Happy Bastille Day. Remember that the rich taste better “lightly sauteed, with a nice Chianti.” This is Day 178 of Grampasw Shitstain’s clownfuck and there are 477 days till we introduce this collection of sewer clowns to "Madame la Guillotine."
Here’s what a spineless Fascist Fuckwit sewer clown looks like: New York congressman Mike Lawler - who desperately wants the backing of Grampaw Shitstain in his planned run for New York Governor (though Gramps wants him to stay in place and run for re-election because if he doesn’t keep the House it will be “Trial first, then OFF WITH HIS HEAD!”) - did an interview on NewsNation’s “The Hill Sunday” with Chris Stirewalt, who asked about Grampaw’s defense of Pam Bondi’s handling of the Epstein Files case, and the calls from some of the president’s most ardent supporters for a special counsel investigation into the case. Lawler replied, “Listen, I’m probably not the person to ask, because I don’t speak in conspiracy theory. But, at the end of the day, there’s a lot bigger issues facing this country than Jeffrey Epstein. The guy is dead and buried. Let’s move on.”
FBI Director Kash Patel made it clear that Bongino is doing his own thing and he is standing by Trump and Bondi despite the heat from MAGA. He posted: "The conspiracy theories just aren’t true, never have been. It’s an honor to serve President Trump — and I’ll continue to do so for as long as he calls on me."
During an interview on “Fux Snooze Sunday,” ICE Barbie was asked about the Friday ruling from U.S. District Judge Maame Ewusi-Mensah Frimpong that granted two temporary restraining orders preventing officials from targeting individuals for removal on the basis of race, language or employment and requiring DHS to grant detainees access to legal counsel. She replied, “Well, this federal judge’s ruling is ridiculous. We never ran our operations that way. We’ve seen this across the country over and over and over again, where judges are getting political. It’s not their job. I hope they can bring some dignity back to the bench because we’re lacking it now for many of these federal judges.” She said ICE doesn’t target individuals on the basis of race, language or employment, “It’s been done exactly how law enforcement has operated for many years in this country, and ICE is out there making sure we get the worst off the streets. So this judge made a decision that we will appeal and we will win, because he’s wrong. We’ve never targeted individuals based on those qualifications that he laid out.”
On Friday, Herr Obefrgruppenfuhrer Tom Homan went on Fux and Friends and said that federal immigration agents do not need probable cause to detain people for a short period and that agents can “just go through the observations, get articulable facts, based on their location, their occupation, their physical appearance, their actions. People need to understand, ICE officers and Border Patrol don’t need probable cause to walk up to somebody, briefly detain them, and question them,” Sounds like racial profiling to me.
Stephen Miller posted about the decision: “The ruling has just been issued. A communist judge in LA has ordered ICE to report directly to her and radical left NGOs - not the president. This is another act of insurrection against the United States and its sovereign people.” In another pos he said: "What would LA look like without illegal aliens? You would be able to see a doctor in the ER right away, no wait time, no problem. You kids would go to a public school that had more money than they know what to do with. Classrooms would be half the size." Gavin Newsom responded to Miller’s post: “This fascist cuck in DC continues his assault on democracy and the Constitution, and his attempt to replace the sovereignty of the people with autocracy. Sorry the Constitution hurt your feelings, Stephen. Cry harder.”
AG Blondi attempted to divert attention away from Epstein by dropping charges in the middle of the trial against MAGA favorite Michael Kirk Moore, who was charged with discarding hundreds of covid vaccines and distributing 2,000 fraudulent COVID-19 vaccination cards in exchange for cash or required ‘donations.’ Moore gave saline shots to children so they would think they were getting the vaccine. Blondi: “At my direction, DOJ has dismissed charges against Dr. Kirk Moore.” But this highly unusual, unethical and reprehensible move by Blondi didn’t work to distract MAGA on Epstein.
ICE Barbie went to the Turning Points USA hatealong and told them that Democrats are evil because they want migrants to be treated better than American citizens with more rights and benefits: "They aren't just liberals anymore. If you look at the Democrat Party, they're a party of communists and marxists and socialists. Our founding fathers fought the biggest military in the world with their personal muskets and rifles. You think we’re just going to let that go away?”
The late great Bastet, truly a goddess
A delegation of Democratic federal and state lawmakers were allowed a limited tour of Ron Desantis’s Alligator Auschwitz. Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz: “They are essentially packed into cages, wall-to-wall humans, 32 detainees per cage.”CNN: “Wasserman Schultz said each cage contained 3 small toilets with attached sinks, which detainees use for drinking water and brushing their teeth, sharing the same water used to flush the toilets. When they toured the kitchen area, she said govt employees were being offered large pieces of roast chicken and sausages, while the detainees’ lunch consisted of a gray turkey and cheese sandwich, an apple and chips.” Maxwell Frost said: “It is something everyone, whether you’re Democrat, Republican or anything, should be deeply ashamed of. Immigrants don’t poison the blood of this nation. They are the blood of this nation.” Darren Soto: “What we saw in our inspection today was a political stunt, dangerous and wasteful. One can’t help but understand and conclude that this is a total cruel political stunt meant to have a spectacle of political theater and it’s wasting taxpayer dollars and putting our ICE agents, our troops and ICE detainees in jeopardy.”
The LA Times reports pets are being left alone and stranded after their owners are locked up by ICE and deported: “Since fed immigration raids, primarily targeting Latino communities, began roiling LA in early June, animal rescues and care providers across the county are hearing desperate pleas for help. Pets belonging to people who are deported or flee are being left in empty apartments, dumped into the laps of unprepared friends and dropped off at overcrowded shelters.” Yvette Berke with Cats at the Studios: "Unless people take the initiative and get the pets out, those animals will starve to death in those backyards or those homes." The numbers of dogs relinquished at LA County’s Palmdale shelter more than doubled in June compared with June of last year. At the Downey shelter, the count jumped 50% over the same period. Fearing arrest if they go outside, some people are forgoing healthcare for their pets. Clinics report a surge in no-shows and missed appointments in communities affected by the raids.” Jennifer Naitaki with Michelson Found Animals Foundation: "Pets are like the collateral damage to the current political climate.”
Rep. Jamie Raskin told MSNBC that the Republican plan to delay Medicaid cuts until after the midterms will backfire on them: "The central part of the campaign will be, do you want to elect Democratic majorities to stop millions of people from being thrown off their healthcare, or do you want to go through with it? They thought they were clever in saying they would wait until 2027 so nobody will feel the pain."
WaPo reported that despite Trump’s claims that he is close to a trade deal with Japan, relations between the two countries haven’t been this bad since WWII: “‘A Great Honor to have just met with the Japanese Delegation on Trade. Big Progress!’ he wrote on Truth Social after speaking with Japanese negotiator Akazawa. But there was not much progress at all. Japan did not readily give in to the Trump admin’s demands, not least because of the domestic political considerations that constrained Ishiba’s admin from making concessions on key industries, such as autos, steel and rice.
Here’s more bad news for Gramps and the Sewer Clowns:
When cameras panned to Gramps in his box at the FIFA World Cup final on Sunday, the crowd erupted into boos as the Jumbotron showed him saluting while the U.S. national anthem played. The screen to quickly shuffled elsewhere, according to The Washington Post White House bureau chief Matt Viser. The presidential box was occupied by Melania, Pam Blondi, ICE Barbie, and failed Reality TV contestant Sean Duffy. Tom Brady, Rupert Murdoch, and FIFA president Gianni Infantino were also present. Where oh where is Bruce Dern and the blimp when we really need him?
How badly did the over-educated, under-intelligent, otherwise-unemployables of the DC Press Corpse fuck up with their usual shitheaded coverage? Here’s CNN’s headline on Grampaw’s Saturday night post and the response:
TRUMP DEFENDS BONDI AMID MAGA FALLOUT OVER HER HANDLING OF EPSTEIN INVESTIGATION.
“President Donald Trump offered a full-throated defense of Attorney General Pam Bondi on Saturday amid criticism from some in his base over the release of a memo about accused sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein, writing on Truth Social that Bondi is doing “a FANTASTIC JOB” in her role.”
12 paragraphs later, they write:
“The president repeated his frustration in his Saturday post, writing, “For years, it’s Epstein, over and over again,” while accusing a slew of political adversaries, including former President Barack Obama, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, former FBI Director James Comey, former CIA Director James Brennan “and the Losers and Criminals of the Biden Administration” who he claimed “created the Epstein Files.”
These fuckfaced morons from the shallow end of the Upper Class White Male Trust Fund Baby DNA pool deserve every kick in their asses they get.
More bad news for the senile old ignoramus:
Also from the NYT: “Trump’s executive orders and the deals struck by the settling firms have not aged well. The firms that threw in the towel appear to have misjudged the fallout — financial, reputational, political and legal. Meanwhile, the Trump administration has gotten hammered by the judges presiding over the cases challenging the White House, and it’s far from clear the government’s appeal will get a better reception in the higher courts, including the Supreme Court, if it gets there. Furthermore, the deals with the settling firms have so far produced scant results for the Trump administration in concrete terms.”
Yeah, all this bad news for the Traitors is good news for the rest of us.
The week ahead involves a full-court pressby Republicans to pass Grampaw Shitstains recission bill that includes recall of $9.4 billion in funding for the Corporation for Public Broadcasting and foreign aid. This must be cone by Friday, the 45-day deadline for adopting a rescissions package, after which the funding is released. Fortunately, passing the bill is looking dicey despite Gramps threatening to go after any Republican who doesn’t vote for it in next year’s mid terms, thanks in part to a full-court press from Native American communities who say they rely on the agency’s broadcast network and emergency alerts in rural areas. The National Congress of American Indians has voted unanimously to urge Congress to reject cuts to the agency. The United South and Eastern Tribes, which represents 33 tribes, sent a letter to Alaska Senator Lisa Murkowski urging her to save the C.P.B.; her fellow Alaska senator Dan Sullivan, who rarely breaks with party leadership, is also facing a ton of pressure on this issue. He’s up for reelection in 2026. If Murkowski and Sullivan vote against the bill, it would still need two more R Senators opposing Dear Leader to kill it dead. South Dakota Sen. Mike Rounds and Maine Sen. Susan Collins are on the record as “dismayed” by the attempt to kill the CPB.
And, finally: Gramps told reporters Sunday night that he would be sending Patriot missiles to Ukraine, as well as other “very sophisticated military” equipment, in response to continued Russian attacks on the embattled country.
Here’s some good news that proves stopped clock is still right twice a day: The Radiation Exposure Compensation Act (RECA), the law that awarded financial compensation to the residents of Nevada who lived downwind of the Nevada nuclear test site, expired last year, but was renewed as part of the Big Bad Bill by pressure from Senators Josh Hawley and Ben Ray Lujan. When the law was originally passed in 1990, it excluded the Hispanic and Mescalero Apache residents of the Tularosa Basin in New Mexico who lived downwind of the Trinity Test Site. The descendants of those residents have suffered from rare cancers and other medical conditions for the past 80 years; residents often picnicked at the site and took home artifacts, including the radioactive green glass known as "trinitite." Under the revision in the BBB, Trinity victims can apply for $100,000 for damages caused by the 1945 bomb. The US government has repeatedly refused compensation for downwind victims of the nuclear test programs, and even now the expansion of RECA does not include eligibility for people near nuclear testing in the U.S. territory of Guam, parts of Arizona, Montana, Colorado and new parts of Nevada.
Rosie O’Donnell gets the last word: “he is a dangerous old soulless man with dementia who lacks empathy, compassion and basic humanity - i stand in direct opposition to all he represents - so do millions of others - u gonna deport all who stand against ur evil tendencies - ur a bad joke who cant form a coherent sentence.”

Love the balancing act on the monitor. She's a beauty.
As for the daily update: Oh, good grief. But thank you.
Ditto the comment from Ally House (Oregon).
With some regularity, your posts bring to mind one of many posters in my classroom, caption: My brain is full. May I be excused?
We had soft cover math books, and when they started falling apart in March, some of the kids campaigned that we might be done for the year.
Your brain power, the capacity - researching, organizing, and writing about all this boggles the mind.
Bastet is exquisite. Preciousness. I bet she knew how to balance atop a computer monitor too. But lolling around on the cat tree is much more relaxing.
Rosie O’Donnell says it all!
So do you, Tom! Thanks!
Onward!
