DAY 2 OF THE LAST BIG WEEK OF 2025
Yesterday, Maladministration II conducted unlawful strikes on three more suspected drug- smuggling boats in the Eastern Pacific, killing eight people.
White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles has admitted in a Vanity Fair interview that Trump is engaged in retribution against his political foes, even as she tried to tiptoe around the implications of her concession. While Wiles’ admission is couched as a denial that retribution is occurring, the critical quote includes key concessions that Trump is engaged in what at one point she calls “score settling”: “I don’t think he’s on a retribution tour. A governing principle for him is, ‘I don’t want what happened to me to happen to somebody else.’ And so people that have done bad things need to get out of the government. In some cases, it may look like retribution. And there may be an element of that from time to time. Who would blame him? Not me.” Asked about the bogus mortgage fraud allegations against New York Attorney General Letitia James, Wiles replied: “Well, that might be the one retribution.” As for the campaign to prosecute former FBI Director James Comey: “I mean, people could think it does look vindictive. I can’t tell you why you shouldn’t think that.” Wiles said of Trump: “I don’t think he wakes up thinking about retribution. But when there’s an opportunity, he takes it.” Wiles’ stunningly casual admissions of presidential abuse of power are likely to soon make their way into legal filings, providing an arguably critical link in the causal chain between the president and the DOJ. Not only did she confirm that Mr. Trump is using criminal prosecution to retaliate against adversaries, she also acknowledged that he was not telling the truth when he accused former President Bill Clinton of visiting the private island of the sexual predator Jeffrey Epstein. Wiles attributes her ability to work for Trump to growing up with an alcoholic father, the sportscaster Pat Summerall. “High-functioning alcoholics or alcoholics in general, their personalities are exaggerated when they drink. And so I’m a little bit of an expert in big personalities.” While Trump doesn’t drink, she said he has “an alcoholic’s personality” and operates with “a view that there’s nothing he can’t do. Nothing, zero, nothing.” Great. A “dry drunk” president who belongs in AA and an enabler Chief of Staff who belongs in Alanon. Now that the article is out, White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt did a CYA: “President Trump has no greater or more loyal adviser than Susie. The entire administration is grateful for her steady leadership and united fully behind her.” Wiles also did a CYA, describing the articles as a “disingenuously framed hit piece on me and the finest President, White House staff, and Cabinet in history.” (That’s a damn good imitation of the wife who shows up in court the morning after she called the cops and hubby got taken away, to tell the judge nothing happened and he should ignore her black eye) “The unemployment numbers are so bad, Trump might hold off on firing Wiles just to avoid adding a single new one,” joked historian Kevin Kruse. “Haven’t read the article yet, but sounds like a dramatic exit interview from Susie Wiles,” posted The Bulwark’s Bill Kristol.
Bye-bye Bingo-Bongo? The NYT reports: “Mr. Bongino has said he plans to leave his job as soon as this week or as late as mid-January, according to three people with knowledge of his plans. One sign it might be sooner rather than later: Mr. Bongino has been sending office knickknacks and other possessions back to Florida, where he intends to resume his lucrative career as a pro-Trump media broadcaster in time for the midterm elections, they said. But Mr. Bongino’s departure plans, like his brief tenure at the bureau, have been steeped in vacillation and melodrama.”
Inbred Southern white dumbfucks gotta dumbfuck: two of the Unreconstructed Southern Confederate Traitors in Congress are using the terrorist attack on Australian Jews by suspected radical Islamists to call for the removal of all Muslims from the United States. Senator Tommy
The Tube (R-AL): “Islam is not a religion. It’s a cult. Islamists aren’t here to assimilate. They’re here to conquer. Stop worrying about offending the pearl clutchers. We’ve got to SEND THEM HOME NOW or we’ll become the United Caliphate of America.” Rep. Randy Not Fine (R-FL): “It is time for a Muslim travel ban, radical deportations of all mainstream Muslim legal and illegal immigrants, and citizenship revocations wherever possible. Mainstream Muslims have declared war on us. The least we can do is kick them the hell out of America.” How I’d love to kick all these Southern scum “the hell out of America,” and make the South finally great.
We know that no matter what people say when he manages to drop himself another level down in his ooze that Despicable Donald will only aim for being more despicable, and his response to the criticism he got yesterday for his cruel, deranged, despicable post about the murders of Rob and Michele Reiner was to be expected. Trump refused to back away from the controversial comments when asked about them in the Oval Office Minday afternoon, saying: “Well, I wasn’t a fan of his at all. He was a deranged person as far as Trump is concerned. The Russia hoax, he was one of the people behind it. I think he hurt himself career-wise; he became like a deranged person—Trump Derangement Syndrome—so I was not a fan of Rob Reiner at all in any way, shape, or form. I thought he was very bad for our country.” No, you motherfucking worthless piece of evil bullshit, YOU are very bad for our country, the worst president to ever be elected, the most unfit, terrible, awful scum to live in this country. And you have been that for every minute of your entirely worthless life. Rob Reiner was 100x the human Trump will ever be. Trump knows this and can’t stand it. Trump will never be loved, respected, admired, looked up to, seen as a mentor or leave as positive an impact as Rob Reiner has.
Trump signed an executive order to classify fentanyl as a “weapon of mass destruction” after a racist rant in the Oval Office a ceremony to award the “Mexican Border Defense Medal” (a bullshit award if there ever was one) to members of the military for their service. “There’s no doubt that America’s adversaries are trafficking fentanyl into the United States in part because they want to kill Americans,’ Trump said. ”If this were a war, it would be one of the worst wars.” He said as many as 300,000 people were dying of fentanyl every year. Data shows fentanyl related deaths in the U.S. were down to just over 72,000 in 2023 and continue to decline, according to the CDC. In another rambling demonstration of his mental collapse, Sundowning Grampa again attacked Democrats, saying: “Remember when the Democrats and others, radical left, used to say that the people they’re allowing into our country, immigrants, are nice people? They’re not violent like our people. Well, they make our people look like babies.”
The New York Young Republicans - actually Wall Street Scum in their 30s - demonstrated their usual awfulness Saturday night in Cipriani Wall Street, where Rep. Andy Ogles (R-TN) was given a prime speaking rol. Amid the sea of tuxedos and ball gowns, was white nationalist leader Jared Taylor. Across the room sat EmpathChan, an influencer who went viral recently for wearing blackface on Halloween. Appearing on stage was Markus Frohnmaier, a far-right German politician, whose political party the club had cheered with a German-language phrase popularized by the Nazis. Vish Burra - a club member who lost his job at the conservative One America News Network last month for posting a video depicting Jews as cockroaches - was also in atendance. These people are so despicable they publicly celebrate how despicable they are. Wall Street needs to be declared illegal. Ogles himself pushed extreme anti-immigrant fervor when it was time for him to speak, reiterating his call to deport New York Mayor-elect Zohran Mamdani, saying: “If dubiously elected or rather naturalized illegal immigrants are polluting our politics, the new right must have courage to deport them.” The inbred hillbilly white trash dumbfuck is too stupid to know that Mamdani was a legal immigrant, who was neither “dubiously naturalized” or dubiously elected - unlike every Republican unreconstructed confederate. The New York Young Republican Club was hit by scandal earlier this year after an explosive report showing a trove of racist, misogynistic, and hate-filled text communications by members of the group. Some people in the chats praised Hitler, called Black Americans “watermelon people,” and fantasized about raping political opponents.
The United States, Ukraine and major European countries have reached consensus on 90 percent of terms for a deal to end Ukraine’s war with Russia, two senior U.S. officials said Monday, but they added questions of territorial control have yet to be resolved. In a post on X, President Zelenskyy described the negotiations as a “first draft” but emphasized “the military part looks quite solid.” The Ukrainian president said the two sides “worked very well together” but cautioned against “destructive” elements to be removed. “This matters, because dignity matters,” he said. European leaders issued a joint statement Monday offering details that include Ukraine having a peacetime army at 800,000 and a European “multinational force” — supported by the U.S. — that will operate in Ukraine to help regenerate the country’s armed forces and provide air and sea defense.
Unreconstructed Confederate Fundamentalist piece of shit MAGAMike Johnson once again proved he is a spineless shitbird when he literally ran away from reporters asking for a comment on his Master Trump’s despicable post about Rob and Michele Reiner. Eric Michael Garcia, Washington, D.C., bureau chief for The Independent, asked the Squeaker, “What are your thoughts about what Trump said about Rob Reiner at his press conference today?” “I don’t do ongoing commentary about everything that’s said about everybody in government every day,” said Johnson, as pursuing reporters held cameras, phones, and microphones up to record his response. “We are trying to bring down health care costs for the American people. We’re in very important votes, very important issues, and that’s what we’re focused on. I gave commentary this morning, and you all heard it.” Johnson previously called the murders “not only an unspeakable family tragedy” but a “reminder of the senseless violence and evil that is so rampant in our society.”
Maladministration II has responded to a lawsuit seeking to halt construction of Trump’s dance hall. The Associated Press reported Monday that Trump is now justifying the construction of his $300 million ballroom, which would replace the demolished East Wing of the White House, by claiming it’s necessary for “national security” purposes. The thoroughly corrupt Secret Service officials told the judge assigned to a lawsuit filed by the National Trust for Historic Preservation in the United States that construction on the site where the East Wing used to stand had to continue to meet unspecified “safety and security requirements.” administration’s claim of needing the ballroom for “national security” purposes was roundly mocked on social media. Rep. Julie Johnson (D-Texas), who sits on the House Foreign Relations Committee, asserted on her official X account that Trump’s ballroom was “not a national security priority.” “His vanity project is only a distraction from resolving global crises in Ukraine, Gaza, Sudan, Afghanistan, and the list goes on,” Johnson wrote. Former Democratic campaign worker Gerald M. LeRoy also piled on, observing that the news of the day was “so insane that I do appreciate the humor of a breaking news headline essentially being ‘Trump opposes someone opposing him.’” “There is no bottom to the mendacity of these scoundrels,” Chicago-based writer Lynn Becker posted. Florida-based attorney Steve Kerins responded to the news by also pointing to Trump’s recent executive order classifying fentanyl as a weapon of mass destruction (WMD). “National security ballroom. Fentanyl WMDs. We’re really on a roll of authoritarian consolidation today.”
An attorney representing Sen. Mark Kelly (D-AZ) fired off a warning letter to the Department of Defense on Monday, saying the senator is prepared to take whatever legal action is necessary to stop what they regard as an illegal and politically motivated investigation into him. “Secretary Hegseth’s contemporaneous statements, as well as official statements from the Department of Defense, made clear that you were to consider recalling Senator Kelly to active duty for the purpose of a court-martial, and challenging the rank at which he retired,” wrote attorney Paul J. Fischman in a letter addressed to Secretary of the Navy John Phelan. “We now understand from public reporting that you have completed your assignment and that you have submitted your brief to the Department of Defense’s Office of General Counsel for ‘legal review and input.’ To be clear: there is no legitimate basis for any type of proceeding against Senator Kelly, and any such effort would be unconstitutional and an extraordinary abuse of power,” said the letter. “If the Executive Branch were to move forward in any forum criminal, disciplinary, or administrative-we will take all appropriate legal action on Senator Kelly’s behalf to halt the Administration’s unprecedented and dangerous overreach. Senator Kelly flew thirty-nine combat missions as a Naval Aviator and four space flights as a NASA astronaut,” the letter concluded. “The people of Arizona have elected him twice as their United States Senator. He has dedicated his life and his career to defending our country and its Constitution. He will not stop doing so now.” This letter was sent shortly before a new statement from the rebranded “Department of War”, stating they are “escalating the preliminary review” of Kelly for “serious allegations of misconduct.”
DHS has quietly moved to tone down its immigration enforcement tactics after polling revealed their heavy-handed raids failed to impress the public. Sweeping immigration raids carried out under Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem’s “commander-at-large” Gregory Bovino will now be more focused, according to a new report citing unnamed DHS officials. DHS sources said the changes mean agents will now have specific targets rather than simply joining sweeping raids in a given area. The reported changes come a few days after ICE Barbie endured a rough ride at a hearing before the House Homeland Security Committee. Instead of large “sweep” operations, like the ones carried out at places including Home Depot, agents are expected to narrow in on specific targets—particularly undocumented immigrants already convicted of serious crimes, according to the report. DHS’s updated policy does not mean an end to enforcement activity, including in New Orleans, where “Catahoula Crunch” has produced more than 250 arrests in about a week and has a stated goal of 5,000. Traffic-stop enforcement will continue, but that onlookers are less likely to see agents rounding people up in the indiscriminate manner that has fueled viral confrontations and street protests. (How does a federal agency have any power regarding traffic stops - those are state and local laws.) “Baghdad Trisha” McLaughlin said, “We have always been going after the worst of the worst first. There are no operational changes to announce.”
For a final post, among all the clips of Rob Reiner talking about his life and career that I saw yesterday, the one I like best was his story about making “When Harry Met Sally.” As he told it, Harry and Sally were originally not going to get together at the end. “But I met Michele while I was making the movie, and after I realized what I was thinking about her, the ending got rewritten.”
Back in 2022, Trump filed another of his defamation lawsuits against the Pulitzer Committe for their awards to the Washington Post and New York Times for their 2018 reporting on his ties to Vladimir Putin and Russian disinformation plots supporting his 2016 campaign. The lawsuit claims the Pulitzer board was “perpetuating the absurdly false and defamatory narrative contrived by the President’s political opponents: that he and his campaign somehow colluded with Vladimir Putin and the Russian government to gain advantage in the 2016 U.S. presidential election.” The case has entered discovery phase, and the Pulitzer committee lawyers are asking for all of Trump’s tax returns “from all jurisdictions, including all attachments, schedules, and worksheets” from 2015 to the newest available, documents pointing to “sufficient to show all sources of Your income,” in addition to documents from the same time frame that are “sufficient to show all of Your financial holdings.” They are also requesting his listed liabilities, as well as his health records and prescription medication history. Trump has till January 10 to respond. Watch for the TACO on this one.
David Rothkopf gets today’s last word: “Donald Trump is a sociopath. It stands in particularly stark contrast to the fact that Rob Reiner was a mensch. Have you ever seen Donald Trump express a human emotion, ever a normal emotion of joy, of happiness for somebody else, of grief about something else, of compassion for the American people? He doesn’t do it because he’s broken. Rob Reiner is the antithesis of Donald Trump.”

A word about Ms. Wiles. Her father got treatment after an intervention. She couldn't attend but sent a letter saying she was ashamed to be seen with him. That did it for him. She since has decided that she can tolerate anything. She is a traitor to the United States.
If the Pulitzer Committee is successful in their discovery request for Trump's taxes they should give themselves a Pulitzer.
