Yesterday, beauty pageant also-ran cosplaying as “U.S. Attorney” Lindsay Halligan was forced to admit in court that the grand jury in the Comey case never saw an actual indictment, and the full grand jury never voted to indict him on the trumped-up charges Comey faces of lying to Congress and obstructing a congressional proceeding. Instead of presenting a new indictment to the grand jury after it declined to approve one count, she instead brought an alternative version for the jury’s foreperson to sign, prosecutors said in a jaw-dropping exchange, detailed by CNN. Judge Michael Nachmanoff for the Eastern District of Virginia then called Halligan up and asked her to confirm that the full grand jury never actually saw the new indictment. After Nachmanoff told her to sit back down, he asked prosecutor Tyler Lemons whether he understood correctly that the new document had never been presented to the grand jury for approval. “I wasn’t there, but that is my understanding,” Lemons said; Halligan was the only one to present the case. After that, Comey’s lawyer argued that no indictment had been returned and that “there is no indictment.” Not only is there no indictment, but the statute of limitations has run on this and it is too late for the government to attempt another indictment. We shall see how the judge - who was reportedly “gobsmacked” by what he learned in court - rules on this.

Border Patrol goons smashed a car window with a rifle before hauling out two female U.S. citizens accused of honking their horn to warn others that federal immigration officers were in the area, according to relatives and a witness. A shocking video recorded in a Charlotte, North Carolina, neighborhood showed one goon pointing his gun into the window while shouting commands. He was then seen breaking the window and pulling a woman from the driver’s seat. The goons allegedly chased their vehicle down a main road before the confrontation in a residential street in the city’s Plaza Midwood district. The husband of one woman told reporters he could not reach either detainee for hours as they were held in an FBI facility. Both were later released with citations.

On Tuesday, Trump stated publicly - again - that he knows Saudi despot Mohammed bin Salman “had nothing to do with” the murder of Saudi dissident journalist Jamal Kashoggi. Tuesday evening in Congress, Rep. Eugene Vindman, who worked on the National Security Council staff during Maladministration I, gave a floor speech - which is protected from any response by the “speech and debate’ clause of the Constitution - in which he said that the two most disturbing events of his time at the NSC was Trump’s 2019 telephone call with President Zelenskyy that led to Trump’s first impeachment, and a second call that he implied was between Trump and MBS regarding the Kashoggi murder, in which MBS admitted his involvement in ordering it to Trump, and Trump supported that. Vindman said, “After the murder of journalist Jamal Khashoggi, I reviewed a call between the president and the Saudi crown prince. The American people and the Khashoggi family deserve to know what was said on that call. If history is any guide, the receipts will be shocking.” According to veteran reporter Bob Woodward, Trump once bragged about protecting Salman from Congressional scrutiny after the killing. Given that the CIA later judged that MBS was indeed guilty of the murder and that Trump’s support of the dictator at that time was why he was able to remain dictator, this is a phone transcript that needs to see daylight; it is as important as Trump’s involvement in the Epstein Files. He is a criminal who conspires with criminals.

As I said, the bullshit continues: Last week, the two top officials at the NIH debuted a new plan to help Americans weather the next pandemic: getting everyone to eat better and exercise. NIH Director Jay Bhattacharya and NIH Principal Deputy Director Matthew J. Memoli wrote in City Journal, a magazine and website published by the Manhattan Institute for Policy Research, a conservative think tank, that the standard pandemic-preparedness playbook “has failed catastrophically,” arguing that finding and studying pathogens that could cause outbreaks, then stockpiling vaccines against them, is a waste of money. Instead, they say, the United States should encourage people to improve their baseline health - “whether simply by stopping smoking, controlling hypertension or diabetes, or getting up and walking more.”

And of course, there’s always more bullshit: After releasing a memo in July declaring that “no further disclosure would be appropriate or warranted” and “we did not uncover evidence that could predicate an investigation against uncharged third parties,” alleged “Attorney General” Bondi was asked on Wednesday what had changed to warrant the investigation of Democrats she announced shortly after being ordered to do so by Trump. She replied: “Information that has come for, um, information. There’s new information, additional information. We will continue to follow the law to investigate any leads.” Bondi called for victims to come forward if they had any information. She has appointed Jay Clayton, the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York, to investigate Epstein’s links to former President Bill Clinton, LinkedIn co-founder Reid Hoffman, and former Harvard President Larry Summers. Late yesterday, Trump signed the Epstein Bill, making it law. That means release of the files must happen by December 19, the Friday before Christmas week - a good time to start claiming files cannot be released due to the “investigation.”

And then there’s bullshit piled on top of bullshit. Here’s Trump’s statement when he signed the Epstein Law: In a lengthy post on Lies Anti-Social, Trump posted, “Jeffrey Epstein, who was charged by the Trump Justice Department in 2019 (Not the Democrats!), was a lifelong Democrat, donated Thousands of Dollars to Democrat Politicians, and was deeply associated with many well-known Democrat figures, such as Bill Clinton (who traveled on his plane 26 times), Larry Summers (who just resigned from many Boards, including Harvard), Sleazebag Political Activist Reid Hoffman, Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (who asked Epstein to donate to his Campaign AFTER Epstein was charged), Democrat Congresswoman Stacey Plaskett, and many more. Perhaps the truth about these Democrats, and their associations with Jeffrey Epstein, will soon be revealed, because I HAVE JUST SIGNED THE BILL TO RELEASE THE EPSTEIN FILES! As everyone knows, I asked Speaker of the House Mike Johnson, and Senate Majority Leader John Thune, to pass this Bill in the House and Senate, respectively. Because of this request, the votes were almost unanimous in favor of passage. At my direction, the Department of Justice has already turned over close to fifty thousand pages of documents to Congress. Do not forget — The Biden Administration did not turn over a SINGLE file or page related to Democrat Epstein, nor did they ever even speak about him. (FACT CHECK: The Biden Administration could not legally release any of the Epstein Files, since Gislaine Maxwell’s appeal following her conviction was in process; it was only resolved this past June when the Supreme Court refused to take the appeal.) Democrats have used the ‘Epstein’ issue, which affects them far more than the Republican Party, in order to try and distract from our AMAZING Victories. For years our Great Nation has had to endure RUSSIA, RUSSIA, RUSSIA, UKRAINE, UKRAINE, UKRAINE, IMPEACHMENT HOAX #1, IMPEACHMENT HOAX #2, and many other Democrat created Witch Hunts and Scams, all of which have been so terrible and divisive for our Country, and have been done to confuse, deflect, and distract from the GREAT JOB that Republicans, and the Trump Administration, are doing. This latest Hoax will backfire on the Democrats just as all of the rest have! Thank you for your attention to this matter. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!”

And the bullshit continues: A “new” Trump-backed proposal to end the war in Ukraine would grant Russia expanded control over eastern territories in exchange for U.S. security guarantees for Ukraine and Europe. Russia would gain full control of Luhansk and Donetsk, though Ukraine still holds about 14.5% of the Donbas. Demilitarized zones in parts of Donbas would bar Russian troop deployments. Crimea and Donbas would be recognized internationally as Russian territory, though Ukraine would not be formally asked to accept this. Ukrainian officials say the plan limits Kyiv’s military size and long-range weapons in exchange for U.S. security guarantees. This is more of Krasnov carrying Putin’s water for him. What’s “new” here, other than the word is plastered all over it? You know this is total bullshit when you learn that a “major US ally” - Viktor Orbán’s neo-fascist, pro-Russia Hungary - is in favor of the “new” ideas. Russian envoy Kirill Dmitriev sounded bullish about the negotiations, telling Axios that hi’s optimistic because “we feel the Russian position is really being heard.” Surprise surprise (not!) - Washington and Moscow have been secretly drafting the “peace plan” without Ukraine’s participation (as usual). Ukrainian rejection will undoubtedly give Krasnov his “out” to end all U.S. support for the Good Guys in this war. Hours after the plan surfaced on Wednesday, “peaceful” Russian missiles killed at least 25 people in Ternopil, Ukraine, about 200 kilometers from the Polish border - the deadliest strike on western Ukraine since 2022. Two apartment buildings were hit; 26 people remain trapped. Russia fired 476 drones and 48 missiles overnight.

Ah, the bullshit, it flows like a river: Trump has demanded the arrest and trial of several “seditious” Democratic lawmakers - Senators Elissa Slotkin and Mark Kelley, along with Reps Chris Deluzio, Maggie Goodlander, Chrissy Houlahan and Jason Crow who produced a 90-second video in which they remind members of the armed forces and the intelligence community that they have a sworn constitutional duty to refuse to follow illegal orders, urging serving personnel: “Don’t give up the ship.” Military and intelligence personnel are required to disobey lawful orders from superiors - saying on Lies Anti-Social this morning: “It’s called SEDITIOUS BEHAVIOR AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL! Each one of these traitors to our Country should be ARRESTED AND PUT ON TRIAL. Their words cannot be allowed to stand - We won’t have a Country anymore!!! An example MUST BE SET.” In a follow-up post, he added: “This is really bad, and Dangerous to our Country. Their words cannot be allowed to stand. SEDITIOUS BEHAVIOR FROM TRAITORS!!! LOCK THEM UP???” And in another, he ranted: “SEDITIOUS BEHAVIOR, punishable by DEATH!” Democratic leaders called Trump’s remarks “unhinged” and condemned what they said were “disgusting and dangerous death threats,” urging Republicans to “forcefully do the same”. They told Trump to delete the posts. Trump’s incendiary rhetoric comes amid serious bipartisan concern about rising political violence in the United States in the wake of high-profile assassinations, including those of conservative activist Charlie Kirk and a Democratic lawmaker in Minnesota.His accusation of sedition is the latest volley in a years-long exchange between his Republicans and the Democrats, each side accusing the other of violating the U.S. Constitution and undermining democracy in pursuit of their own partisan and ideological interests. Santa Monica’s favorite self-hating Jew - reincarnation of Reinhard Heydrich Stephen Miller - also got in the act, going on Fux snooze to proclaim “It is insurrection, plainly, directly without question - these lawmakers should honestly resign in disgrace, and never return to public office again, for even daring to think, let alone to say these words and to say them proudly.” He still needs to be locked in a seabag and thrown off the Santa Monica pier in the middle of a winter storm, and it looks like there will be several opportunities this winter. And if an example needs to be set, convicting Trump of treason and sentencing him to be publicly hanged, drawn and quartered would go a long way with sending the Bubba Brigade back to Flyover Loserville, where they belong. Of course, we know he wants to issue illegal orders to shoot Americans, and he’s deathly afraid the military wouldn’t follow his insanity.

In the video, the Democrats say: “This administration is pitting our uniformed military and intelligence community professionals against American citizens. Like us, you all swore an oath. To protect and defend this Constitution. Right now, the threats to our constitution aren’t just coming from abroad, but from right here at home. Our laws are clear. You can refuse illegal orders. You must refuse illegal orders. No one has to carry out orders that violate the law or our Constitution. We know this is hard, and that it’s a difficult time to be a public servant. But whether you’re serving in the CIA, the Army, our Navy, the Air Force, your vigilance is critical. And know that we have your back. We need you to stand up for our laws, our constitution, and who we are as Americans.” House Democratic Leader Hakeem Jeffries, Democratic Whip Katherine Clark and Democratic Caucus Chair Pete Aguilar released the following statement after Trump’s remarks, “Political violence has no place in America. Representatives Jason Crow, Chris DeLuzio, Maggie Goodlander and Chrissy Houlahan and Senators Mark Kelly and Elissa Slotkin all served our country with tremendous patriotism and distinction. We unequivocally condemn Donald Trump’s disgusting and dangerous death threats against Members of Congress and call on House Republicans to forcefully do the same.”

On to some non-bullshit: Brazil’s Supreme Court sentenced nine military officers to up to 24 years on Tuesday for plotting to assassinate President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, Vice President Geraldo Alckmin, and Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes. The plot didn’t advance on account of the Army commander’s lack of support. The sentences follow former President Jair Bolsonaro’s September sentencing to 27 years for leading the criminal organization behind the attempted coup.

Here’s some more non-bullshit: In the new NPR/PBS/Marist poll, Democrats lead the 2026 generic House ballot 55/41 among registered voters - a D+14 advantage. That’s the biggest Marist has shown for Democrats since 2017 and a massive swing from a 48–48 tie in November 2024. Among independents, it’s even more brutal: 61% say they’d vote for the Democrat in their district, just 28% for the Republican. That’s a +33 margin with the very voters everyone claims to be chasing. That’s not “things are trending our way.” That’s “the wave machine is on and warming up.” In 2018, Democrats turned a smaller sustained generic lead into a House wipeout. The difference now: we’re a full year out and already at that level. The center of the electorate is done with Trump, and they are punishing his party on the congressional vote. ow layer in the Reuters/Ipsos poll: Trump’s overall approval is 38%, the lowest of his second term, and his numbers on the specific thing people care about most - everyday expenses - are horrific. Only 26% approve of how he’s managing the cost of living, and 65% disapprove, including about one in three Republicans.

And yet more non-bullshit: Democrats received good news this week about their chances in two Texas House races in seats won by President Donald Trump in last year’s election. Sabato’s Crystal Ball, a forecaster that tracks elections across the country, shifted two of Texas’ congressional races away from Republicans on Wednesday, a sign that they could be more competitive than initially expected. Those seats are the 15th District held by Republican Monica De La Cruz, which was changed from Safe Republican to Likely Republican, and the 34th District, a seat held by Democrat Vicente Gonzalez, which shifted from Leans Republican to Toss-Up. The ratings reflect the map passed by Texas Republicans earlier this year that was meant to create districts more favorable to Republicans in South Texas, as well as the suburbs of Houston and Dallas. Mark Jones, fellow in political science at the Baker Institute and political science professor at Rice University said: “In a survey that we did in September and October, we found that when you asked Latino voters who voted for Trump back in 2024, the proportion who said they would vote for him again is 14 points lower. Along with Gen Z, they’re one of the groups Trump has really lost the most support among.”

And even more non-bullshit: An ICE thug was among 16 men arrested in a Minnesota trafficking investigation that targeted individuals seemingly attempting to solicit a minor for sex, police said. Bloomington Police Chief Booker Hodges said at a news conference on Tuesday that the three-day “Operation Creep” began on November 5 and focused on identifying people seeking to purchase sex from a 17-year-old girl. “When he was arrested, he said, ‘I’m ICE, boys,’” Hodges said. “Well, unfortunately for him, we locked him up.” Alexander Back, 41, of Robbinsdale, is a civilian auditor with DHS and has been charged in the sting, Fox 9 reported. And of course DHS immediately threw him under the bus. An ICE spokesperson said Wednesday that Back “was hired under the Biden administration in 2022,” and that he was “immediately” placed on administrative leave.

Here’s some just plain complete stupidity: The Department of Education has excluded nursing as a “professional degree” program as it sets about implementing various measures regarding student loans laid out in the Big Bad Bill. The move has sparked significant uproar among nurses and nursing groups, with the American Nurses Association saying, as reported by Nursing World, that “limiting nurses’ access to funding for graduate education threatens the very foundation of patient care.” The change will impact hundreds of thousands of students—there are over 260,000 students currently enrolled in entry-level Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) programs and around 42,000 enrolled in Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), according to data collected by the American Nurses Association. Many have warned the move will lead to a significant drop in the number of nurses in the country, impacting health care services nationwide. The department determined that the following programs were professional: medicine, pharmacy, dentistry, optometry, law, veterinary medicine, osteopathic medicine, podiatry, chiropractic, theology and clinical psychology. This meant that physician assistants, nurse practitioners, physical therapists and audiologist were excluded from the list.
