END OF CRAZY WEEK FOUR
Maladministration II’s bad week
Starting with good news: Immigration judge Judge Kristin S. Piepmeier in Los Angeles has terminated the deportation case against Narciso Barranco, a Mexican father of three U.S. Marines, granting him a path to legal permanent residency. The ruling follows his controversial 2025 arrest, which became a symbol of immigration enforcement, by allowing him to pursue “Parole in Place” for military families, Barranco, 49, is eligible for lawful status due to his children’s service in the U.S. military, In June 2025, Barranco was arrested by ICE scum while working as a landscaper in Santa Ana, California. The violent arrest was caught on video, drawing national attention. DHS announced it would appeal the decision, but Barranco’s attorney has applied for “parole in place,” which would provide a work permit and a pathway to legal residency. Barranco has had his ankle monitor removed and is no longer required to report for regular check-ins.
There is word that the Department of Unjustice is attempting today to bring charges against the Congressiobnal Six with either a different indictment or a different grand jury. Senators Elissa Slotkin and Mark Kelly have both stated they expected this.
I always keep thinking the MAGA Morons of Maladministration II have shown themselves as stupid as possible, then they say “Hold my Diet Coke”: Pistol Pete Hegseth gave the CBP fuckwits in El Paso one of the military’s new anti-drone lasers, which the droolers promptly used on Wednesday night to shoot down a dangerous party balloon that drifted near their concentration camp. Of course, Maladministration II said CBP had defended the country against a drone strike from Mexico. The what’s left of the FAA declared El Paso airspace closed for 10 days for reasons unstated, which led to the cancellation of seven arrivals and severn takeoffs by airlines serving the city, along with hundreds of passengers trying to figure out what in hell they would do to get where they were going. A few hours later, the airspace was re-opened by the FAA dildos. On one hand, it’s good to know they really are the gang that can’t even shoot crooked, let alone straight. On the other, what do you do with permanent 3 year olds turned loose to play?
All the young dudes carry the news: Trump’s job approval is 34 points underwater among young men, with 32% approving and 66% disapproving of his performance in office. Only 26% of young men would back a J.D. Vance presidential run in the 2028 general election, with 55% opposing and 17% unsure. A 61% supermajority of young men say Trump is not fulfilling his campaign promise to put America first, including 25% of young Republican men and 64% of Independents. Young men are most alarmed by Trump’s $1 trillion cut to health care (66% very concerned), followed by his opposition to fully releasing the Epstein files (63%), and his expansion of immigration raids to target anyone who looks or sounds foreign (60%). 50% blame Trump’s tariffs for higher grocery costs (49%), while a larger share blame private corporations that purchase real estate for high housing costs (65%).An astonishing 73% of young men believe that American culture has changed for the worse since their parents were their age—20 points higher than the electorate overall. (They’re right on that last for sure.) Trump’s job approval is has just 32% approving and 66% disapproving of his performance in office—including 48% strongly disapproving. This marks a dramatic reversal of his 2024 strength, when he held a 58% retrospective job approval rating among young men and a 56% favorability rating.
You knew this was coming: Sundowning Grampa Fuckface proved he was the Audience of One who cosplaying “AG” Pam Bondi was performing for on Wednesday in the House Judiciary Committee hearing. He crawled to the Golden Throne in the midst of the daily Adderall overdose, and shat out: “Nobody cared about Epstein when he was alive, they only cared about him when they thought he could create Political Harm to a very popular President who has brought our Country back from the brink of extinction, and very quickly, at that.” Among the rest of the spew was him comparing Kentucky Republican Representative Thomas Massie to “wacky” former GOP Representative Liz Cheney, Trump said Bondi had come under fire from “the Trump Deranged Radical Left Lunatics,” who he said were focused on using the Jeffrey Epstein saga to smear him. He called Bondi’s disgraceful performance “Outstanding.” Since everything is always about him, it was no surprise that the main focus fwas his own record, saying he had been cleared of any wrongdoing in the files that have been released by the Department of Unjustice.
Unsurprisingly, Bondi’s failed performance as Mean Girl Pammy was fodder for late night hosts. Daily Show host Jordan Klepper said: Bondi was “acting like a bratty senior who got called into the principal’s office. Her performance upset a lot of people because they were hoping for justice for Jeffrey Epstein’s victims but for Pam Bondi, there’s only one victim in all of this,” before clips of Bondi attacking Democrats for criticizing Donald Trump during the hearing aired. Jimmy Kimmel said: “If you lived next door to her, you’d move.” He also criticized her for talking about the economy during the hearing instead of the Epstein files and for “shouting like a crazed dance mom” when Democrats asked her questions.”It’s like speaking to a teenage girl. If she keeps talking like that Epstein is going to come back from the dead and ask for a massage.”
The hearing was not mentioned on Wednesday night’s edition of Gutfeld!, on Fux Snooze, which also gave minimal coverage to the live performance.
Yes, the rest of the world, our oldest allies, no longer trust us: France announced it’s ripping U.S. videoconferencing platforms - Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, and others - out of its government offices nationwide and replacing them with a new French-created system called “Visio.” That’s because the French have concluded that U.S. tech is a national security risk. The German state of Schleswig Holstein moved 44,000 employees off Microsoft and is now considering replacing Windows with Linux. They also dumped Microsoft’s SharePoint file-sharing system, going with open source Nextcloud. The rest of the EU is considering similar moves. The EU’s senior official for tech sovereignty, Henna Virkkunen, said that Europe’s dependence on American technology “can be weaponized against us.” Canada is reconsidering purchasing F-35s (a smart move.) Yesterday, NATO stripped the United States of command of all three of its operational level Joint Force Commands. For the first time since NATO’s founding, every major operational command will now be led by European officers. The United Kingdom will assume command of JFC Norfolk, Italy will take over JFC Naples, and Germany and Poland will rotate leadership of JFC Brunssum. SACEUR remains American for now, but only symbolically; the tectonic move makes a future European SACEUR a matter of timing, not theory. A recent poll has only 31% of British citizens saying the U.S. “Shares our values” and only 34% saying they believe the U.S. “Protects democracy.” The annual report by the Munich Security Conference being held beginning this weekend, concludes. “The era in which Europe could rely on the U.S. as an unquestioned security guarantor is over.” Last week, Finnish president Alexander Stubb spoke to the Finnish parliament and said: The foreign policy of the current U.S. administration is based on an ideology that contradicts our own values.”
Sen. Chris Murphy backed Trump’s nominee for Assistant Secretary of State for International Organizations into a corner during questioning this week, as he asked him to clarify what he meant by a series of pro-white nationalist posts claiming that “white identity” is under threat in America .This comes after Jeremy Carl has deleted 5,000 social media posts, including posts claiming that Jan. 6 rioters were treated worse than Black Americans under Jim Crow, and that the head of a top teachers union should be executed. Murphy: “Tell me what you think about ‘white identity’ and what you think is being erased about ‘white identity.” Carl: “ Um, let me think about this. Senator, I would say if you were to look at the book by one of your Senate colleagues, ‘Born Fighting,’ the sort of Scots-Irish military culture and certain, you know, pride that went with that, that would be one example. Um, obviously you can have sub-elements of that culture, you could have Italians, you could have Irish, and those are in many ways more distinct.” Murphy: “So you’re worried about white culture, you’re not worried about — you’re now retreating to ethnic identity. You don’t speak about ethnic identity, you speak about white identity. So tell me the values that stitch together white identity. And make it different than Black identity.” Carl: “I would say that, the white churches, very different from the Black church in terms of its tone and style, on average. Um, foods, food ways could often be different. Um, music could be different.” Murphy: “And you think those are being erased?” Carl: “Well, if you look at the Super Bowl Halftime Show, which was not in English this year.” Murphy: “So our ability to access white churches or white food or white music is being erased?” Carl: “I am concerned with the majority, common American culture that we had for some time, that through, particularly, mass immigration, I think has become much more Balkanized, and I think that weakens us. And again, I’m not running away from that comment, I’m not apologizing for it.” Murphy: “I think you’re struggling to answer this question, right, because underlying your beliefs is, is a sentiment that white culture is just simply better.” Carl had no answer.
The Senate left Washington on Thursday without a deal to fund DHS, all but ensuring a shutdown of the agency that could stretch into next week. Democrats blocked both a full-year DHS funding bill and another short-term extension of current funding, saying they hadn’t seen enough progress in talks. Members are leaving for a weeklong recess. Senate Majority Leader John Thune has indicated he will call the lawmakers back to Washington only if negotiators come to an agreement. The first bill Democrats blocked Thursday would have funded DHS for the rest of fiscal 2026, and it at one point had the backing of Democratic and GOP leaders in both chambers. The vote failed 52-47, with Sen. John Fetterman voting with Republicans. Senate Democrats objected to a two-week measure that was offered by Sen. Katie Britt via unanimous consent, similar to what the chamber passed at the end of January to keep the department’s lights on. Sen. Chris Murphy objected. Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer declared the votes were “a shot across the bow at Republicans. Democrats will not support a blank check for chaos.” DHS will have to use the funds approved in the Big Ugly Bill to stay in operation past tonight.
The execrable Representative Tim Burchett of Tennessee - who proves every time he opens his mouth that we should never have let the South participate in government after they lost The War of Southern Treason, and that too few of his traitor ancestors were killed back then has come up with something so jaw-droppingly ignorant that he wins Dumbest Southern Redneck (at least for February, there’s a lot of competition for that prize). Yesterday, doing an interview with the dumber-than-fuck Benny Johnson, Burchett said this about President Obama: “President Obama was created. He was not, he’s not organic. I mean, you pick this obscure guy from college who has zero records you have college professors that don’t remember him ever being there and he runs and he’s and all of a sudden people drop out of races and he’s unopposed and he goes from a state senator to a to a U.S. senator to an unknown to be in the United States because he was created. They found somebody that fit their mold. But that’s the way Obama was. You know, he fit the suit, and he was, he’s a good-looking and articulate guy, and, you know, had a couple of kids and came up through the corrupt Chicago machine. And we got to start realizing this. And the conservatives just aren’t good at creating anybody.” The willful mendacity, the truly ignorant racism, the complete stupidity - how can I say it? - it’s so truly Southern. (This is not a rap on Southern progressives - I don’t know how they’ve survived down there for 250+ years, but they’re amazing.)
Here’s more defeats for Maladministration II for their criminality:
In an extraordinary outcome, the Trump DOJ moved to dismiss with prejudice felony charges of assaulting an ICE agent against two immigrants in Minneapolis, one of whom was shot by the agent in a widely covered Jan. 14 incident. “Newly discovered evidence in this matter is materially inconsistent with the allegations in the Complaint Affidavit … as well as the preliminary-hearing testimony … that was based on information presented to the Affiant,” federal prosecutors said in their motion to dismiss the case. The judge granted the motion this morning and dismissed the case. This is because the ICE thug was the criminal assailant. Fortunately, what he did is also a state crime, so he can still face real justice in 2029, despite Dilbert’s likely mas pardon to the ICE criminals.
Newly released body camera footage of the three Border Patrol agents who shot Marimar Martinez of Chicago five times records one agent saying “Do something, bitch,” before another says, “It’s time to get aggressive and get the fuck out.” The three criminals were driving around with their guns in their hands, looking for trouble. Fortunately, “conspiracy to commit murder” is a state crime with no statute of limitations. 2029 will see them finally brought up for their crimes.
U.S. District Judge Nancy Brasel ruled that ICE has been engaged in the wholesale deprivation of the constitutional rights of detainees at the Whipple federal building just outside of Minneapolis. “The Constitution does not permit the government to arrest thousands of individuals and then disregard their constitutional rights because it would be too challenging to honor those rights,” the judge wrote.
Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison told senators Thursday that federal law enforcement agencies are still blocking state and local authorities from participating in the investigations into the shootings of two U.S. citizens by immigration agents in Minneapolis. “We haven’t had any cooperation up until now, which is very unusual, because in prior cases where there’s been a federal and state interest in a crime, we’ve seen collaboration between federal and state authorities,” Ellison told lawmakers on the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee. Ellison said that in the case of the shooting of 37-year-old Good in early January, state officials still haven’t had any access to the car she was driving when ICE officers shot and killed her, or the bullet casings. Ellison said federal officials are not investigating the shootings and added: “We still haven’t received any access to the evidence that is involved in that case. ... But we’re with good faith hoping that things will change.”
U.S. District Judge Manish S. Shah of Chicago blocked the Trump administration from clawing back $600 million in public health funds from four blue states — California, Colorado, Illinois and Minnesota — ruling that the evidence showed its decision was “based on arbitrary, capricious or unconstitutional rationales.”
Jeff Tiedrich said everything I would say about the Maladministration II decision to end the federal role in dealing with greenhouse gases: “ Donny is the undisputed champion of fucking everything straight into the shitter. great, let’s reverse decades of environmental progress, and Make America’s Air Unbreathable Again. awesome.”
This photo was taken over the San Fernando Valley on November 10, 2019. 40 years earlier, it would not have been possible to get this shot. That’s what 50 years of Federal rules about air pollution created. This is what will be lost with Maladministration II’s decision to gut the EPA rules on greenhouse gases:
“Neither let us be slandered from our duty by false accusations against us, nor frightened from it by menaces of destruction to the Government, nor of dungeons to ourselves. Let us have faith that right makes might; and in that faith, let us, to the end, dare to do our duty, as we understand it.” - Abraham Lincoln

'A federal judge has dismissed charges against a Los Angeles protester who was accused of assaulting an officer with a cloth hat, with an order saying the government acted in “bad faith”. The man had spent six months in jail awaiting trial.
Jonathon Redondo-Rosales, a 36-year-old TikTok content creator and US citizen, had been in custody since his arrest at a 2 August protest against the Trump administration’s immigration crackdown.
In her dismissal on Monday, the US judge Cynthia Valenzuela issued a strong rebuke of the US government’s handling of the case, noting discrepancies in the government’s account of events and that Redondo-Rosales had documented injuries he himself endured during the incident.'

BTW, Kimmel nominated Trumplethinskin as Gashole of the year last night.
