HURRAH! WE MADE IT TO THE MIDDLE OF CRAZY MONTH 11
Trump’s approval rating on the economy reached its lowest point, according to a new poll. The latest AP-NORC survey, released Thursday, found that 31 percent of respondents said they approve of the president’s handling of the economy. That marks a 2 percentage point decrease relative to last month, a 9 point decline relative to last March, and Trump’s lowest rating on the issue either of his illegal terms in office. Inflation was at 3 percent for the 12 months ending in September, an increase of 0.6 points relative to September 2024. Inflation was also at 3 percent in January 2025, when the president returned to the Oval Office. Food and energy prices, meanwhile, were up 3.1 percent and 2.8 percent as of September, respectively. That marks an increase of 0.6 points for food and 1.8 points for energy costs relative to January’s data. That’s not a Democrat Hoax, Dilbert.
Yesterday, U.S. District Judge Paula Xinis ordered immigration officials to immediately release Kilmar Abrego Garcia. He remains protected from being removed to El Salvador again, but ICE had proposed deporting him to one of several African countries where he has no ties. “Because Abrego Garcia has been held in ICE detention to effectuate third-country removal absent a lawful removal order, his requested relief is proper. Separately, Respondents’ conduct over the past months belie that his detention has been for the basic purpose of effectuating removal, lending further support that Abrego Garcia should be held no longer,” Xinis wrote in a 341 page opinion. She ordered his release to take place “immediately” and demanded the government provide an update by 5 p.m. EST Thursday. He was released from the remote immigration detention facility in Pennsylvania where ICE had him in unlawful custody on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at 4:45 p.m., despite plans by DHS to appeal the decision. His attorney, Simon Sandoval-Moshenberg, said: “I think they’re going to keep coming after him. The exact means in which they do that, we don’t know.” “Baghdad T ricia” McLaughlin said: “This is naked judicial activism by an Obama appointed judge. This order lacks any valid legal basis and we will continue to fight this tooth and nail in the courts.” Like most Trumpscum, she’s too fucking stupid to realize she just got smacked across the face by Reality.
Things are looking up in Ohio: Democrat Amy Acton is polling neck and neck with Republican Vivek Ramaswamy in the Ohio governor’s race, according to a survey published Thursday. She has 46%, while Ramaswamy is at 45%. Compared to a similar poll conducted in August, Acton has seen a 7-point increase, while Ramaswamy has a 4-point decline. Four months later, men still support Ramaswamy by about 20 points, 55% to 35%, but women have shifted toward Acton, breaking for her 56% to 37%. The poll also found Sen. Jon Husted and former Sen. Sherrod Brown neck and neck in the Senate race: Husted has 49% and Brown 46%.
Maladministration II has repeatedly lost in court for invalidly installing interim U.S. attorneys, but it has not yet backed down and relinquished the appointment power to federal judges. On Tuesday, following Alina Habba’s resoignation after the Third Circuit ruled against her, Cosplaying AG Bondi appointed three lawyers to handle the NJ US Attorney office. In a Dec. 8 memo approved by the Office of Legal Counsel, Henry C. Whitaker, who serves as counselor to the attorney general, wrote that the appointment of three lawyers who hold titles as special attorney, special counsel, and executive assistant U.S. attorney would be in compliance with the Constitution’s Appointment Clause: “This proposed order would divide the responsibilities of the United States Attorney among three officials so that the district may have continuity of leadership while the Department considers next steps in the Giraud litigation.” Bondi is using similar workarounds in two other districts under a scheme that allows first assistant U.S. attorneys to fill vacancies for 210 days, plus extensions under certain conditions. In Nevada, Bondi made Sigal Chattah the first assistant U.S. attorney and a special attorney after she was disqualified. In the Central District of California, Bondi made Bill Essayli the first assistant U.S. attorney after he too overstayed his term as interim.
The Danish Defense Intelligence Service released a new report that warns the United States can no longer be counted on not to use military force against its own allies. “The United States uses economic power, including threats of high tariffs, to enforce its will, and no longer rules out the use of military force, even against allies.” It’s stuff like this that means the United States will not be welcomed back into civilized society in 2029 as we were in 2021. The United States now is the bad boyfriend who returns hung over, unshaven and missing his shirt after two weeks in Vegas, whining “Honey, believe me, I’ll never do that again.” It takes a lifetime to build a reputation and a minute to destroy it. We are going to be the international pariah that cannot be trusted to keep our word for the next few decades.
A Republican-drafted proposal to set up health savings accounts for people who buy their health insurance on the Affordable Care Act (ACA) marketplace failed to advance on a largely party-line vote in the Senate Thursday. The legislation, which needed 60 votes to advance, failed by a vote of 51 to 48. Every Democrat voted against it. Sen. Rand Paul (Ky.) was the only Republican to vote “no.” The proposal would have replaced the ACA with direct payments to individuals to set up health savings accounts. Senator Cassidy said that under his plan, “everybody up to age 49 gets a thousand dollars into their health savings account” and a prospective family of four would get $5,000. He argued that his plan would “empower the patient to shop, driving competition, lowering health care costs.” As Lawrence O’Donnell pointed out Wednesday night, the proposal would give each family $80/month with which to establish these accounts. In other words, they still don’t even have the concept of a plan. Chuck Shumer said of the GOP plan, “The Republican bill is little more than junk insurance.” After the GOP Bill was rejected, the Democratic proposal to extend the ACA subsidies was also defeated. However, Alaska Republicans Lisa Murkowski and Dan Sullivan, along with Susan Collins and Josh Hawley, voted in favor of the legislation. These votes guarantee millions of Americans will see a steep rise in costs at the beginning of the year. And the GOP owns this.
Regarding Trump’s decision to allow Nvidia to sell H200 chips to China, a brief by Michael C. Horowitz, Chris McGuire, and Zongyuan Zoe Liu for the Council on Foreign Relations, “The Consequences of Exporting Nvidia’s H200 Chips to China”, says “The decision effectively undid much of the export-control posture that the Trump administration itself had helped build, supplying the tools the U.S. had previously tried to withhold.” It goes on to say, “The sale of advanced Nvidia H200 AI chips to China does more than signal policy inconsistency: It undermines much of the original purpose of the restrictions. By re-opening the flow of powerful computing hardware to China, Washington risks supplying exactly the tools it once tried to withhold.” The damage is deeper and more strategic. First, by imposing and then relaxing restrictions, the United States has forced China to accelerate the development of domestic export-control regimes, self-reliance strategies, and an awareness of U.S. economic and systemic vulnerabilities. Meanwhile, China learns that the U.S. will - under pressure or for expedience - back down. That reduces the leverage of future controls. The H200 chips also have military applications. Many U.S. military leaders believe Xi Jinping is seeking to build the capacity to invade Taiwan by 2027. Research shows China’s military is actively seeking Nvidia chips for AI-enabled military capabilities. Erick Erickson offers this: “China gets NVIDIA chips. Trump gets his ballroom. You get 1 doll and 2 pencils.”
Thirteen Republicans joined Democrats in voting for a bill to nullify a major Trump executive order. The House of Representatives voted 222-200 to advance a bill to overturn a major executive order issued by Trump in March, which stripped collective bargaining rights from roughly one million federal workers. Democratic Representative Jared Golden, who led the bill, forced a vote on it by using a discharge petition. This is the second time in a month that MAGA Mike has lost control of his caucus on important legislation he was trying to block in his role as Trump’s coffee boy in Congress. Golden’s bill, called the Protect America’s Workforce Act (PAWA), seeks to restore union rights for employees at agencies central to national security, healthcare, and veterans’ affairs.
Colombian President Gustavo Petro called Trump “very misinformed” after Trump threatened him Wednesday, telling reporters that Colombia is “producing a lot of drugs” and that Petro had “better wise up or he’ll be next”. “Trump is a very misinformed man when it comes to Colombia. It’s a shame, because he dismisses the country that knows the most about cocaine trafficking,” Petro said in a statement posted to X, “It seems his interlocutors deceive him completely.” When contacted for a response, Maladministration II’s Fu Manchu (Steven Cheung) said, “As President Trump stated, Colombia President Gustavo Petro is an illegal drug leader strongly encouraging the massive production of drugs, despite large scale payments and subsidies from the USA that are nothing more than a long term rip off of America.”
The ham sandwich wins 3-0: The DOJ suffered yet another humiliating setback Thursday, as Federal prosecutors failed to convince a majority of grand jurors to approve charges that James misled a bank to obtain favorable loan terms on a home mortgage, according to sources. The charges were presented to a grand jury in the Eastern District of Virginia’s Alexandria branch after a grand jury in Norfolk, Virginia, last week rejected the charges. Trump will keep pushing this, just to give James grief, while his toadies cosplaying as “attorneys” continue to make public fools of their incompetent selves.
Proving the complete corruption of the Defense Department leadership, the Navy has reportedly forwarded disciplinary recommendations to the Pentagon’s top lawyers regarding Sen. Mark Kelly’s appearance in a controversial video that encouraged troops to reject unlawful commands, a Defense Department spokesperson told CNN on Thursday. The recommendations await legal scrutiny from the Pentagon’s Office of General Counsel, which will decide how to proceed. Specifics on the Navy’s suggestions weren’t immediately known.
The FBI official in charge of national security operations got his ass handed to him by House Homeland Security Committee Ranking Member Bennie Thompson on Thursday, when he was asked to describe “organizations that pose, on the domestic side,” the number one and number two threats to the homeland. He responded, Glasheen said that Antifa as “the most immediate violent threat that we’re facing on the domestic side.” “So, where is the Antifa headquartered?” Thompson pressed. After a pause, Glasheen said: “What we’re doing right now —” before Thompson cut him off. “Where, in the United States, does Antifa exist?” he asked. “If it’s a terrorist organization — and you’ve identified it as number one.” “We are building out the infrastructure right now,” Glasheen responded. “So what does that mean?” Thompson pressed. “Where do they exist? How many members do they have in the United States as of right now?” “Well, that’s very fluid,” Glasheen said, describing it as “ongoing,” before comparing the situation to Al Qaeda and ISIS. “I asked one question, sir,” Thompson replied. “I just want you to tell us. If you said Antifa is the number one domestic terrorist organization, operating in the United States, I just need to know where they are, how many people. I don’t want a name. I don’t want anything like that. Just, how many people have you identified with the FBI, that Antifa is made of?” “Well, the investigations are active,” Glasheen replied. Thompson suggested the FBI had failed to establish why those opposed to fascism deserved to be labeled as domestic terrorists. “Sir, you wouldn’t come to this committee and say something you can’t prove. I know. I knew you wouldn’t do that. But you did.” Yes indeed, the FBI is back to being Fools & Buffoons, Inc., like they were 50 years ago. All the good agents have left, leaving only the incompetent hacks.
Border Patrol Obergruppenfuhrer Gregory Bovino declared Thursday that he would “love the honor” of handcuffing Rep. Ilhan Omar. Bovino appeared to play along as conservative influencer Nick Sortor noted that White House border czar Tom Homan said he was investigating Omar for immigration fraud. “Can we count on you to make the arrest if we find out that Ilhan Omar is, in fact, illegally in the United States?” Sortor smiled. “Nick, if she’s here illegally, I’ll definitely be putting some cuffs on her,” Bovino replied with a grin. “I would absolutely love the honor of doing that.” “Awesome, I just want to be there for it. That’s all I ask,” Sortor added. “Absolutely,” Bovino remarked. *All* these scum need to end up doing life without parole for their treason, served in windowless 8 x 10 cells on the third sub-basement of the Florence SuperMax, where America’s enemies are imprisoned.
In a massive blow to Trump’s redistricting ambitions, Indiana Republicans rejected a mid-decade gerrymander that would have erased the two Democratic-favoring districts in the state and given them to the GOP. 31 lawmakers in the state Senate - the 10 Democrats and 21 of the 40 Republicans (meaning a majority of the 40-member Senate Republican caucus was opposed) - voted to reject the redraw, with just 19 in favor. The vote marked a rare and stunning instance of elected Republicans rebuking Trump, who had pressured Indiana lawmakers for months to pass new district lines. The GOP leaders of Indiana’s Senate had long resisted joining the unusual mid-decade redistricting battle playing out across the country, saying there wasn’t enough support in the chamber for a new map that was designed to dismantle the state’s two Democratic-controlled districts. This occurred despite Corporal Couchfucker issuing personal threats against the two GOP Senate leaders, and Cokehead McSniffles Jr. threatening to “primary every one of them who votes against this.” Several GOP state senators who had either come out against or had not taken a public position on redistricting faced violent threats, with some being “swatted” at their homes. This reportedly hardened the resolve of the lawmakers in opposition to stick to their guns, refusing to be intimidated. The Maladministration Big Bad Wolf huffed and puffed in response, with Trump advisor Alex Bruesewitz posting on X: “The spineless RINOs in Indiana, many hailing from districts where President Trump won by over 20% just last November have stabbed their own voters in the back and sold out America! We’ll be launching primary challenges against every last traitor who voted no, effective immediately! Pack your bags, your time is up!” Sorry little boy, they’re not afraid of you any more - and the majority of GOP voters in Indiana support them.
An annual hearing to review the threats facing the U.S. ended with an effort by Democrats to subpoena ICE Barbie after she exited the hearing early. While she said she was leaving to attend a meeting of the FEMA Council, that event had already been canceled, prompting Democrats on the House Homeland Security Committee to suggest she may have misled the panel. Thompson later moved to subpoena Noem to reappear before the panel, saying she shirked her duties and may have even lied about needing to attend the FEMA meeting.“I understand on good information that the FEMA council meeting was canceled so there was no need for her to go,” Thompson said. “She was a liar with no respect for congressional oversight.” Republicans voted down Thompson’s motion to again call her before the committee.
Everybody’s favorite self-hating Jew, Stephen Miller, told Sean Hannity on Wednesday that he was not allowed on CNN, which he said runs “one fake news hit piece after another.” After that, Fu Manchu, er, Trump attack dog Steven Cheung, fumed that, “Stephen Miller has graciously made himself available to appear on any CNN show these last few days to discuss a wide range of topics and to push back on fake news. Yet, CNN is so afraid they declined to have him on, probably because they know he’d run circles around any of their hosts. CNN is actively engaging in partisan politics and acting as the propaganda arm of the Democrat party.” CNN has denied accusations that Miller was banned from appearing on the network. In a Thursday statement, the network told the New York Post the claims were untrue and that it welcomes Trump administration officials to appear on its broadcasts. “As a news organization, we make editorial decisions about the stories we cover and when, and that depends on the news priorities of the day,” a CNN spokesperson told the outlet. “We look forward to having Stephen on again in the future as the news warrants.”
The head of U.S. Northern Command on Thursday contradicted Trump’s assertion that an “invasion from within” or an “enemy within” justifies his National Guard deployments to American cities. “I do not have any indications of an enemy within,” Gen. Gregory Guillot told Senate Armed Services Committee lawmakers when asked about Trump’s comments. “We maintain readiness to execute the orders to defend the homeland in many ways, but I have not been tasked in that way.” The hearing came a day after a federal judge in California ruled that the administration must halt the deployment of the California National Guard in Los Angeles and return control of the troops to the governor. The ruling issued Trump a legal setback in his bid to send troops to mostly Democrat-run cities in support of federal law enforcement.
Trump says he pardoned former Mesa County clerk Tina Peters for her “attempts to expose Voter Fraud” in the 2020 presidential election in a Truth Social post Thursday evening. Trump has been vocal about his intentions to free Peters, despite having no jurisdiction over state-level cases. Trump previously threatened to retaliate against the state of Colorado if Peters was not released.

"Abrego Garcia should be held no longer,” Xinis wrote in a 341 page opinion." THREE HUNDRED & FORTY ONE fckng PAGES necessary to prove the fckng OBVIOUS. Garcia should be given a medal of valor for his statesmanship in the face of such evil.
The best part about the polling is it's only going to get worse. The economy is not going to improve in 2026, and the stock market might crash yet, and those numbers will a lot worse if/when that happens.
"Colombia President Gustavo Petro is an illegal drug leader"... just waiting to be charged, and then pardoned, like that guy from Honduras.
