff Stephen Miller suggested that he, too, is concerned about the law catching up to people on the Trump team. On social media, Miller posted: “Everyone serious understands that the justice system is rigged. Far-left prosecutors, magistrates, judges and juries unhesitatingly shield their violent activists and gleefully imprison their political opponents. Unrigging the system is necessary for the survival of the Republic.” Moiller will definitely be in the defendants’ dock in the 2029 war crimes trials.
Today the United States officially withdrew from the World Health Organization, leaving behind $278 million in unpaid dues. We joined the organization in 1948. Maladministration II officials acknowledge that they haven’t finished working out some issues, such as lost access to data from other countries that could give America an early warning of a new pandemic. The withdrawal will hurt the global response to new outbreaks and will hobble the ability of U.S. scientists and pharmaceutical companies to develop vaccines and medicines against new threats, said Lawrence Gostin, a public health law expert at Georgetown University. “In my opinion, it’s the most ruinous presidential decision in my lifetime.” The WHO is the United Nations’ specialized health agency and is mandated to coordinate the response to global health threats, such as outbreaks of mpox, Ebola and polio. It also provides technical assistance to poorer countries; helps distribute scarce vaccines, supplies and treatments; and sets guidelines for hundreds of health conditions, including mental health and cancer. Nearly every country in the world is a member. U.S. officials helped lead the WHO’s creation, and America has long been among the organization’s biggest donors, providing hundreds of millions of dollars and hundreds of staffers with specialized public health expertise. (That was all back when we weren’t the world’s biggest shithole country.) In an executive order issued right after taking office, Trump said the U.S. was withdrawing from WHO due to the organization’s mishandling of the COVID-19 pandemic and other global health crises. He also cited the agency’s “failure to adopt urgently needed reforms” and its “inability to demonstrate independence from the inappropriate political influence of WHO member states.” WHO, like other public health organizations, made costly mistakes during the pandemic, including at one point advising people against wearing masks. It also asserted that COVID-19 wasn’t airborne, a stance it didn’t officially reverse until 2024.
NYT columnist David Brooks wrote the world was in the midst of four unravelings – postwar international order, domestic tranquility, democratic order and the unspooling of Trump’s mind – and he said the last one was driving all the others. “Narcissists sometimes get worse with age, as their remaining inhibitions fall away. The effect is bound to be profound when the narcissist happens to be president of the United States. Every president I’ve ever covered gets more full of himself the longer he remains in office, and when you start out with Trump-level self-regard, the effect is grandiosity, entitlement, lack of empathy and ferocious overreaction to perceived slights.”
In good news, Senator Mark Kelly told CNN Wednesday that he is “seriously thinking of” running for president in 2028. “I feel this obligation more so than anything I’ve ever done in my life, to fight back against an unhinged president and a weaponization of the federal government against the constitutional rights of a million retired veterans,” he told CNN.

I just realized that “far left” means “believes in the Constitution as the law of the land.”
Who can tell me?
Do all these people that trump is suing have to pay court costs and lawyer fees?
How is that fair?
And why don't we hear more about that if it's true.
He can just take his big wads of "ill gotten gains" (mentioned in Solomon and popularized in Looney Tunes)
, and sue any guy without means to hire a defense.
