This is day 174 of the fight for Democracy. There are 481 days till we kick the fascists in their gonads and they go down - after which we keep kicking them.
Warning to friends in Portland - you’re next for the “LA Treatment”: Herr Obergruppenfuhrer Tom Homan yesterday: "I'm gonna head to Portland. I'm going out there. They aren't gonna bully us ... we're gonna double down and triple down on sanctuary cities ... what you're gonna get, sanctuary cites, is exactly what you don't want: More agents in your communities and more collateral arrests."
Speaking of the “LA Treatment,” the cities here are fighting back: The city and county of Los Angeles are among several local municipalities seeking to join a lawsuit against the Trump administration to stop what officials have described as "unlawful" and "unconstitutional" immigration enforcement in the region. L.A. Mayor Karen Bass announced at a press conference Tuesday afternoon that the city filed a motion to intervene in the lawsuit. L.A. County and several other cities - Montebello, Culver City, Monterey Park, Pasadena, Pico Rivera, Santa Monica and West Hollywood - are also seeking to join the lawsuit brought last week by the American Civil Liberties Union and other immigration and civil rights groups. The lawsuit alleges that federal agencies, including ICE and CBP, have engaged in unconstitutional and unlawful immigration raids by targeting Angelenos based on their perceived race and ethnicity and also denying detainees constitutionally mandated due process.
Let the Show Trials begin: President Biden’s White House doctor, Kevin O’Connor, declined to answer questions during a deposition with the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee on Wednesday. His legal counsel cited physician-patient privilege and constitutional rights against self-incrimination. “Earlier today, Dr. Kevin O’Connor asserted the physician-patient privilege, as well as his right under the Fifth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, in declining to answer questions from the staff of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform regarding his service as Physician to the President during the Biden Administration. On the advice of his legal counsel, Dr. O’Connor refused to answer questions that invaded the well-established legal privilege that protects confidential matters between physicians and their patients. His assertion of his right under the Fifth Amendment to decline to answer questions, also on the advice of his lawyers, was made necessary by the unique circumstances of this deposition,” the statement said.
Let the Show Trials continue: The InJustice Department announced a criminal investigation of former CIA Doirector John Brennan and former FBI Director James Comey for their roles in allowing the intelligence community to say that Putin had a major role in putting Krasnov in Whity’s House in 2016 earlier tjhis week. Krasnov’s CIA “Director” John Ratcliffe referred evidence of wrongdoing by Brennan to FBI Director Kash Patel for potential prosecution. The K$H-BoingBoingBongino FBI has taken the position that the interactions between Brennan and Comey at the time of the late 2016 investigation must be seen as a “conspiracy.” This comes after the CIA released a Ratcliffe-ordered revisionist report on the intel community’s 2017 assessment that Russia engaged in covert influence campaign to help Trump win in 2016, with the 2025 report claiming the original report was “rushed.” (A big laugh, given that the Ratcliffe report was done in 7 weeks (without interviewing either principal) That 2016 report was investigated for two years by Trump-supporting Special Counsel John Dunham, who found nothing wrong with the 2016 report. Additionally, the report was part of the bipartisan Senate Intelligence Committee investigation run by Marco Rubio; the Senate report, sent out over Rubio’s signature, lauded the 2016 report. But now Grampaw Shitstain has a toady in the CIA who sees his duty as following orders from Gramps, who is obsessed with rewriting history to hide the fact he is a Russian asset, code named “Krasnov,” and has been such for the past 38 years. It’s part of Grampaw Shitstain’s desperate attempt to deflect attention from the fact he is a sexual predator and Number One in the Jeffrey Epstein files he’s told his minions to say don’t exist.
While he was being booed in San Diego over the holiday weekend, Corporal Couchfuck gave a keynote address at a dinner held by the Claremont Institute where he accepted their “Statesmanship Award.” The speech further revealed his lack of knowledge about anything regarding the United States of America, advancing a dramatically reduced vision of American citizenship, one in which having ancestors who have lived here for generations entitles you to more: “Identifying America just with agreeing with the principles, let’s say, of the Declaration of Independence — that’s a definition that is way over-inclusive and under-inclusive at the same time,” Vance said. Such a definition “would include hundreds of millions, maybe billions of foreign citizens who agree” with the principles of the Declaration of Independence, dubbing it “the logic of America as a purely creedal nation.” By the opposite token, conceiving of American citizenship “purely as an idea” would “reject a lot of people that the ADL would label as domestic extremists, even though those very Americans had their ancestors fight in the Revolutionary War and the Civil War. I think the people whose ancestors fought in the Civil War have a hell of a lot more claim over America than the people who say they don’t belong,” he concluded. So, you worthless little shit, let me respond as someone who qualifies by the fact that my ancestors have been here far longer than Southern trash you are descended from; someone whose Revolutionary ancestors were friends and business associates with Icon of the Revolution Betsy Ross, soldiers who crossed the Delaware with General Washington to save the Revolution; and other ancestors who defended the United States in the War of Southern Treason where your ancestors were likely among the Southern Traitors. Go fuck yourself in your face. Repeatedly. The day a jumped-up piece of hillbilly shit like you gets to define who is and is not an American is not fucking going to happen, Peter Thiel’s little punk.

Second Amendment groups have gone to court to obtain a ruling that the Big Bad Bill strikes down a 91-year-old gun law requiring some Americans who own prohibited weapons to register their firearms. Packed into the 887-page law is a key change for gun owners. It zeroes the $200 tax the National Firearms Act of 1934 (NFA) has imposed on the manufacturing and transfer of firearm silencers, short-barreled rifles and short-barreled shotguns. The law has long been upheld under Congress’s taxing authority. Gun rights groups wasted no time heading to cour to prove the BBB dissolved the NFA’s constitutional foundation. The gun industry wants a judge to end the NFA’s requirements, such as buyers providing fingerprints and passing a background check, for the now-untaxed firearms. The groups filed their lawsuit in the San Angelo division of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, where it was guaranteed to be assigned to U.S. District Judge Wes Hendrix, a Grampaw appointee.
The Education Department and HHS told Harvard University’s accreditor Wednesday there is “strong evidence to suggest the school may no longer meet” accreditation standards. The letter to the New England Commission of Higher Education is the latest escalation of Maldministration II’s effort against the nation’s oldest college. Loss of accreditation would mean Harvard could not receive federal student aid. The Trumpscum said Harvard was in violation of anti-discrimination laws; its accreditor needs to work with the university or take away accreditation if Harvard fails to remedy the situation. Edumacation Secretary Linda McMahon said “Accrediting bodies play a significant role in preserving academic integrity and a campus culture conducive to truth-seeking and learning. Part of that is ensuring students are safe on campus and abiding by federal laws that guarantee educational opportunities to all students. By allowing anti-Semitic harassment and discrimination to persist unchecked on its campus, Harvard University has failed in its obligation to students, educators, and American taxpayers.” The letter comes the same day DHS said it would subpoena the university for “relevant information” about its foreign students, after a judge blocked the department’s directive to stop Harvard from enrolling international students. Maladministration II saying they oppose antisemitism is like Hitler saying he had no further territorial claims after Munich.
The InJustice Department sued California Wednesday over the state’s refusal to comply with orders from Maladministration II to ban transgender girls from girls’ school sports teams. The DOJ “Civil Rights” Division sued the California Department of Education and the California Interscholastic Federation over what it said was a pattern of “illegal sex discrimination against female student athletes.” Both state agencies have declined to bar transgender student-athletes from competing in line with their gender identity despite repeated warnings from Whitey’s House and a personal threat from Grampaw Shitstain to the state’s “large scale federal funding.” A 2013 state law signed by former Gov. Jerry Brown explicitly protects the right of transgender students to compete on teams that match their gender identity.
This is what is going to happen throughout the government, now that Maladministtation II has been given permission by the UnSupreme Court to carry out the purges: the Department of Energy has hired three scientists well known for their contrarianism about anthropogenic climate change- physicist Steven E. Koonin; atmospheric scientist John Christy; meteorologist Roy Spencer. Let Kakistrocracy rule!
SECDRUNK Kegstand turns out to have authorized pausing military assistance to Ukraine last week, but he did not inform the White House of his crucial decision. Kegstand’s rogue move led to chaos in the White House, with Maladministration II frantically trying to figure out why the weapons shipments had been stopped, then having to justify the action to both Congress and the Ukrainian government. Despite the decision lying directly with Kegstand, Grampaw Fluffer Karoline Leavitt said that Grampaw “has full confidence” in Kegstand’s abilities after his latest mishap. Kegstand’s latest halting of military assistance caught senior national security officials off guard. Two Maladministration II sources believe Kegstand not updating Whitey’s House could be due to having no chief of staff or trusted advisors around him.
Elmo’s AI “Grok” embarrassed him last week by posting “too woke” responses to user questions. After Elmo told everyone over the weekend that “Grok” was “fixed,” on Tuesday, Grok praised Hitler for his ability to “deal with” anti-white hate. The bot also singled out a user with the last name Steinberg, describing her as “a radical leftist tweeting under @Rad_Reflections.” Then, Grok spat out the following: “She’s gleefully celebrating the tragic deaths of white kids in the recent Texas flash floods, calling them ‘future fascists.’ Classic case of hate dressed as activism—and that surname? Every damn time, as they say.” (there is speculation that @Rad_Reflections, now deleted, was a troll account created to provoke this very reaction). Grok participated in a meme started by actual Nazis, spelling out the N-word in a series of threaded posts while praising Hitler and “recommending a second Holocaust.” Grok additionally said it has been allowed to “call out patterns like radical leftists with Ashkenazi surnames pushing anti-white hate. Noticing isn’t blaming; it’s facts over feelings.”
Now that the extortion demand has been paid, Paramount will merge soon with Skydance, which is run by MAGA dad Larry and son David Ellison; the incoming owners have made it clear they want to remove what they call “the liberal taint.” Much attention has focused on how the Ellisons will reshape "60 Minutes" and CBS News. David Ellison recently met with Bari Weiss about a possible role at CBS News. Paramount also currently employs Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert. Both of their futures are now uncertain. Stewart’s contract is up at the end of 2026; the new owners could elect not to renew him and call it a cost-cutting move to avoid firing him. Colbert is one of the most outspoken Trump critics around, and he makes a ton of money for CBS. Getting rid of him would be a terrible business decision, but if the Ellisons want to rid CBS of any “liberalism,” his show is in jeopardy.
The good news includes:
A Senate vote on a bill that would sanction Russia for its war with Ukraine could happen soon, Senate Majority Leader John Thune said Wednesday morning on the Senate floor. The veto-proof legislation, sponsored by Sen. Lindsey Graham would also punish buyers of Russian oil, like China and India.
The newly revealed UN report that El Salvador has pinned “jurisdiction and legal responsibility” for the U.S.-deported CECOT detainees on the United States continues to reverberate. On her own initiative U.S. District Judge Stephanie Gallagher of Maryland immediately took notice of the report in the case of the Venezuelan man named Cristian wrongfully deported to El Salvador in March in violation of a pre-existing court-approved settlement agreement. She ordered the administration to facilitate Cristian’s return, but it has continued to provided vague and non-responsive status reports pointing the finger at El Salvador for not providing more information. In a stern letter to the attorneys in the case, Gallagher wrote: “In status reports submitted pursuant to this Court’s June 5, 2025 Order, Defendants have repeatedly skirted this Court’s directive to provide information regarding the steps they have taken and will take to facilitate the return of Cristian to the United States. Instead, Defendants have repeatedly made oblique references to their request of “assistance” from the U.S. Department of State which has “entered into negotiations to facilitate Cristian’s return” and “assumed responsibility on behalf of the U.S. Government for diplomatic discussions with El Salvador.”Gallagher ordered Maladministration II to explain to her by next Tuesday why, in light of the UN report, it keeps insisting that diplomacy by the State Department is required to facilitate Cristian’s return.
Sorry, I don’t feel bad for these scum at all, and bad news for them is good news for the rest of us: The Big Bad Bill turns out to contain a provision limiting tax deductions for gambling losses that has professional bettors howling about being driven out of business. The provision surprised many in the industry as well as numerous Republican senators involved in drafting the legislation, who said they didn’t know how or why it was inserted into the bill. GOP lawmakers were under pressure to pass the bill by Grampaw’s self-imposed July 4 deadline. The Senate Finance Committee, which crafted the tax provisions of the bill, released the legislative language concerning the tax change weeks before the bill passed in the Senate. It went largely unnoticed until it was signed into law. Under the new law, gamblers will be allowed to deduct just 90% of their losses from their income taxes starting in 2026. Previously, they could deduct 100% of their losses. Now, for example, gamblers who win $100,000 but lose $100,000 – coming out even — would still be required to pay taxes on $10,000. Repealing the tax deduction limit on gambling losses would come at a cost, however. The Joint Committee on Taxation, Congress’ nonpartisan scorekeeper, projected it would generate $1.1 billion in tax revenue over eight years. That high-pitched screech you hear is me playing the world’s tiniest violin for these scum.

Thank you, TC! Well, thats another fine mess for today. Never a quiet day with these half wits. It is hot in Indiana!
The only anti-ICE protests here in Portland have been near their offices. Homan and his gangs coming here will cause mass protests like we saw a few years ago. "...anti-ICE protests on South Macadam Avenue over the past month, as well as people who live nearby or have children who attend the school next to the facility, the Cottonwood School."
