Dragged kicking and screaming into the 21st Century
I’m back. After the cable went out, ATT came in today and put us back on U-verse with a fibreoptic cable, so now I can rant at the speed of heat. Also finally broke down and had my neighbor across the street (winner of the Best Neighbor Ever! award, for many things) help me finally load access to e-mail on my @#$$#@@!! smartphone.

I feel your pain - for years I have referred to myself as an Amish Luddite.....love my computer, but if it breaks or doesn't work right, I might as well cast goat entrails on the sacred rock.....
I thought your words had been travelling at 3×108m/s, so much hot air at the same speed as light. And some of those words... reaching only God knows how many eyes!
