As long as we are dealing with spineless moral turpitude this morning, there’s this - flagged yesterday by TAFM’s New Yiork sleuth David Levine.

On first reading then, I was of the opinion that the stupid idiot was best left to wallow in her own bullshit, but looking at the thousands of idiots who posted support for this horse hockey, it needs confrontation.

“Doctor” Naomi Wolf, Oxford D. Phil in Victorian poetry, author of “seven nonfiction bestsellers,” co-founder/CEO of DailyClout, “which lets everyone draft, pass and share legislation” former “leading modern radical” in the words of the New York Times, has arrived where every Marxist moron finally ends up:

An authoritarian moral failure. From Lefty “9/11 Truther” to “Anti-vaxx crusader.”

Yesterday, she published the following on her Substack:

"Dear Conservatives,

I Apologize. My "Team" was taken in by Full-Spectrum Propaganda; it is never too late to apologize.

I owe you a full-throated apology. I believed a farrago of lies. And, as a result of these lies, and my credulity - and the credulity of people similarly situated to me - many conservatives’ reputations are being tarnished, on false bases.”

“Republicans, conservatives, I am sorry.

“I also believed wholesale so much else that has since turned out not to be as I was told it was by NPR, MSNBC and The New York Times.

“I believed that stories about Hunter Biden’s laptop were Russian propaganda. Dozens of former intel officials said so. Johns Hopkins University said so.

“Because of lies such as these in legacy media - lies which I and millions of others believed - half of our nation’s electorate was smeared and delegitimized, and I myself was misled.

“It damages our nation when legacy media put words in the mouths of Presidents and former Presidents, and call them traitors or criminals without evidence.

“It damages our country when we cannot tell truth from lies. This is exactly what tyrants seek — an electorate that cannot know what is truth and what is falsehood.

“Through lies, half of the electorate was denied a fair run for its preferred candidate.”

She defends Fucker Carlson’s attempted whitewash of the January 6 Seditionist Riot, claiming that she has now “seen the light” of how all these “brave American patriots” have been calumnified.

Take a minute and pick yourself up off the floor, then wipe the coffee off your computer screen.

Wolf first came out as a Publick Moron during the pandemic, opposing science and joining the anti-vaxxers. Following the statement made above, leading pro-virus moron “Dr” Paul Elias Alexander, wrote on his Substack:

“My respect and appreciation for her work has grown even more. For the risk she is taking here. I have grown to appreciate Dr. Wolf’s fearlessness now. It is needed in this time and she is a remarkable warrior as we battle devils around us.

“DJT (POTUS Trump) was savaged by the filthy fecal putrid bottom-dweller legacy media, radical democrats, deepstate, and RINOs for too long and it is refreshing to read this and some may reject, many may embrace, but I accept.

“Wolf’s work as a soldier in the trenches daily with her principles in full display and team fighting the stench of the fraud COVID pandemic used to hollow out and topple a sitting POTUS, is laudable. All the way to the fraud mRNA technology gene injections. She stands apart as many still hide behind keyboards pulling flint from between their toes telling us ‘oh, we admire all you do but we are not as brave as you to put our faces and jobs on the line”. I say BS, it is time you found that courage and join us, like Dr. Wolf, as we need help. This battle we face, confronting the enemy within America who just showed you the lengths they would go to so that they can unseat a sitting POTUS.”

Just in case you need a reminder: you must always ask any potential medical provider if they are a Republican, lest you allow a drooling moron to have access to the important parts of your anatomy. It used to be that finding out an M.D. was a Republican only meant you couldn’t make an appointment for Wednesdays, which he spent on the golf course, but that is no longer the case. As with all modern Republicans, identifying as such is proof one is a mendacious fool and a malevolent idiot. You don’t want to subject yourself to that kind of ignorance of science and fact.

So what did our Oxford D. Phil write so eloquently? I mean, with an Oxford D. Phil, the possessor has to be fully capable of writing only prime, Grade A, USDA-inspected Bullshit, and “Dr” Wolf proves herself up to the task she has set:

“There is no way to avoid this moment. The formal letter of apology. From me. To Conservatives and to those who “put America first” everywhere.

“It’s tempting to sweep this confrontation with my own gullibility under the rug — to “move on” without ever acknowledging that I was duped, and that as a result I made mistakes in judgement, and that these mistakes, multiplied by the tens of thousands and millions on the part of people just like me, hurt millions of other people like you all, in existential ways.

“The proximate cause of this letter of apology is the airing, two nights ago, of excepts from tens of thousands of hours of security camera footage from the United States Capitol taken on Jan 6, 2021. The footage was released by House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) to Fox News commentator Tucker Carlson.

“This would be the same Congress that convened the January 6 Committee subsequently, and that used millions of dollars in taxpayer money to turn that horrible day, and that tragic event, into a message point that would be used to tar a former President as a would-be terrorist, and to smear all Republicans, by association, as “insurrectionists,” or as insurrectionists’ sympathizers and fellow-travelers.

“There is no way to unsee Officer Brian Sicknick, claimed by some Democrats in leadership and by most of the legacy media to have been killed by rioters at the Capitol that day, alive in at least one section of the newly released video. The USCP medical examiner states that this Officer died of “natural causes,” but also that he died “in the line of duty.” Whatever the truth of this confusing conclusion, and with all respect for and condolences to Officer Sicknick’s family, the circumstances of his death do matter to the public, as without his death having been caused by the events of Jan 6, the breach of the capitol, serious though it was, cannot be described as a “deadly insurrection.”

“There is no way for anyone thoughtful, even if he or she is a lifelong Democrat, not to notice that Sen Chuck Schumer did not say to the world that the footage that Mr Carlson aired was not real. Rather, he warned that it was “shameful” for Fox to allow us to see it.

“I don’t agree with Mr Carlson’s interpretation of the videos as depicting “mostly peaceful chaos.” I do think it is a mistake to downplay how serious it is when a legislative institution suffers a security breach of any kind, however that came to be.

“But you don’t have to agree with Mr Carlson’s interpretation of the videos, to believe, as I do, that he engaged in valuable journalism simply by airing the footage that was given to him.

“A point I have made over and over since 9/11 is that many events in history are both real and hyped. Many actors in historic events have their agendas, but are also at times used by other people with their own agendas, in ways of which the former are unaware. Terrorists and terrorism in the Bush era are one example. This issue was both real and hyped.

“Patriots” or “insurgents” (depending on who you are) entering the Capitol can be part of a real event that is also exploited or manipulated by others. We don’t know yet if this is the case in relation to the events of Jan 6, or to what extent it may be the case. That is where a real investigation must come in.

“Massing peacefully at the Capitol and other public buildings, and indeed entering the Capitol to observe the legislators at work, is part of our rights and inheritance as citizens, and this use of our First Amendment right to assemble has a long history.”

There’s more to this pile of Grade A Bullshit, but my gag reflex became overpowering. Since it all continues in the same vein, let’s cut to a few of the responses - just in case you had any doubts that Trumpers really are that fucking stupid.

If the leftist narrative didn't have a certain twisted logic and consistency, it would be easier for people to break away, but insights such as you have achieved are not generally obtained by just swallowing a red pill, but by chipping away at the false edifice bit by bit until the structure crumbles.”

“Al Bundy”: “One man’s “Olympian insight” is another man’s “10-second Google search”, I suppose. But then again, I’m the guy that hears “97% of all scientists agree” and all I want to know is what the 3% has to say. And I’m not even a journalist.”

JanetC: “What took you so long? Mueller announced that there was no evidence of Russia collusion anywhere in the Trump administration yet that lie continued to have wings for so long afterward. The words they attribute to Trump about Charlotte are lies, yet no one on the left or even in the center debunks and says they are lies. Trump is not the one calling everyone Nazis or things equal to dangerous white supremacists, yet it is the left who says we have to be more civil in our public dialogue.

“Where have you been? Only listening to those who HAVE TO bring Trump down? I could have told you years ago you had it wrong. It was easy for me to see. What took you so long? You are intelligent and a good observer. You wanted to believe what you wanted to believe. Now take the next step. The left has lied about Covid, about Trump, about MAGA people, about the Ukrainian phone call, about January 6th and so on. They lie all the time. There was no need for unsolicited mail in ballots. It was a ll a ploy to steal the election from the winner, Donald Trump.

“The next step is now that you realize it, join the MAGA movement. We do not lie. We irritate liberals and that is a good thing.”

L.F.:” Don't pay attention to negative comments they are hurt and angry. We are all at risk and what they plan is evil. We are afraid that everyone will not wake up in time. If we don't get a politician who cares about saving America in office in 2024 it may be too late by then. Biden is trying to finish destroying our economy, he is allowing the border to be open . Why ? In case the people rise up. It is almost like they are trying to have an army inside our country to fight us?”

There’s more, but ignorance this mendacious is sure to be “catching,” so I left and after taking a shower with a scrub brush and Grandma’s Lye Soap, I’ll finish.

Fifty years ago, I knew the WeatherIdiots who are today Obama’s now-neighbors in Chicago Acadamania, Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn. I remember Mike Klonsky, now retired from a long, distinguished career as a “Doctor” of Edumacation, “back in the day” leader of the “Revolutionary Marxist-Leninist Youth faction” of SDS, who I will never forget watching him try to pick up a surf bunny on Zuma Beach in 1967 by telling her he was “organizing a violent revolution in America.” He didn’t even get to home plate to swing the bat with that one; even surf bunnies know to roll their eyes at bullshit that high grade. Then of course there were the “revolutionary leaders” of SDS jumping up and down in their chairs shouting “I stand firmly erect in my support of pussy power!” when Jane Adams and Marilyn Buck made the first public declaration on feminism and “the movement” at the SDS National Convention at Ann Arbor in 1967. That was the first moment I realized they and I might not be on the same paths.

I finally realized a few years later that it is entirely possible to go to the best schools, pull down top grades, and be a Fucking Moron. Over the years since, I have come to see that particular status is “non-partisan,” as the comments above to “Dr” Wolf demonstrate.

But the ones who are Really the Fucking Morons are the Marxist True Believers. They’re the ones like Wolf and the three I mentioned above who looked at the past century of international politics and said “Marxist revolution - sounds good to me!”

Let’s put it straight: Marxism as an intellectual tool can be useful for social analysis. As a guide for organizing society, it is the invention of an academic who had little contact with actual people, written at a time when virtually nothing was known of the real way mammals organize their societies (and despite our intellectual pretensions, that’s all we are: another species of mammal); the society the philosophy wishes to create violates everything now known about mammalian social organization, which is why it has failed spectacularly in every situation where an attempt has been made to establish a Marxist society. As a result, it always ends dark.

Forty years ago, Daniel Ortega and the Sandinistas were every American lefty’s ideal as True Revolutionaries of the Anti-Imperialist Struggle. Last month, Nicaraguan President Daniel Ortega’s pet legislature declared the 200 top political opponents in the country would forfeit their citizenship. They were put on airplanes and sent to Miami. I’m sure they consider themselves lucky they didn’t end up in Stalin’s Gulag or Mao’s Re-Education Centers. But that arc from True Revolutionary to Authoritarian Thug is the arc of every Marxist political revolution, and the personal arc of any Marxist who sticks around for any length of time. Tacho Somoza and his father and grandfather never got close to what Ortega is doing to the country now.

Dr. Wolf - how many fingers am I holding up?

Authoritarianism is Authoritarianism. They can switch from Left to Right in a heartbeat, because for them it’s all the same, so long as they’re in charge. Except for the Lefties, it’s a “Dennis Miller move” to find an audience stupid enough to think they’re as smart as they know they are. As Wolf has done.
