This is Day 179 of the MAGA War on America. There are 476 days till we settle their hash. JD Vance and his family got booed at Disneyland Sunday, and they absolutely deserved it. Can you imagine the nerve of shit-talking California 24/7, sending troops to occupy it and then showing up with your fucking family to vacation there? And expecting a nice response since it was Disney and Oragatang County?
On Sunday in Long Beach, California, off-duty Border Patrol agent Isaiah Hodgson was arrested, charged with resisting arrest, injuring an officer, and other weapons-related crimes. He was apparently armed and drunk as a skunk at a ba, where he followed a woman into the bathroom. Asked to leave, he didn’t; police were called. He refused to identify himself, then fought the officers, injuring at least one, before they used a stun gun on him. “No one is above the law, regardless of their position or badge,” LA County DA Nathan Hochman said.
On Monday, Grampaw Shitstain said he had brokered a deal to send more weapons to Ukraine without burdening the U.S., while threatening Russian President Vladimir Putin with new sanctions if there is no deal to end the war in 50 days. He said these systems would include Patriot missile defense batteries critical for Ukraine to guard its skies under increasing Russian bombardment. A top German military official told reporters in Kyiv last week that Berlin was in negotiations for weeks with the U.S. over the potential purchase and transfer of a Patriot missile battery. The real kicker to all this emerged this morning, when Gramps told reporters that it was Melania who convinced him he was being played by Putin.
Saturday night, Gramps told the MAGAts it was time to “move on” regarding Jeffrey Epstein and concentrate on all the wonderfulness he was creating with hisd “PARFECT ADMINISRTRATION that is Recognized Across The World” for its accomplishments. He got over 60,000 negative comments about this on Twitter, including from some of the Prominent Usual Suspects. By Monday morning, after receiving phone calls from Gramps, the storm troop leaders were falling back into line and renewing their vows of loyalty to Dear Leader. Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk said Monday that he is trusting the Trump administration to handle the files related to disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein. “Honestly, I’m done talking about Epstein for the time being. I’m gonna trust my friends in the administration, I’m gonna trust my friends in the government to do what needs to be done, solve it, ball’s in their hands. I’m gonna trust my friends Kash Patel, Dan Bongino, my friend Pam Bondi. All these guys,” he said, adding Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche. “Ball’s in their court. I think that there was plenty of, let’s say, speeches that were directed towards this topic this last weekend. So we don’t need to spend our valuable time on this program relitigating it,” he said. Laura Loomer was having none of it: “I don’t ever want to hear Charlie Kirk claim he is pro-Trump ever again. After this weekend, I’d say he has revealed himself as political opportunist and I have had a front row seat to witness the mental gymnastics these last 10 years. Lately, Charlie has decided to behave like a charlatan, claiming to be pro-Trump one day while he stabs Trump in the back the next. Charlie hosted Dave Smith at TPUSA’s SAS conference. 3 weeks ago, Smith called for Trump to be IMPEACHED and REMOVED from office over his decision to blow up Iran’s nuclear facilities. Charlie played both sides of the Iran issue on his show as we all saw, because he wants to play to both sides of the aisle.” Even though the MAGA base refused to move on as Trump demanded, Fux is following the order. After talking about Epstein constantly for days, they have shut down all mentions of Epstein after the edict. Media Matters noted on Monday: “Fox News live mentions today as of noon ET: Biden: 46 Epstein: ZERO.” Lara Trump told Gramps fluffer Benny Johnson that Dear Leader has heard the backlash from the MAGA base and thinks he will take action on it: "I think there needs to be more transparency on this, and I think that will happen. He hears all the noise and all the consternation out there so I think he wants to set things right. They hear it and understand it. There is no great plot to keep this information away. I think we're gonna get more transparency on it very soon."
Roughly 2/3 of DOJ lawyers tasked with fielding the constant legal challenges to Grampaw’s crimes have quit in frustration. 69 of the 110 lawyers who work in the DOJ’s Federal Programs Branch, which responds to lawsuits against the administration, have left their roles since the 2024 election. One lawyer who left the unit said staff have become demoralized and frustrated by the nonstop barrage of legal challenge. “Many of these people came to work at Federal Programs to defend aspects of our constitutional system,” one departed DOJ lawyer told Reuters. “How could they participate in the project of tearing it down?” At least three from the Federal Programs Branch also quit because they feared they’d face sanction for refusing to bow to pressure from the department to skew facts in court or violate other ethics rules. Among those who have left are seasoned lawyers who worked across administrations, including Trump’s first one.

Things are getting worse and will get worser soon: ICE may deport immigrants to countries other than their own, with as little as six hours’ notice, even if officials have not provided any assurances that the new arrivals will be safe from persecution or torture, a top official said in a memo. Todd M. Lyons, the acting director of ICE, wrote in a memo to the workforce last Wednesday that a Supreme Court ruling last month had cleared the way for officers to “immediately” start sending immigrants to “alternative” countries. The lack of information about detainees sent to South Sudan and El Salvador has drawn charges from a group of independent experts appointed by the United Nations that the United States may be engaging in “enforced disappearance,” state-sponsored abductions that are banned under international law.
U.S. District Judge Hernán D. Vera granted the Los Angeles Press Club’s request for a 14-day restraining order against the LAPD after the group said it documented dozens of incidents in which officers forced reporters away from public spaces where protests were taking place, hit them with rubber bullets and nonlethal weapons and exposed them to tear gas. Vera’s ruling is an emergency order giving the court more time to consider whether to grant a longer-term block. It prohibits the LAPD from keeping journalists out of closed areas, assaulting or obstructing those in the process of news gathering, arresting those in closed areas and using nonlethal weapons against reporters. The litigation stems from June, when Los Angeles protests over federal immigration raids captured national attention and prompted the deployment the National Guard to Southern California. The press club said some incidents also occurred during the anti-Trump “No Kings Day” protests that took place soon after the ICE demonstrations.
On Sunday, Gramps bragged about winning yet another golf championship, writing on his Lies Anti-Social that he and partner Tommy Urciuoli won the member-member championship at his Bedminster golf club. Gramps has a remarkable record of success at golf, only on his own courses. Sportswriter Rick Reilly has said in the past there’s a reason for that: He cheats. Reilly told MSNBC last year that Trump cheats “like a mafia accountant” and called his championships “fake as Velveeta cheese.” “He’s never won a championship at a course he doesn’t own and operate,” Reilly said. “He’s played in Pebble Beach, he’s played in the Tahoe one, where there are rules and judges and cameras. And in those, he’s never finished in the top half. So he wins when anybody who disagrees that he won is out of the club. That’s how he gets it.”
Former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo formally announced on Monday that he is running as an independent in New York City’s mayoral race after losing to Zohran Mamdani in the primary. “Only 13 percent of New Yorkers voted in the June primary. The general election is in November and I am in it to win. My opponent Mr. Mamdani offers slick slogans, but no real solutions,” Cuomo said in a campaign video posted to Xitter. “We need a city with lower rent, safer streets, where buying your first home is once again possible, where childcare won’t bankrupt you. That’s the New York City we know. You deserve a mayor with the experience and ideas to make it happen again and the guts to take on anybody who stands in the way,” he said. Cuomo will ask all candidates except for Mamdani to pledge that any candidate who is not in the lead by mid-September will drop out of the race, himself included.
Yesterday, the UnSupreme Court allowed Maladministration II to resume dismantling the Department of Education in a 6-3 vote along ideological lines, lifting a judge’s order to reinstate hundreds of employees terminated in mass layoffs. The majority did not explain its reasoning, as is typical in “emergency” decisions. The court’s three Democratic-appointed justices publicly dissented, calling their colleagues’ ruling “indefensible.” “It hands the Executive the power to repeal statutes by firing all those necessary to carry them out,” wrote Justice Sonia Sotomayor, joined by Justices Elena Kagan and Ketanji Brown Jackson. “The majority is either willfully blind to the implications of its ruling or naive, but either way the threat to our Constitution’s separation of powers is grave.” Since entering office, Maladministration II has sought to lay off half of the Education Department’s workforce and move some of the agency’s core functions, such as managing student loans, to other federal departments.
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) on Monday pushed back on a new report from NBC News that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detainees are going hungry and being fed spoiled food. “FAKE NEWS! Any claim that there is a lack of food or subprime conditions at ICE detention centers are FALSE,” DHS said in a post on the social platform X.
“All detainees are provided with proper meals, medical treatment, and have opportunities to communicate with their family members and lawyers. Meals are certified by dieticians. Ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of individuals in our custody is a top priority at ICE,” the department added. According to the NBC News report, ICE detainees in multiple states have reported facing food scarcity or receiving spoiled food, according to immigration advocates and detainees themselves. The outlet said detainees are experiencing weight loss and sickness as a result. One Salvadoran man being held at the Golden State Annex detention facility in California complained of flavorless ground beef that “looks like little, small pebbles.” An attorney said clients described moldy and inedible food at some centers. And the wife of a man held in El Paso, Texas, said, “He tells me many are given two spoonfuls of rice and that many are still hungry,” according to NBC News.
Elon Musk’s Grok landed a $200 million government contract from the U.S. Department of Defense right off the heels of the chatbot’s antisemitic X rampage. Musk’s startup xAI announced the $200 million government contract from the DOD Monday, as well as its partnership with the GSA, which would allow “every federal government department, agency, or office, to purchase xAI products” through the GSA schedule. It also revealed that it would be launching “Grok for Government,” which it described as “a suite of products that make our frontier models available to United States Government customers.” “We’re hiring mission driven engineers who want to join the cause,” the post concluded. The Department of Defense has offered similar $200 million ceiling contracts to companies like Google, Anthropic, and Open AI. “The adoption of AI is transforming the Department’s ability to support our warfighters and maintain strategic advantage over our adversaries,” the department’s Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Officer Dr. Douglas “Doug” Matty said. “Leveraging commercially available solutions into an integrated capabilities approach will accelerate the use of advanced AI as part of our Joint mission essential tasks in our warfighting domain as well as intelligence, business, and enterprise information systems,” he added. In a press release Monday, xAI stated that its “mission is to create and propagate AI tools to assist humanity in our quest for understanding and knowledge.” “Supporting the critical missions of the United States Government is a key part of this mission—bringing the best tools and technologies available in the commercial world to our hard-working public servants,” it said.
Russia was thrilled with Grampaw’s continued stalling. When it was announced Gramps was making a “big announcement about Russia” during Rutte’s visit, they expected something much worse. Instead, they are laughing. The Moscow Stock Exchange jumped 2700 points right after Trump made the announcement. Reporter’s question: “Why are you giving Putin 50 more days?” Gramps: “I've just really been involved in this for not very long. It wasn't an initial focus. This is a Biden war. This is a Democrat war.”
An American who spied on Ukraine’s military has been personally rewarded with a Russian passport by Vladimir Putin. Daniel Martindale arrived in Ukraine shortly before Russia’s full-scale invasion in 2022 and pretended to be a missionary, before contacting Russian intelligence services and joining the invading force after they captured the city of Vuhledar. After two years of spying on Ukraine he was extracted in a “complex evacuation operation” after Moscow feared his cover would be blown and escorted to Russia. He later received his citizenship in Moscow during a ceremony overseen by Denis Pushilin, head of the annexed Ukrainian republic of Donetsk. “By decree of our President Vladimir Putin, a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation was awarded to Daniel Martindale,” Pushilin announced on Telegram, who said Martindale had “long since proven with his loyalty and actions that he is one of us.” He said the spy “supported our guys, passed on important information to our special services, and risked his life.” Accepting the passport in fluent Russian, Martindale said “Russia is not only my home, but my family,” and thanked the country for welcoming him. Becoming a Russian citizen was a “dream,” he added. This piece of shit can’t end up in a dark alley, bleeding out from a large-caliber exit wound, soon enough.
Florida Attorney General Peter Uthmeier sent a letter to airport officials in FL where he embraced conspiracies about the Texas flooding: "As our hearts break for the victims of the flash floods in Texas, I can't help but notice the possibility that weather modification could have played a role in this tragedy." FACT CHECK: THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS “WEATHER MODIFICATION” YOU BRAINDEAD DROOLING MORONS!!!
And yes, there is good news for our side today:
Faced with significant pushback from Republican Senators over the attempt to remove funds in a recissions bill that has to be passed by Friday, Russell Vought told reporters after meeting with Senate Republicans this morning that the White House is on board with a substitute amendment to the rescissions package that would exempt PEPFAR, the global anti-AIDS initiative from cuts. The amendment means the House will have to vote again on the legislation. House Republicans had pressed for the Senate not to change the bill (since there is still a chance of a change of votes that would kill it this time).

I'm beginning to feel
afraid. Just a little bit
right now, but I didn't
think I'd ever see such a
wrecking ball roll so
easily across and
through our country. I
thought, silly me, our
party would take P2025
seriously and start
planning to stop it. They
are still, for most of
them, in a fog. We, in the
grassroots, seem to be
the only ones really
paying attention and
doing something
Such deliberate cruelty, payed for by our taxes. There seems to be no end to the depravity.
